This is the same sort of experience I've had before with the Computer Technology Center, so I was not surprised. Their office is open--they don't take your machine to another room. They'll do the diagnosis right in front of you. If the repair is simple, they'll make the repair while you watch. This openness gives one great confidence in their work. I started having issues with my video card overheating, despite being on a cooling pad.
