PDX Auto storage truly saved us from evading many potential disasters in planning the storage of our vehicle for long-term travel. I called the day prior to our flight departure to make my reservation after their business hours and they were still able to guide me through the process of their services while providing a quote and an easy invoice while providing an easy payment method online. The price is unbeatable and does not compare to other competitors providing this service. Justin was very helpful and professional in working with me - who was tasked with helping my monolingual parents find a place to store their car as they traveled out of the country for a month. Justin went out of his way to locate my parents because they got lost in trying to find PDX Auto storage location. After finding my parents, he guided them to their storage location, stored their car AND personally transported them to the airport, hours after having closed his business on New Year's Eve, all while maintaining his grace and character to provide this service. He could've easily blown us off but he made special efforts to help us even after the situation became daunting. We will forever be grateful to Justin & PDX Auto storage for being so kind and flexible with our complicated travel situation. We can now rest in peace knowing that my parents car will be taken care of in their safe and easy to use facility. What a bunch of scam artists. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! Yeah they might? be reliable for storing vehicles. When it comes to selling, look out. These keisters took me and my friend for a ride we are both embarrassed of. We replied to a facebook ad "Great Deal, come check it out now" or some other obvious nonsense. So we did. we went up there, and they ran the game. And we lost about $2k. The main guy talked us to death about a million things other than cars, al real friendly like inside the office. While we were checking out the vehicle, another guy, Justin, comes up with his disgusting cheeto hands and effectively split me and my friend up. (A guy at Auto Zone chuckled when I shared how we'd been conned because this is exactly how they do it) They had topped off the liquids, when there were a ton of leaks. They hid HOLES in the truck bed with some cardboard (and kept us in conversation so we totally missed it). They re-attached broken plastic parts that fell off on our second ride. And on and on. Don't get me started with the issues we had with the title. They buy junky vehicles for cheap and price them up with their act. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! Think I'm dramatic? Dave and Justin went out of their way to help me. They have been storing my 500gal. BBQ at PDX Auto Storage for the last year. I had a buyer for it, but no way to load it and it weighs 2000lbs. Dave and Justin helped us with their forklift. It was not easy and we were in 97 deg. direct sunlight. they were creative and diligent in loading the BBQ safely on a trailer. PDX auto storage took great care of our car for two years. We had a car cover which helped, but he also made sure to start the car when not in use, etc. Jason was always a good communicator whether it be by text or email. They have very reasonable fees and are close to the airport. We used a shuttle that he could provide weekedays or just used uber for about a $12-15 fee. read more

These guys are super friendly and helpful and they really go the extra mile. No, it's not a fancy lot - but my RV doesn't mind because she knows she's safe with friends. Even when I couldn't get there to pick up my RV during normal hours, Justin was willing to work around my schedule. The guys even showed me how to load my car onto my tow-dolly and many other things that an RV owner should know (but I don't happen to know them). They went above and beyond! If you are looking for a place to park your vehicle, RUN,don't walk to contact them ! This is my third and the final review on this company. I have used them for about 5 yrs and have never been disappointed in the service I have received from them. Justin handles the lot professionally and is always accommodating when I am flying in and out and need a ride to the airport. Norm is a wonderful driver. They felt like family in some ways. So, I moved more quickly than I expected from the area and left behind my spare key. Just got off phone w/ Justin and he was great helping me to identify the key and will be mailing it out. Found this place on Yelp and made my decisions based on reviews. So far, the reviews were spot on . I've left my car twice & picked it up once. Justin answers my calls, I schedule a pick up or drop off then confirm day of. They are always there when they said they would be and I found my car, cleaned & running when I got there. It was so nice to get into a clean, warm car. I also picked up & dropped off late pm on the weekends. I would highly recommend this place if you need to store your car. read more

The good news is that they are one of the cheapest places to store a trailer or motorhome. BUT.... Not much good to say after that. A couple months ago someone broke into the place and stole a bunch of license plates, including ours. Then they found them somewhere else in the lot? A week or so later. Someone breaks in again, cuts the power to the cameras, and then proceeds to steal our 1 yr old camping trailer. We had to be notified by the police. I called the place to see what was up but all they said was that it was stolen. No, I am sorries, no, here is what we can do for you. I called a week later and they said that they did could not talk to me. Turns out in the fine print that they do not cover fire or theft. We were covered under our own policy. I asked to be refunded the remaining months of rent... And I got "well we normally would not do that but yours is a special case"!!!! But no refund has been offered. Prior to that we have had to wait up to 30 min. for someone to show up. Their ad says that the have 24hr security staff on the premises. Not in our case. Not for about 1/2 the times we picked up or dropped off. And not when our plates nor our trailer was stolen. Another thing... we bought a cover to cover the trailer during the winter. They said they would put it on. The first winter they did. The second winter they did not. They said it was too hard to put on.... But why did they not call me!! Bottom line. If your rig is old and beat up, and you don't mind waiting for staff to show up, and you don't care about your stuff being robbed then sign up with these guys because they are cheap! read more

I wish a negative star option was available. DO NOT ever use this company. Customer service, communication, and honesty are obviously not values PDX strives to achieve . I filed a complaint to BBB after multiple failures to provide expected and contractual promises. A annual contract of $600 has been considered a loss. Read if you wish(though long): First Interaction: Per the rules of the agreement, clients are asked to notify the business of arrival and shuttle needs twenty-hours hours prior to the arrival on site, which is understandable. I called PDX forty-eight hours prior to our arrival and notified them of our intentions. The first representative I spoke with was unable to locate our file, with their system not recognizing the vehicle, business, and last name provided to PDX. I requested the manager after quite some time with the understanding that our contract was signed a month prior and a payment of $600 was completed. After approximately 1 hour of time invested, the "manager" was able to locate the contract. With what seemed like no remorse, we were finally booked for the scheduled drop-off and shuttle to the airport. Second Interaction: When we arrived on time for our drop-off, we found the location a bit undesirable, to say the least. The location was not at all what was depicted via Google Maps, understanding that images are updated periodically. We waited for the representative to unlock the gate. We were greeted and escorted to the office. The "office" itself was located in a shanty of a mobile home unit. We made our way up the makeshift pallet staircase to the "office". The appearance of the office was disheveled and unsanitary. Though we were not expecting a four-or-five star experience, the office was unsatisfactory. The "acting manager" was again not able to locate our contract as before and waited another 25 minutes until it was located. The first representative then informed us that the shuttle was broken, suggesting we use our personal vehicle, which was not part of our contract. We requested a cab instead. The representative offered to pay for the cab services, but we were never reimbursed. Prior to leaving the facility, Jennifer the new "manager" assured me she would contact me the following business day. When she did not, I called the office again, requesting to speak to Jennifer, who was not available. With Jennifer unavailable, I requested the owner call back to discuss the issues we experienced. I again did not receive either call back. Third Interaction: The previous interactions were testaments to the experiences that would continue. Per the rules of the agreement, I notified PDX that I would be arriving within the twenty-four hour time frame. The representative was able to find the contract on this attempt and I was scheduled for pickup at the airport the following day. I was instructed to call PDX once I had collected baggage. With bags in hand, I contacted PDX to confirm the shuttle for pickup. I again was notified that the shuttle was broken. PDX instructed me to take a cab and PDX would reimburse me the fare. I arrived onsite to find the vehicle started and ready for pick-up. I requested the fare reimbursement and the representative informed me that they have approve it through the owner, as the "acting manager" was no longer working with the company. Fifteen minutes elapsed with no progress, the owner was "in the back working on retrieving another vehicle and will be out shortly". Another fifteen minutes elapsed with no progress. Making small talk with the representative, he stated, Jennifer ("the acting manager") was never actually working for PDX, but instead was passing through and needed cash. We now understand the responsiveness to our requests for a follow-up. After forty-five minutes of waiting for the owner to appear with the reimbursement, I departed PDX without reimbursement. If PDX has indeed serviced the Portland area for over 17 years, with goals to provide most competitive rates, outstanding customer service, and a friendly atmosphere as the website states, we are unsure what Portland area customers are looking for in a accredited business. Our experience has proven that none of the above is true when dealing with PDX. Customer service, communication, and honesty are obviously not values PDX strives to achieve. We will not be returning to PDX Auto Storage & Parking with our vehicle. With further attempts to communicate with the owner failed, the annual contract of $600 is a loss. We have used PDX Storage for the long term storage of our cars while we lived abroad. During that time they have always been very responsive, kept us up to date on our vehicles (they have a service to do a check up of your car monthly). When we came to pick up our cars, they were courteous and helpful. They also have a detailing service available. read more

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I've been storing my Xterra with them for years while I travel in Asia. Not once have I encountered any issues, and Justin and his crew are some of the nicest folks ever, always ready to accommodate and super on top of things. The price and location cannot be beat. Less than 15 minutes to the airport, and usually they are able to drop you off and pick you up. Don't hesitate to leave your car here. It's safe, secure, and very reasonable. we flew from pdx to Hawaii and parked our cat here for two weeks. not only was it the cheapest parking around ($60),but they also dropped us off at the airport and picked us up from our late arrival flight (10:30pm). the pick up ride was only $10 (much cheaper than a cab). and both of the people that we dealt with were incredibly pleasant. if you are looking for fancy service, this isn't it. but if you just need nice people doing their job and not over priced, then this is for you!! read more

this is a review for PDX Auto Storage which apparently is under this same listing. anyway, I've seen some not great reviews on here but I can say i have had excellent experience with this auto storage lot and would definitely recommend them if you need to store your car in Portland OR. I found these guys last fall when I was rearranging my life to live part-time in Costa Rica and part-time in the US. there aren't many lots for storing cars in the Portland area that I found, so I was happy to even find this one! I went out to take a look and its not a super impressive area but they have big gates with big locks so there ya go. it's also very affordable and very close to the airport and they will actually shuttle you to or come and pick you up in your own car at PDX for $10 -- fantastic! I stored my car at PDX Auto Storage from Oct thru May 2015 and they were Awesome. every time I emailed them about something (extending my stay, scheduling airport pick-up, etc.) Justin got back to me quickly, usually on the same day. the car was in great shape when they brought it to PDX to pick up my boyfriend in May and I felt so good about them that I just put my car back in storage with them for the next 10 months. also, we left town in a hurry to fly back to Costa Rica and the car was a mess after a 9000+ mile summer road trip -- I didn't have time to get it to a car wash before storing it so I ordered one thru PDX Auto Storage. they did a great job on the exterior wash and wax for a fair price and got alllll the bugs and crap off the front grill, hooray! they invoiced me online and texted pics of my super clean car to my cell phone so I could rest assured that my car is safe, happy and clean in Portland while I am waiting out the rainy season in a tiny village in Costa Rica :) thanks, Justin !! you guys Rock !! read more

Never ever leave your car here. It is a complete scam. The guy who runs it, leo, Is a scam artist from new jersey. Make sure you know what your signing when you put your name on a 5 page document. You are pretty much signing that he can charge you extra for a bunch of stuff that he's made up to make some side money.50 bucks a month right near the airport when ur in a pinch? Seem too good to be true? Well it is. I want to warn everyone please find another place. He doesn't care about you or your car he just wants to scam u. I had a car parked here for about 12 months while i was selling my condo. I actually thought it would be safe here, and I even went out of my way to put a car cover on it. So, what happened next: They removed my car cover when relocating my car, but failed to put the car cover back. When I finally removed my car they gave some old used car cover that was sort of close to what I had bought. Also when removing my car I found the door caved in. Even though they are mainly responsible for moving cars around they claimed a renter may have done it and that it wasn't their problem. When I asked if they would at least cover part of the damage I got no where. So I filed a claim with the BBB. Parkrose rv just countered saying I never provided a quote, even though they refused to even entertain looking at a quote. What a sham of a business. Under no circumstances should you ever place any piece of property here. I will tell you though the people on the phone taking your payments where sure nice. read more
