We contacted PCI Pest Control to eradicate two wasp nests. Scary stuff. They responded to my phone call immediately and got me on the schedule the next day. The technician arrived at the beginning of my two hour window and was very polite and knowledgeable. We discussed the issue at hand, and the technician made some excellent recommendations. Because I was having them work on more than one nest, They offered to spray the exterior of my home to create a barrier to resist additional nests. If the nest seem to be active within the next few days, I will call them, and they will come back out and respray. We tried to take care of this on our own, but one of them was just too much of a problem. My hubby even got stung... Ouch!! We decided to leave this to the Professionals and PCI pest control are very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Emergency - wasps in the bedroom! They nested in the attic, chewed through the ceiling, and swarmed indoors. We taped their entry points shut and they found new ways in, and stung one person in bed! A day later we found PCI - they came within hours and removed the wasps! Mark assessed and stabilized the situation, inside and out, and got the whole nest out - queen and all. He treated the attic and eaves so to eliminate stragglers too. Thank you - our house is safe now! (We're sleeping in the guest bedroom one more night, just to be sure.) Very professional, friendly, and efficient reps, on the phone and on site. PCI understands each species, and explained their behavior. We have confidence in PCI and will call them FIRST next time.

These people ripped us off, did shoddy work and then refused to honor their contract. We moved into our home almost one year ago. On the home inspection it was determined that we had rat droppings in the crawl space. We called PCI out for an estimate and they tell us it will be over $1,200 to secure the crawl space and attic as well as build a door for the crawl space. Being first time home owners we had no idea what was a fair price for such services so we agreed. Besides, the work was guaranteed for a year. Fast forward to May of this year. We were having some work done by another contractor and he informed us that "something big was crapping in our crawl space". We found this to be odd since we just paid a ton of money to NOT have something big crapping in our crawl space. My wife contacted PCI to have them come out and honor their contract. She told the woman that answers the phone what the contractor told us that something big like an Opossum had breached the crawl space they had secured only eight months earlier. The woman completely stonewalled her and even suggested that "it could be a cat, and we don't deal with those". I mean, if it's a rat, a cat or an elephant how 'bout you haul your sorry ass out here and fix your work that failed! She would not yield. She was defiant. When asked if someone would be coming out she said sure, for another $89. But what about the $1200 we already paid less than a year ago? "Well they have to be paid for their time" she squeaked. You see PCI like a lot of other shady businesses out here are eager to get you on their subscription service where they come out every couple months for a fee. Once they get you on that or in our case hit you with a huge initial bill they are done with you. Here's the best part. After we had to pay AGAIN to have our crawl space sealed by another company, they informed us just how shoddy PCI's work really was. I am including photos of their crappy work. Our new guy showed us the access points that had been filled with foam, something he said no professional exterminator should even have on their truck. They used a cheap chicken wire on the underside of the house that should only, maybe be used with an epoxy. This was used with the cheap foam. Even the custom made crawl space door was faulty because they did not use cement on it so rodents can eat right through it! It really makes us angry that we were screwed over like that but maybe someone else will see this revue and not use these people who smile in your face, then use sub-standard materials and ignore you and insult your intelligence on the phone when their work inevitability fails.

Just a small area of the mess I had to clean my stairs and downstairs fast before the kids or dogs tried to eat it....

I'm anxiously waiting for Tuesday to come. The young lady i spoke to helped eased my worry. I've never dealt with fleas on a pet before. She was very informative and recommend a few things i could do to treat my cat till i was able to get her into the vet. I have had nothing but an outstanding experience with PCI and the technicians that have combatted my ant and rodent issue. They have followed through on everything I have ask and coached me on the things I needed to do as a home owner on my part. They have excellent customer service, easy pay and 100% satisfaction at this point. We discovered that a large amount of yellow jackets had found their way into our 2nd story utility room and had made themselves a huge nest in the ceiling, above the drywall and below the insulation. I called PCI the next morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. Phillip was timely and immediately got to work assessing the situation. He sprayed/treated the exterior of the house, as well as the utility room, and explained everything to us. Very professional company that I'll use again, and will definitely recommend to others. Just bought my first home in Yelm. After purchasing, we learned the home had been sitting empty for at least 2 years. This house is in a pretty wooded community. So, needless to say, the rodents and bugs had made themselves at home. I called PCI because of the glowing google reviews I read. They were so friendly and helpful on the phone. They sent someone out for a "peace of mind" inspection and looked this place up and down, inside and out -including crawl space and attic. They confirmed what I already knew about the mice. But also learned there are rats present too. The good news was that there wasn't any crazy damage (HUGE relief). They came up with a detailed list of services they could offer, and I didn't feel any pressure from them at all. I had the choice of doing some, all, or none of the services. I chose all of them because I have issues sharing my living space with rodents. So they got me all set up on a plan and I couldn't be happier with their service. The inspector that came out, Mark, was professional, friendly, and explained things in detail and easily understandable. I am so happy I called them. Top notch customer service and professionalism. They will take care of you, hands down. Highly highly recommend them! read more

We used PCI for odorous ants a few weeks ago. They came out quickly, gave us lots of information and treated the problem. The technician and the person on the phone indicated they have a 90 day guarantee. The catch...they charge $75 to come back within 90 days even after we paid $271 for the initial treatment. Every other time I have been told a service company has a guarantee, they do not have another charge. read more

Our landlord uses this company whenever they have pest issues at properties they manage and I'm VERY happy they do. We had an ant issue last summer and PCI came out and took care of the problem. Fast forward to this year and same thing, ants coming out of the woodwork to try to find water. PCI came out again and took care of the problem. Everyone I've worked with, from the office staff, to the technicians, to the owner, are exceptionally professional, friendly, and genuinely care about the job. Matt and Mindy are both absolutely a delight to work with. Matt took the time to do a thorough check around the house for potential problems and critter issues, patiently answered all of my questions and is just really a fantastic guy. After buying my house (built in 1950), I was interested in getting quarterly preventative pest services. I did a lot of research and looked at other, slightly cheaper companies, but they all had negative reviews about their customer service. I ended up going with PCI and couldn't be happier. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

First, I…read morehad the estimator come out just a couple days after I called, he spent an hour or so going over my house & checking the insulation and then figured out the estimate. I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding. You can't even tell that they were there. I have only had a few hot days to determine if there has been an improvement and honestly it really does seem to stay cooler inside, looking forward to winter for the real test. All in all, this has been a great experience, I very highly recommend NW Insulation for your project.

Jason Paradiso demonstrated not only competence in addressing our problem, but also a genuine care and concern for us and our satisfaction. His crew were extremely careful and diligent and did a complete crawlspace clean out, rodent remediation, exclusion remedies and replaced all insulation with new materials. Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

Our home inspection found current evidence of a rodent infestation. PCI was one of the companies he recommended. After talking to several, we chose PCI. Their frontline staff were friendly and knowledgeable, unlike others who could only pass me on to someone else. They could get me scheduled weeks ahead of some others, and their rates were slightly less. RD was superb - on time, professional, courteous, friendly, and never patronizing about his superior knowledge of the subject. We have every confidence in his work. He blocked off the one additional entrance point and built a dandy new access door inside the crawlspace cover, removing the "welcome mat" for the varmints. He recommended the quarterly follow-up, but did not pressure us about it with hairy tales of probably future disaster. If all contractors were as pleasant and proficient to work with as PCI, there would never be complaints! read more

They promptly return all calls, show up when they say they will be there, always act professionally, and we're cheaper than the service that the precious home owners used. All of the PCI staff do a great job. The technicians always explain what they are doing and the chemicals they are using. They work very hard to make sure that the customer is always happy with the services provided. I initially contacted PCI for an estimate for rodent control of my home after having the attic and crawl space re-done and was extremely impressed with the inspector (Michael). I had already gotten quotes from several other exterminators - some were higher, some were lower but signed with PCI on the spot. Michael's thoroughness, knowledge, and expertise would have been worth it even if PCI's price had been the highest. He blew them all out of the water and I would recommend them over any of the big guys hands down!! Luke, who came out, had been told there were only 5 in one spot, when there were actually over 20 all around the home. He took care of all of them at no additional charge. He also did a quick visual inspection around the home and caught carpenter ants the home inspection missed and gave us a discounted price to treat those as well. So far no more wasps and the ants are disappearing too! He was early for his appointment and called to notify me before he showed up. Very professional and courteous. read more

We highly recommend PCI Pest Control! The entire team is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The technicians are knowledgeable, detail oriented, and thorough. We previously had Spiders and spider webs all around our exterior doors, lots of bugs on our outdoor light fixtures, and the other gross bug debris that follows. Yuck! After PCI treated our home just once, we were hooked based upon the results. We have been on a quarterly schedule for preventive services for several years and couldn't be happier. PCI is the best! I had a tenant call me and they were invaded by ants. I called the PCI office at the end of the day and spoke to Mindy who was very helpful and got my tenant scheduled for next day service. Matt showed up on time and sprayed the premises. He also took the time to find the paths the ants were using and shut them down. He communicated with the tenant and called me to let me know what he found and what he did. Both Matt and Mindy were knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company and will only use PCI for all our pest control issues. read more

We have used PCI for over 7 years now. We have our sons home and ours monitored by PCI with quarterly maintenance plan. both homes were having mice, spiders, termintes, critters issues in the past but since we started using PCI - the issues are gone. They call in advance to schedule the next treatment, will bring suggested improvements on how to eliminate potential problems, and are always professional, courteous. PCI came highly recommended and I'm so happy we chose them. Mark came out he was very professional did not waste time he got right to the point. I shared my concerns he got right to work. Thankfully our rodent problem was not nearly as bad as I thought. Mark showed us exactly where the mice had chewed and how they were getting under our crawl space as well as our garage! I am grateful to PCI for their quick response in sending out a technician to inspect and diagnose what I feared to be a serious problem in my log house. They were able to find a sample beetle and tell me exactly what it is and are its habits. Found Big Rodents under my house. Panic, contacted PCI. Quick service, Options and Costs explained, all ???'s answered. These Guys stabilized the situation ASAP and eradicated the problem very quickly. Cleanup and insulation repair will cost $1000s. We have used PCI Pest Control for several years now. Spiders and other creepy things are extinct in our house. Our crawlspace is uninhabited. During the recession we had to discontinue the serve for a while: then we learned that spiders are not actually extinct. I highly recommend their quarterly maintenance plan. read more
