I thought they was good people…read more Boy was I sadly mistaken, the first repair on my kids phone was good and on-time with no issues. The 2nd I took my Fiancee's laptop in to get a battery done. Was told it would be 3 to 5 days, dropped it off on tue, didn't bother them or even ask about it tell the following wed. Went up the following wed and was told the battery had no come in. No problem came back in on that fri, was told still no battery. They needed more time, it took another whole week. They didn't offee no discounts no nothing!! I would think twice about using these guys on your repairs!! I don't buy the bull shit story blaming it on shipping!!! Beware beware and beware.
