I ordered a customized PC and it arrived in October. In December it would not display to any…read moremonitor. Emailing and calling MMC they suggested a swap of video cards, but that didn't work and it took another month for me to ship my card in before they would ship one back to me. So I had to send the whole computer back to them which cost $320.00 for UPS to package it and $1000 worth of insurance. Turns out a CPU chip was bad and they replaced it. Warranty covered all parts and labor BUT NOT shipping costs TO them. When I complained about this they said I should have asked for a shipping label from them. Never was anything suggested about a shipping label nor about insurance. And I only discovered what was actually wrong by emailing the tech support. No paperwork came with the returned computer. I have bought a PC from MMC before and never had this kind of problem or need to ship back. They are very unhelpful when it comes to the details of trying to fix something.
