Ok...so I waited way too long to write a review on this place! I took my son's computer here for a cracked screen and had it back within a couple of days and what do you he even cleaned up the virus on it on the house! Awesome! I also brought my daughter's tablet here and he fixed that right up. I had some issues with it a couple days later and without hesitation he took it back and took care of it. Now a year later.... we are back!!! Another cracked screen! What's up with these kids! Like always service with a smile and awesome funny attitude! Unfortunately I cracked my iPhone 6s screen and needed it repaired ASAP. I had never cracked/broken a screen before so I didn't know where to go and I found this place on Yelp. The reviews did not disappoint. There were other customers there when I arrived and they still attended me immediately. They assessed the damage right away and told me the phone would be fixed and ready to pick up in a few hours. My phone is back to looking and feeling brand new... My 7 year old HP laptop was overheating and shutting down. It was a mess. I really can't buy another one right now and I record my business' invoices/payments on software loaded on the computer, so I really can't be without it long. The thought of losing that data was a nightmare. I loathe finding places to fix electronics (or cars) in Miami because I seem to have bad service/disappointment each time. So I was avoiding it. Finally the problem got so bad that I could not avoid it any longer. I checked yelp and these guys had great reviews, so I went in. Dropped it off with Angel and he was patient with me (I'm NOT a computer wonk) and explained pricing (fair). The thing I found outstanding here was that Lester who worked on my computer contacted me to make SURE he got all the data backed up before actually worked on the machine. We had some back and forth via text/calls and only when I noted that I think he found it all AND got my agreement on the price for the overheating repair job did he proceed. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have computer repair guys take so seriously the issue of saving data! When I picked it up, he also showed me the odd place on my system that my business data was located, and showed me how to check the integrity of my backup drive to make sure I have as low a risk of losing data as possible. Lester recommended (but did not push) an anti virus program as well. My laptop is running so much better than before. Has not overheated since! And when I'm at work it is in kind of a muggy closet, though seated on a fan/cooling stand. No pressure, guys that want to help, great, communicative, fast service and fair pricing. I have a 27-inch Dell touchscreen all-in-one computer and the screen was cracked during a recent move, causing the cursor to jump all over the place and making it very difficult to use the computer. I brought it in to PC 911 last night (evening hours are awesome!) for a free estimate. I was given two options - basically disabling the touchscreen so it would stop jumping, and replacing the whole screen assembly. I had done my research beforehand and I knew the part was expensive and the repair difficult. The estimate was better than I expected, but still out of my price range at this time. Since I don't really use the touchscreen functionality, I opted not to replace the glass for now, but I will definitely be back when I can afford it. Walked in about 35 mins before the store was closing with my cracked iPhone 6 screen, and the guys here took my phone and repaired it in 40 mins even tho it was about to be closing time. That says a lot about their customer service. Absolutely wonderful. Mario did an excellent job and my phone looks brand new just for $60 (I'm not sure if this is the price for every type of shattered screen) but that's what mine was. I highly recommend this place, they gave me the best price compared to other places I visited that were trying to charge $130-$140. 10/10. Amazing service! My MacBook Pro's battery swelled up and I attempted to replace the battery myself. There were 3 tiny screws on the back cover that wouldn't budge so my laptop was half open. After going to Best Buy's geek Squad and One Click, who both wouldn't touch my MacBook, I did a Google search to find anyone who could help me. I found PC911 and took my MacBook there. They weren't phased at all by the open back cover and proceeded to fix it immediately. They drilled the screws out, replaced the battery and put on a new back cover. Less than an hour after I walked in, my issue was resolved and the cost was great. My laptop is like new again! This business is a prime example of great customer service.
