Great little store. One of the cases, when the size doesn't matter... ))) In this difficult time with the Covid-19 they took a great care of me. When I came in, there were a couple of customers in the store, so the lady boss (Helen) asked me what car I'm driving, and she said that she would come get me, when it's my turn. 10 min later she came out for me. Couple of years ago I won a rifle at an out of state auction that did not have a CA compliant grip. Every gun shop I went to basically told me I was an idiot and there's nothing they can do for me. I was about to pay a huge restocking fee when someone suggested I try PDG. Dimitry went out of his way to contact the seller and convince them to remove the grip before shipping. He then ordered a compliant grip and assembled the rifle to CA standards when it arrived. Now that's what you call customer service! The place is tiny and not somewhere you go to browse around the shelves. But if you know what you want they can order it for you and at much better cost than the "fancy" stuck up gun shops. read more

Dima's the best. The light at the end of the tunnel here in No Guns for You California. Good advice giver, he is making a living, but not ripping folks off. He is keeping it small and real. So you have to make some allowances for time estimates. His shop is kind of a Man Cave for Gun Owners. He often gets parts and rare guns that are impossible to find from other gun stores. Just be a little patient with him. Think of him as a "Boutique Service" this is not Walmart for Guns, but a highly personalized service store, in an endangered industry here in Kalifornia. I walk my very Large Bengal Cat on a leash. I went to this store with the intent to buy a high-end handgun that was displayed on the website. The steel mesh door to the business was closed and a pit bull ruched up to the door barking like crazy at my cat. I was about to ask someone inside if they could put the dog in a separate room so I could go in. But before I could, someone I suspect was the owner, approached. Through the mesh door and in a curt voice said, referring to my cat, "That's driving my dog mad. How can I help you?" He clearly didn't want me coming in. It sounded like he wanted me to leave. And he could not help me with anything if I had to stay outside his store. So I answered, "I was going to buy a gun. But I not now." I left and went to another gun store. And they loved the presence of such a wild looking cat on a leash in their store. read more

Took me an hour to find this place because there is no business sign above the business, it's very hidden. Then took me 20 minutes to wait for a parking spot and I ended up parking in a non-parking zone with my handicap sign since some loser with a Mercedes parked so selfishly that the only marked handicap spot is blocked. Then me and my service animal approach the business and knocked on the lock door and the business owner turned us away because he said his dog doesn't like other dogs. I'm disabled I have a service animal I can't help that. After all that waste of time I just left because he refused to let us in. I am a first time come gun buyer and was probably going to spend a couple thousand dollars in the shop so his loss but definitely no way to treat a customer. You can put your animal in the back to accommodate a customer but it's your business and run it to the ground as you please. So much for the reviews saying the owner is nice. 11/03 - i ask him to order me a vp9. 11/15 - he says he'll order it for me. follow up 11/25, still on order. follow up 12/10 - one coming this week. follow up 12/17 - no response. follow up 12/30 - "i dont have any extra." i tell him i've been waiting over a month, almost 2 in fact. he says he'll check when he gets in (it's 11:40am). 11:54 he tells me, he ordered it for someone else, and not for me. he also tells me that he doesn't have any extra. great f*cking way to do business. i will NEVER, EVER do business with this shop again, and in fact, i will tell EVERYONE i know to never shop here again. update: 12:06pm " sorry you and 300 other people". then dont f*cking tell me you ordered one for me. this guy probably got an offer for a higher price and took it. this is not how you run a business. i urge all of you to seek your firearm business elsewhere. this place does not deserve your hard earned money. i will never come back here again, unless it's to urge people away from the door. read more
