    This review is regarding the service department of Bedford Nissan: I have been taking my cars here for the pst couple of years and I am always happy to see the work they do to make sure everything is running correctly, attached safely and ready for the road. All of the staff is very respectful and understanding to the fact that you have other thieves to do than just wait for you car. They are very prompt and thorough with everything they do and do their best to keep you updated. They will do they best to keep all service within your price range as well as update you about future repairs/services needed. The waiting area is very nice with a fish tank that love to follow you around as well as a water and coffee/snack bar. It feels more peaceful that having a bunch of loud noise and having a lot of sales people walking around you like most other places.

    Water damage

    Satisfactory service, within any company, is of the utmost importance. That said; I've been treated rudely twice at this location. Both times, the representatives' response was that I could opt not to have regular maintenance under my 2 yr service plan done. It's almost as if they were doing me a favor. I purchased my vehicle certified pre-owned. The battery died within 8 mos. I have a leaky sunroof and water damage due to it. I spoke to 3 service techs prior to scheduling oil change, tire rotation, and drain flush. They set the appt. so that they had time to do the flush. Not once was it mentioned of any out-of-pocket expense. Brian, in the shady service dept. tells me that they wait until you arrive to discuss fees. What sense does that make? If you know there's a specific fee, just say that! They knew exactly what my issue was beforehand, so why not set that expectation? I'd have scheduled around payday if that were the case. After sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes, I get a call from another rep, saying that they figured, now, I didn't want my regular maintenance done. The nerve! I never alluded to that. I'm ultimately getting the issue fixed by my trusted mechanic for a fraction of what they tried to hit me with. And when I'm in the market for another car, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

What I couldn't wrap my head around was...get there early and then what? So for my fellow Yelpers with slight anxiety, here's how it went: I got off work at 6am, they open at 9am. I opted to dilly dally a little longer at work because that just felt TOO early. Got there around 7:30 am, after a failed Wendy's breakfast run, to find that there were already 8 people there. There is a canopy and some chairs and a picnic bench off to the side of the building. The parking lot is somewhat chaotic and packed, but I did manage to find a spot without too big an issue. Others parked next door. Fortunately , there was a customer there who became the line ambassador. He kept most everyone in order. The employees started trickling in around 8:30a. Everyone lined up to get in the front door and on the list, just before 9. There was a small argument between the first 4 or so people about who was first....not my business. They quickly got everyone on the list, just provide your car color, make, model, year, and if you know what the issue is. I kept my keys until they came to get them. You can wait inside or outside. There is a single bathroom inside. Someone came around to get my keys at maybe 9:05a, they grabbed me to show me the issue under my car around 9:30. I was on my way home by 10:15a. The price was about $250 cheaper than what Mr. Tire quoted me. The workers I spoke with were all friendly and answered my questions. Checkout was smooth. I was advised to take a picture of my receipt because they are not computerized but they do offer a warranty. My car is so quiet now. I came home and my dog didn't even meet me at the door since he couldn't hear me coming! Would definitely use them again. Especially now that I know what to expect from the line situation.

    My car was making a loud noise. I assumed that it was the muffler. Took my car to Bubba's, based on…read morethe reviews I'd seen online. It turned out it wasn't the muffler, but just a small part of the exhaust system. The mechanic told me it would be $300 plus to replace the small part. When I balked, he then said it would be only $165 to "repair" the part. Knowing nothing about cars, I went along with the cheaper repair, but had my doubts. How do you repair a part that needs to be replaced?? I'll probably go elsewhere next time.
