Called USAA to deconflict and found out they HAD called back but American was claiming "now it's too late we can't do it". It's 3 pm. So two hours later we are still stranded. Never once did they think well maybe we should let these people know or ask further. Judging from the other reviews it's probably for the best anyway. Got a tow from another company (R&A Towing) who was professional and on time. Avoid this company at all costs if possible.

DO NOT GO HERE. I took my car to get my AC compressor replaced and was called an hour later saying…read moremy valve gasket and belts needed to be replaced because the valve gasket was leaking oil onto my original AC compressor. I went ahead and did that come to find out they left a bracket off that was hanging and hitting the new AC compressor and was told that my valve cover had a small crack on the top but it didn't go all the way through. Turns out that was a lie because the valve cover is now leaking oil to replace the AC compressor the valve gasket and one belt they charged me $780. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON. i wouldn't even trust these people to clean my car. ridiculous that they also wouldn't fix their fuck up.
