Triple Negative rating…read more Very rude and disrespectable driver. Pulled out from a county road to cross the westbound state highway 231 and blocked both lanes to get to eastbound 231. The Pinky's driver literally caused 3 cars to do a hard stop while there were no cars in sight behind us. The driver pulled out within a short distance of all of us traveling 55 miles an hour and blocked all lanes instead of waiting for us on to pass when he would have had no traffic approaching him. What a rude jerk. State troopers need to be aware of his total disregard for the traffic that has the right of way. The bully will meet his match - hopefully in a way that will cost him a lot of time, money, and grief.

Well after a few hours I was notified the car needed 2 very expensive special parts for it to even run now. So not having alot of choices since now it won't run they installed said parts. Picked the car up about a week later and it appeared to be repaired. The bill was $2,700.00 After having a near stroke at the amount a couple of weeks go by and the car starts having a dead battery every other day. The AC stops working and the radio quits again. Its throwing 2 or 4 different codes and I call them and get told to bring it back and for another $145 they can run a diagnostic test on it. They were rude, crooked and basically did nothing for $2700 . I took my ar to another dealer a couple hours away and was told the said parts were not necessary and they fixed my car the correct way. Please think twice before using this repair shop unless you have money to waste. Very disappointed!!!!!

I took my car to get my AC compressor replaced and was called an hour later saying…read moremy valve gasket and belts needed to be replaced because the valve gasket was leaking oil onto my original AC compressor. I went ahead and did that come to find out they left a bracket off that was hanging and hitting the new AC compressor and was told that my valve cover had a small crack on the top but it didn't go all the way through. Turns out that was a lie because the valve cover is now leaking oil to replace the AC compressor the valve gasket and one belt they charged me $780. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON. i wouldn't even trust these people to clean my car. ridiculous that they also wouldn't fix their fuck up.

They replaced a Light Truck (LT) tire with a regular one and now my 3/4 ton truck has one tire that is NOT a load range E tire. That new tire can only support 1700 lbs instead of 2700 lbs. I would like to believe the technicians know what load range means at a professional tire shop. So disappointed and done with Jim Whaley tire in Enterprise. This is the second time in a row I have been disappointed so I will find another shop. Jeff Mortensen
