Satisfactory service, within any company, is of the utmost importance. That said; I've been treated rudely twice at this location. Both times, the representatives' response was that I could opt not to have regular maintenance under my 2 yr service plan done. It's almost as if they were doing me a favor. I purchased my vehicle certified pre-owned. The battery died within 8 mos. I have a leaky sunroof and water damage due to it. I spoke to 3 service techs prior to scheduling oil change, tire rotation, and drain flush. They set the appt. so that they had time to do the flush. Not once was it mentioned of any out-of-pocket expense. Brian, in the shady service dept. tells me that they wait until you arrive to discuss fees. What sense does that make? If you know there's a specific fee, just say that! They knew exactly what my issue was beforehand, so why not set that expectation? I'd have scheduled around payday if that were the case. After sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes, I get a call from another rep, saying that they figured, now, I didn't want my regular maintenance done. The nerve! I never alluded to that. I'm ultimately getting the issue fixed by my trusted mechanic for a fraction of what they tried to hit me with. And when I'm in the market for another car, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

My 88 year old mother needed a new car so I could drive her around. We went to Bedford Nissan and wanted to pay for the car in full by check. The son-in-law of the owner waited on us and said they didn't like people who didn't take out loans. He said there was a program where the car could be paid for, over a 3-month period, without any interest - and he stressed that three times. A few days later, she traded in her old car, that had to be towed in, and then the financial department had all the documents on a screen built into a table, that they made her sign. They refused to give us a paper copy, saying it wasn't possible. This con game was in full swing. I knew at that point something wasn't right, but we needed to get the new car, as we had no other transportation. The owner's son and the financial department employee reinterated again that there was to be no interest for this transaction. I didn't think I would need a lawyer for this transaction. What a huge mistake! We drove the car home and not long after we received a bill for the first of three payments. There was interest included and I called up the Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation and Bedford Nissan. It turns out this was a loan, however my mother refused to pay the interest and the car was eventually repossessed. We woke up the next morning and the car was missing from the driveway and I had to rent a car for 2 1/2 weeks. When we went to get our personal belongings at the lot, where it had been towed in Cleveland, $10 in change had been stolen out of the car along with some other items by the men at the lot. When I questioned where these things were, they said that's all that was in the car. I didn't care so much about the money or other things, but all my frequent shopper cards with the rewards were gone! I had to take my mother by Greyhound bus, in her wheelchair, down to Columbus to retrieve her car. It had been taken to a huge lot down there with cars from over various states. On the drive back to Cleveland, I was so angry still that when I was a couple miles from home, I changed lanes without my turn signal and received a ticket. This only added insult to injury! These Bedford Nissan people are out to cheat you and scam you out of every last cent with their con games! I hope they feel good for deceiving and stealing from an 88-year-old woman, who could barely walk or see. Needless to say we will never buy a car from them again! read more

Not happy with the service . When I took lease from Bedford , I was promised that it is the best place to do the business . Our service team is the best team in Cleveland and takes care of the customers. It has been more than 1 week and they could fix my car . One time when I came , I waited for 4 hours and they found issue and requested for a part but I was not given any loner car for it . Second when I come in on my appointment I was told that I can go back home in 1 hour after the fix is done. I have been asked to wait for 1 hour and then no one comes to me. I have to myself go to the service desk to check for my car status after 2 hours wait and in return they say some other part is also not working . We will have to keep your car . Second time I've been here for the same repair. First time, they were rude and acted like I was a problem, not a customer. Now, I'm a very patient and reasonable patron under most circumstances. I realize customer service is often challenging, so I render benefits of doubts more than not. Second visit, I could have driven five miles further, but decided to give these guys another chance. First, I tried to call to schedule service, and sat on hold for 45 minutes en route; I arrived before anyone answered and when I walked they the door, everyone was just standing there. No phones ringing. And again, the staff rudely refused to let me speak before telling me they wouldn't help me. I'm under warranty which typically covers a rental. They told me no, even before they knew I was under warranty, then rude and curt, flat out refused to arrange it, because they "weren't sure whether the repair was covered". It was covered last time this same repair was needed and this warranty is *supposed* to be bumper to bumper. They still said no. Don't buy a Nissan from them. Don't take your Nissan to them for repairs. Their idea of customer service is more along the lines of customer abuse. Today, the MANAGER is allowing me to drive away with my dog and young son in a truck that is unsafe to drive. This location is an embarrassment to the great city of Cleveland. read more

I wish that I could give their service department negative stars! My 75-year-old mother went there by her self to get a tire repaired. They told her that it couldn't be repaired and were going to charge her more than double the cost of anybody else in town for a single tire-- more than double! Talk about taking advantage of a little old lady! When I called to complain, I spoke to a manager there named Leo. He assured me that the price of the tire was fair and that the way they do business today is way better than what the car dealerships used to do in the 80s and 90s! What a liar! I love this dealership and it's staff. I've bought two vehicles from them. My Pathfinder was taken care of no matter what went wrong, now the reason for two stars. I recently bought a used 2016 Maxima SR with 50k on it, fell in love with this vehicle when it came out and had to have one. When I looked at the car it was in phenomenal shape except the tires. The back ones had a chunk on one and the other was pretty bald, the fronts were on low tread as well. The sales manager said if that was a reason not to purchase the car he would replace them. With snow being off and on I said yes I don't feel safe. The car was bought and they took it down for tires. Picked up car later that day and drove off. Had the car for two months and hit some standing water on 480E and 77 interchange and the back tires hydroplaned and the car spun out of control. After coming to a stop I got out right away cause I seen smoke from rear. Luckily no fire though. Cops came and he said I hydroplaned cause back tires were very low on tread. I'm shocked cause tires (were) replaced. But, they replaced the really bad ones and just rotated them. So now I'm out of a car, no money for new one and my credit was hit hard from the purchase of my Maxima. So this is a message for everyone to read to make sure if there is a problem with the tires of a car you are buying and they say they'll replace them, make sure they replace all of them. read more

I was super pleased with my experience at Bedford Nissan. I am a first time car buyer and had no idea where to start or what to do when buying a car. Thankfully for me I met with some of the most amazing people at this location. Jon was my salesman and he literally went out of his way to get everything ready as quickly as possible, work through prices with me, and answer all of my very repetitive and probably very dumb, questions. He was very professional but also relatable and was real with me on availability, affordability, etc. I also had the pleasure of briefly working with Carrie who I believe is the general manager. She was so kind and helped me navigate minor issues when it came to looking into finances and was overall such a pleasure to work with. This dealer doesn't care about safety issues whatsoever . Bought a 2015 ram promaster city from them in February. Nothing but issues since the week after I got it . Check engine light came on day 3 . Said had lot rot w bad pads and rotors when sold . Sat there for 6 months was their excuse . Fuel filter replaced . But the thing that makes me the most angered is a unfixed recall on a faulty or corrosion line that controls the transmission control unit . So it starts to shift in neutral w out warning . This place is a joke. The service department is horrible. Let me explain my review: Having a 3:30 service appointment for front end noise (which I have had in prior but they couldn't duplicate the noise). My car sat in the back service lot for an hour. Around 4:30 it was finally brought into a service bay. A short time later the service advisor came out to waiting room to explain to me how brakes and rotors work. (I being a woman must not understand ). He was even so kind as to draw me picture (not kidding). So while I sat and waited and waited. I decided to write a short disappointing goggle review. The owner must have it setup that he is notified when reviews come in. So instead of coming to the waiting room to speak with me he asked the service manger to. When my car was complete I was called into the service managers office (principals office) to basically be told not to come back. I leased my 2019 Sentra from this dealership about two weeks ago and Marc LaMarca was our salesman. The overall experience was ok considering I came there for the Rogue but ended up with a pretty good deal on the Sentra and have been pretty happy with it so far. Anyway, the low rating is due to Mr. LaMarca calling me at work yesterday morning RANTING about how I didn't give him a perfect score on his survey which apparently was our "deal" lol. I do remember Mr. LaMarca commenting often about the survey and found it quite annoying. Anyway, he basically was upset that I didn't lie on the survey for him although I still ultimately gave him high scores, just not the perfect score that he honestly didn't deserve. He asked specifically about the question regarding whether he showed me to the service department and introduced me to staff. HE DID NOT so I marked it as such on the survey. He goes on to say, "But I told you I needed that!" for the bonus. Well Mr. LaMarca, if showing me the service department was a main factor in you receiving your fat bonus, then maybe you should have taken it upon yourself to ACTUALLY take me there and introduce me to the staff! This is why salepeoples get such a bad name. Let this be a lesson, instead of making shady deals with customers and begging for a good survey, how about you actually WORK FOR IT. Actually give perfect service and maybe you will actually get a perfect survey! Kudos to me for getting a pretty good deal and that was only after you screwed up on the numbers for the Rogue. I don't owe you anything. You helped me with a lease, you didn't deliver my firstborn! Mr. LaMarca, NEVER CALL ME AT MY OFFICE again with your unprofessional ranting. If you went about things a different way, I may have contacted Nissan on your behalf just to double check that I didn't fill out anything incorrectly, but you can just forget that now. I still gave you a highly rated survey and you didn't even deserve that for a couple of reasons: 1) I came there for a Rogue and you initially gave me pricing that I could afford. I came back a few hours later to make the deal and then all of a sudden you wanted almost two thousand dollars more than the number you initially quoted me. Scam anyone? You wasted HOURS of my time when I could have leased the Sentra earlier in the day which would have left you PLENTY of time to show me to the service dept. 2) When I asked you about the "headlight error" message that kept popping up, you talked down to me like I was an idiot. The same arrogant way you called my office yesterday & 3) When I came to pick up the Sentra, there was a rather distinct scent to your breath.....I'll just leave it at that. First off, I was a first time buyer in the market for a car. I don't have credit and receive SSI. The only reason I even needed a car was because some idiot totaled my old 2002 ford focus which was paid off and given to me by my late grandmother. It was very important to me. Anyway,the insurance, of course, gave me little to nothing to get a new car. So I went to Nissan of Bedford,with my mom, because I really wanted to see if I could work something out and get a car. Well, first we get there and no one introduces themselves or anything over at the lot, across the street, where all the cars are. Then when we go into the showroom, we are directed to this guy sitting behind a desk. He gets up, but has this very sour and mean expression on his face. So we sit down and tell him what we need and automatically he says with not having anyone co-signing/buying and what I get on SSI, the bank won't loan me anything and that's it. He talked to me like I was wasting his time and his apology (about the bank) was so fake and disgusting that he made me cry for most of the day. UNTIL we went over to KIA of BEDFORD and they talked with us and gave us an option of my mom co-signing/buying so i could get my new 2015 Kia Forte the same day. They were actually salesmen over there and although that can be overbearing, it was what we needed for today because they made me a happy customer and received a nice cash down-payment. As a little hint to the rude "salesman" sitting at his desk closest to the window, when you walk into the showroom and turn left, "You reap what you sow. And when you treat people like crap, you lose out on the opportunity to receive a customer in the future and as in your case, the present. We were there to see a used Subaru that they had on their lot...but because we showed up unannounced, it was buried under a pile of snow. No worries, Daniel gladly put on his coat and got the snow shovel. After about 15 minutes, he had the car ready, warmed up, and read for test drive. The rest of the day was easy. I took it to this dealership and when the technician could not figure out what was wrong he asked me, and I quote " Do we know how to start our car?" He was condescending in his tone and attitude with me. I reminded him that I have been driving this vehicle for 4+ years as primary driver, so, yes "We do know how." I told him that he should apologize to me for his attitude and what was said. He refused. I told the manager and he just tucked his head down and ignored me. By far the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Went with the Mrs with a pre-approval for a car I had done my research on. A used 2008 BMW 335i xDrive with 78k miles. The car was beautiful, black on black, sport packaged with nearly every option. The mrs ran inside when we first arrived, had to find a restroom, where she was intercepted by John. John took her license while she ran past and then back as I came inside. We told him what we were looking at, without another word or discussion he brought it over and handed us the keys to test drive. The car was as perfect as we could have hoped, we returned from the test drive with cash in hand ready to deal. We didnt waste his time and he never wasted ours, between jokes and a fantastic demeanor we worked out a sale that was only a margin away from what I had asked for. Everything was perfect, they detailed the car and then the unexpected happened. After John snapped a pic for us in front of the car the mrs hopped in to drive home, but she noticed the check engine light was on... john and the sales manager assured us that there was nothing wrong and that on the off chance if anything was amiss they would make sure it was made right. The next day the car barely ran when I started it, it was all I could do to get it to the highway and warmed up. Immediately after I warmed it up it ran like a top, but it had to get to that point first. I called John and he arranged for me to come directly back in to work with the service team. They were insainely busy, almost uncontrollably busy trying to multitask to get everyone in and out. They took the time to work with me and get it looked at. They decided to have it taken to the dealership to get looked at by BMW. They fixed it, billed Bedford Nissan and cleared it to go... only the very next day it did it again. I returned it to the BMW dealership that failed to fix the car the first time and left it with them, Bedford Nissan was even more furious than I was. They pulled the car from the dealership and took it to a completely different BMW dealership. This time to have a more costly repair done to make sure it was completely right. $3000 dollars in bills later Bedford Nissan did what NO OTHER dealership would often do... Stand behind the products they sell to the fullest extent possible. I will be back and I will tell everyone I possibly can about this experience, you've earned my business and anyone elses with an ear I can tell. Thank you. read more

stay away from this place! i have a 2017 titan with less than 9,000 miles that has an issue with shifting that causes a safety concern and nothing will be done about it! they had the vehicle for over a month combined time, once for 11 days and when i picked it up because they could not find an issue its funny that the mileage and the miles left of fuel were exactly the same, and parked in the same spot, but they could not find an issue! maybe look next time?? if you somehow like a nissan, never go to this dealership unless you want no help and lied to! read more

I will never take my vehicle there again for service and I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I took my car to them to address a check engine light that had come on indicating an issue with my EVAP system. Every single time I got the car back (I visited about 6 times, so many times I lost count) the light would come back on with the same code. I would then try to schedule another appointment to address and fix it properly and either not hear back about trying to schedule the appointment or what was going on. They should have prioritized my service experience given their failure to address and fix the problem the first, second, third, forth etc. time but I was consistently treated poorly. They comped the work done (due to their failure in fixing the issue) then called me the night before my next appointment (again, for the same issue) to accuse me of not paying for all the "work" they've done on my car when it was their inability to properly service the vehicle all along making them lose money on the repair. I took the car in to pay to fix the problem, not to waste my time, theirs, and get free shit. Do not take your vehicle there. read more
