My coworker Hannah referred me to Andre, she said he and his work are amazing. Before this, I tried Youtube, Google, Reddit, etc. for DIY tips, but nothing worked. I called him in a Friday evening and he fixed it that same day. It took a few tools and steps, but Andre and his intern/assistant finished it within minutes and at no cost. This was such a blessing. Excellent for the quality of the repairs but the duration of the repair ? Too long, the excuse is parts for Honda and Toyota coming in slowly, word on the street: bullshit. Honda and Toyota stocks have been doing fairly well in recent months. Customer service? A lot to be desired. "7-10 business days" as told when I turned in my car late August, so expected completion September 10-13, sadly but consistently weekly callings concerning my vehicle's status, "hopefully by the end of the week". Two and half weeks later I called and received a brief explanation of the status of my vehicle and it'll be ready at the end of September. Week three called/ week five in the shop, 38 business days my vehicle was completed. Received the only text from them that my car was ready after I paid for it and picked it up. Communication is key to ensure a smooth business transaction plus reliability to your word. I'm satisfied with the results but not happy with the duration, when surveying the damage of the vehicle: isn't it necessary to order parts for the vehicle posthaste to ensure repairs completed in a timely manner? Yes. If there will be a delay, let them know firsthand and keep the customer updated. This was my first and this is my last time at this business.

I always know they will take care of my cars and the end product will be fabulous. Anyone can be successful when things go as planned but in those rare cases where some film does not behave as planned, the team here really shines through in making everything right. Geico recommended Gross. Selected the Express Service. Informed the estimator that I had previously worked at a body shop. Very affable and said the damage was so minor he would probably send my BMW to the body shop same day. Fast forward 2 weeks. Why is this taking so long. Answer-you selected the Geico Express Service which takes longer. What?? Another week and asked where is my car? Waiting to go into the paint shop; sitting under a tree in a chain link dirt lot; just where anyone would park a convertible. When will it go into paint? Answer-soon. Started calling daily. Reception is now very unfriendly and snippy. It will get done when it is done. Another week and got the car back. Complained about the poor paint match (probably a too thin pearl color coat) and the misaligned bumper. I was stunned when the fellow says our work is guaranteed so you can bring it back anytime and we will fix it. Oh goody, another month hoping the work is done right the second time. Why Gross could not get the job right the first time is a mystery. Our schedule took us out of the United States for a few months so we paid another body shop to fix Gross's shoddy work when we returned.

Months and months go by, with me calling about monthly. I'm eventually told by "Shawna" the two hour inspection is regular maintenance and they don't do that now. So, I wasted all those months just waiting. I then pointed out the reason for the inspection was to DO more, but she had no interest. In my conversation with Rodney we had discussed octane, so apparently me asking for a reminder of what should be in the tank made it "maintenance". I then emailed Rodney directly and received NO response at all. I found this surprising after his prior call to set everything up. I had a $40k budget, but that was apparently too small for them. I would not recommend.

Even after calling him many, many times, he never called me back. I would never trust this place with working on anything, ever. From what I've heard from others, I was lucky because his work isn't very good anyway. Meanwhile I found someone else to do my Caddy for a third of Rodney's price.
