Well for $95 an hour, we were thinking it should be a good job. Then we got the van back. It looked like our 10 year old cleaned it. Windows were clean in the middle, but no detail on cleanliness on any of the edges. Carpet looked like they just vacuumed without shampoo and minimal effort for cost. They did a basic car wash(no polish or buffing) and told us they couldn't do more without paying $80 more an hour because there was a drop of tree sap(less than pencil thickness) and to clean it before they could polish and buff would take 3 hours. I cleaned it off with my finger nail in matter of seconds. All we got was excuses and poor results. Won't be going back or even recommend this place.

The PDQ crew at this location scratched the passenger side door pillar, windows again not wiped down properly, and my instrument cluster and steering wheel were not wiped down or cleaned. I paid extra for the Extreme Shine Wash Package, which is a rip-off. The staff also did a horrible job applying tire shine which is included in that wash package. I will not be back, I could have cleaned my car myself and would have gotten better results. This seems to be a common theme at all PDQ locations in the Green Bay area.
