I brought my wife's relatively new Hyundai Palisade to Dan, with a moderate dent on the side panel. I believe I paid out of pocket for that and Dan was very reasonable compared to other shops that I had received quotes from and I was more than satisfied with the end product. Recently, I had the misfortune of damaging the rear body quarter panel on a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado. Initially my insurance company wanted to just mud it and paint over it and Dan fought on my behalf and told them that it is a brand new truck and that would just flat out look crappy. The insurance company changed their mind and Dan ended up doing the work and I picked the truck up today and it still looks brand new! So here is the last thing I will say to show you all what sets Dan and Gracy's auto body apart from everyone else. In the week that it took for Dan to order the new part for my truck, I scraped against something else causing what looked like significant damage to the other side of the truck.
