However, I thought I'd give Verizon Prepaid a try after purchasing a new iPhone SE. Yesterday, I went to the Verizon store in Mentor, OH to get established as a new customer and activate my new phone. I waited over 45 minutes, as I didn't have an appointment. I left feeling extremely frustrated by the rude and unhelpful staff and I didn't get my phone activated. I thought Verizon would give better service. I couldn't have been more wrong. I found Wireless Connect through the PagePlus website. This morning, I visited Wireless Connect and was completely impressed. A staff member transferred my SIM card from my old phone to the new one and had me connected to PagePlus within minutes. There was no wait. Also, I could have gotten Verizon PrePaid through them as well, and they offer many choices. They also sell phones and accessories too. I'm glad that I have such a great place to go for my cell phone needs.

When I went back in, they removed my solid state drive and put it in an external case. Then they recycled my computer at my request. Great service! All this was done over the weekend. I was pleased to find a same-day appointment available and dropped off around noon. I was pleasantly greeted and hung out while they performed a basic diagnostic. When it confirmed only the battery replacement was necessary I took my receipt and headed home. How pleased was I to have a call the next day at 2:00 telling me my computer was ready for pick up! All in all a great experience though I know I can't count on parts always arriving next day. In any case, I'll definitely check here first should I require any more Apple product service. P. S. I asked for a refund and was told there would be a 20% restocked fee to restock the broke laptop I had to pay to ship back. Please do not trust this company they only care about themselves and customer service is terrible. There policies are only to protect them. They make money if you buy or if you have to return a bad product.
