From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth. The woman hosting the tastings--who I believe was the owner--was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was finishing up with another couple when we arrived, but it didn't take long before we were swept into an experience that was personal, engaging, and delicious. Shortly after, another couple came in, and let me just say--this woman knows how to multitask. She managed all of us effortlessly, while still sharing expert knowledge about every single wine we tasted. I don't think there was a single wine I didn't like (which never happens). As others have mentioned, they offer free tastings of four wines per person, plus a complimentary frozen wine slushie--and yes, it's as good as it sounds. With two of us, we got to sample nearly the entire menu, and I know the ones we missed would have been just as tantalizing. This wasn't just a stop--it was an experience. There didn't appear to be anyone serving the floor, so we had to repeatedly leave our table and go to the bar whenever we needed something. The hostess came to check on us and see how we liked the place. I had a 30A and the gf had a cab. Neither of us was that hungry, so we decided to share. We had duck tacos which were decent but (according to the gf) not as good as the ones at H&G. Next we shared a sushi roll. It was really good. One of the bar tenders said her fav is the Samurai Roll, so we'll try that one next time. For dessert, we got the crème brûlée, which was outstanding. The gf has already been back with a friend.
