I called around with the goal of saving my fridge and significant replacement costs - and got the runaround; this is normal, they are expensive to repair, we can come out next week, etc, etc, etc. So thankful for the serendipitous introduction from another satisfied customer who used his services for a Samsung refrigerator repair. They were kind enough to point me to Julian for his expertise and unique approach to permanently solve the problem. Julian answered my call right away (after hours (6pm)), scheduled a service visit to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts, and finished the work the following day. He was trust-worthy, pleasant, clean, complete, experienced, extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced and a real joy to have around. He took pictures of the issues (and the completed work) and keep me informed during all phases. He is meticulous and delivers great customer service, even going so far as to level my dishwasher based on our conversation. I won't hesitate to call him again for any of my appliance repair needs - as it's clear he's experienced with dishwashers, washers, dryers and obviously refrigerators (and probably more). I should add that I'm up north and he still found time to help, which is significant since he's primarily focused on the southern end of town (Denver, DTC, Parker, Highlands Ranch). If you need appliance repair, you won't find someone better. Plus, he's the kind of guy I would trust letting into my house/rental even if I wasn't there. At least for now, he's a one man show; so you are talking to the owner and the repairman at the same time = better customer service and low overhead pricing! And, if you or a friend are having an issue with a Samsung refrigerator - don't call anyone else; he seems to be cornering the market to finally fix these things right - once and for all.

BEWARE! I impulsively used this company to redo my driveway. Tons of cracks started forming 5…read moremonths after installation, and I've since had to patch those up. The man who took payment from me seemed to be VERY high on meth or cocaine. They were negligent in how the driveway was graded. My driveway is now above my foundation. Any water that comes between the house and the driveway drains into my foundation. Part of the driveway is actually graded towards the foundation. Luckily, most if it is graded away. My basement flooded in May 2023 when it rained a ton. I don't know if the driveway 100% caused that, but I'm sure the grading issues it created did not help. I had to put in a French drain between the house and the driveway because of the grading issues the driveway caused. You get what you pay for. If I had just spent more on a driveway, maybe I wouldn't have had to also pay for a French drain. Finally there seemed to be something weird going on with the reviews on Google when I hired this company. I only use companies with over 4.5 stars, and Driveway Experts had that. When I looked deeper, I found most of the 5 star reviews were from accounts with no other reviews, with similar first and last names, all within the same 2 month period, almost as if they were bots or paid reviews. I confronted the owner feeling uneasy about how the reviews didn't seem real, and he convinced me to still go with them. The reviews I felt concerned about have since been deleted, bringing Driveway Experts down from a 4.5+ rating on Google to a 3.3. After they completed work, I also found a 5 star review written from the owner's alternate account. Do not use this company. I hate writing negative reviews, but I do feel that potential customers have the right to know about this company. I deeply regret using this company, and wish I would have spent more to get better quality. The owner replied to my Google review accusing me of making a spam review saying he never did business with me. I added a picture of the invoice he sent me here to prove that I used his company.
