When the problem was diagnosed, I contacted Atlantic Craftsman to see if they would help cover a portion of the cost. I would not only need to repair the line they destroyed, but I would also need to have part of my roof taken off to access the pipe. They emailed me back saying that I was on my own and that they wouldn't cover ANY of the repairs. What's worse, the company showed little accountability. They didn't even acknowledge that they made a mistake or say sorry for the problems they caused me. I reached out again asking if they could at least provide me with some extra shingles since I would need to remove a portion of them to repair the pipe. They never responded to my emails or phone calls. The team on site also destroyed my plants and left nails everywhere (resulting in a popped car tire). If you're considering hiring them, beware. Their negligence ended up punishing me more than them.

I asked for compensation and reduction of cost, I was offered $500 after requesting to speak with a manager for 1 month and a half. I took off 4 days of work. There were 3 different issues that should have decreased costs by at least $200/each and I requested $1000. WARNING- THEY WILL BREACH THE CONTRACT AND OVERCHARGE FOR A SUBSTANARD INSTALLATION.

No manager contact just sime random guy that was there that day to call us and notify of our install cancellation. And we have blinds and everything off the windows now till they decide they want to cime cause we are on the hook per their contract. I was told there would be a project manager on site while the work was being done. Not only was the PM not on site at all except when the materials were dropped off, but I had to use Google translate to talk to the workers to ask questions because no one spoke English which made it difficult bringing up concerns. 2.) They busted one of my windows and cracked another. I brought it up and was told the windows would get replaced, but it's been over a month and they are still broken. 3.) Again it's been over a month and the leftover materials are still sitting in my yard. 4.) They also broke several planters and caused my power to go out which I normally wouldn't be upset about cause things happen and it was easy to cut back on but why not add this in with the rest of the complaints. If these things had been fixed, I wouldn't complain, but I've called several times over these 5 or so weeks and keep getting told it will be corrected within a few days, but it has not been. Considering the reviews they had, I expected much better.
