We were evacuated due to fires with 7 dogs. After a day and a half of sleeping in cars and in a parking lot, we decided to rent an RV to keep the pups safe. One call and we had what we needed. They even have us a discount and left our time frame open as to return as we had no idea. They also offered a place to park when we were evacuated a second time from our evacuation site! We've been renting from RV Northwest since 2012... Fast forward to 2021, we've been trying for the past month to rent an RV with them. We already have a deposit on file yet they won't return our calls. I stopped the first week of July 2021 and I was told that they would email me a quote for an RV rental in the next day... Now with only 4 weeks before our vacation we're left in limbo, unsure if we'll hear back on rental confirmation but mostly afraid that we'll never see our deposit again. Exactly same experience as a guy that posted a month ago! Something is really wrong. We reserved a RV in May 2021 for late July 2021 and paid deposit (over $2,400). Got an email from them about a week and a half before the rental that the owner needed our Rv and that much larger RV was available for additional $2000. We couldn't change our reservations for much bigger rv with such a short notice and so we said we just wanted our deposit back. Manager was supposed to get back to us with a refund. Since then nobody has responded to multiple emails and phone goes directly to voicemail every time. Haven't been able to talk to anybody yet. read more

This business moved and started a new Yelp page. The old page had 8 reviews with an average of 3 stars. There were a handful of 5 star reviews and the rest were one star reviews. I suspect this is because you could easily have a great experience as long as nothing goes wrong. In our case, something went wrong, and it was disastrous. Our story is a long one. Here's the executive summary: buyer beware! Run away! Here's the blow-by-blow. My husband and I wanted to rent an Itasca Navion because we'd considered buying one. We found that RV Northwest was the only company at the time that offered one for rent. We booked it for a week-long 10th wedding anniversary tour of Oregon last summer. When we arrived at this RV rental place, we found a chaotic and confusing scene. We worked with several people while they tried to get us checked out. After awhile, they admitted they'd locked the keys in the vehicle and did not have a spare set. The RV owners would have to drive out and provide their set to unlock it. Ok, fine. Stuff happens. We went grocery shopping nearby for the trip. We get back an hour or so later. Now it's time to check out, right? Not so fast. After some confusion and shuffling of papers, it became clear that they'd given us someone else's paperwork and misplaced ours. Wow. Ok. Eventually things got resolved. They gave us a tour of the vehicle, which was brand new by the way. Only driven once by the owners, who apparently were working with RV Northwest to rent it out when they weren't using it. We finally embarked upon our exciting RV tour of Oregon. Hooray! Our first stop was just a few hours East. About halfway there, the vehicle made a loud sound and displayed a warning light. The light was confusing, and quickly went off. We misinterpreted it to be a "dangerous conditions" indicator of some sort, because the highway was quite windy and we were being buffeted by cross-winds. The warning light had looked like symbols for wind and rain. We kept going and arrived at our campground at dusk. We parked, and then wanted to adjust our position in the parking spot which involved turning the RV back on. We did that, and the RV made the same sound it had made on the highway and flashed a number and a code. We did not know what this meant, so we started making dinner and googling error codes on our phones. It was an indicator that the Diesel Emissions Fluid was low, and the number it had flashed was a countdown. We had that many more engine starts before the engine would be disabled if we didn't correct the fluid situation. The number was something like 15, so we were not too worried. We settled in and called RV NW in the morning. Thus began our saga. Our sad, misled tour of Oregon mechanics who could not help us. On multiple occasions, RV Northwest folks instructed us to take measures that were not only inappropriate for the model RV we had, but caused greater problems. They sent us to two different technicians (a strong word in one case) in two different cities who couldn't help us due to the Mercedes chassis of the Navion, which they probably could have told RV NW had they asked! On the 3rd day of this hellish trip, as the countdown continued ominously, we finally found a Mercedes dealership ourselves in Medford who said they could fix it. But not immediately. So we drove there and spent 7 hours in the waiting area with our dog. At the end of that day, the dealership concluded that ***someone*** had contaminated the diesel emissions fluid in the vehicle, which is what caused the warning light in the first place. We will never know who did this, but it seems unlikely that it was the owners, and we had never even heard of DEF until all of this. So that leaves one likely possibility, eh? In other RV models, topping off that tank with water was fine. But in this brand new fancy one, it causes major problems! Hmmm. I wonder what happened at RV Northwest while we were all waiting for the owners to drive back with the keys? Whatever the source, the contamination broke the sensors, which is what continued the problem even after we tried to refill the DEF tank. The dealership could fix it, but not that day. At that point, the countdown was down to one. And, RV Northwest helpfully told us we could not leave the RV at the dealership or it would constitute abandoning the vehicle, thus violating the contract. So, we were faced with trying to live at a car dealership with our dog for an unknown number of days until the RV was fixed, or drive it 300 miles back to Portland without turning off the engine. We chose the latter, driving north on I5, playing the song The Final Countdown by Europe, wanting nothing to do with the folks at RV Northwest ever again. Except to get our money back. However, they never returned a call from us after the 2nd day of the trip. We had to dispute the credit card charge to get our money back, which we did. read more

This was hands down the worst experience I've had with RV repairs. We left our RV with them for a month, with ample time for them to get to our list of (fairly minor) repairs. We specifically asked them to email us updates and to move forward on the work we had already discussed. 2.5 weeks later we hadn't heard anything and kept calling in to get ahold of someone to give us answers. We were continuously told to talk to "Mr. Mike" who was conveniently ALWAYS out of office. A week later, after many attempts at getting ahold of him, he finally shares that they haven't even started ANY of the repairs. When we tried to voice our concern he kept saying he'd been working on RVs for over 19 years, as if that was some valid excuse for incredibly poor service. They finally started working on it 2 days before pickup was scheduled. Low and behold when we arrived, parts they had ordered had not arrived yet, 75% of the list of repairs were not fixed, and the only things that were I undoubtedly could have done better myself with a drill and some command strips. Now, weeks later, the little work that they did do is falling apart even more. I'm so disappointed I spent SO much money for literally no positive outcome. ***** DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!**** There are a lot of places to rent an RV from in the Portland area and unfortunately I made my reservation through RV Northwest. Two friends and myself had been planning a trip to the Gorge Amphitheater for a long time and found this company through Yelp and talked with them securing what seemed to be a great deal and RV for our trip. But what we got, was a breakdown about to happen! When I checked in and went over the vehicle, it seemed like they had a lot not done for our arrival which was the first clue, like batteries were not properly charged and water not filled, this would actually be the least of our worries!!!! When I was driving out of the lot with excitement, I realized that there was black electric tape over two lights on the dashboard over the check engine and oil temp. I quickly called back and talk to the "head mechanic", he assured me we would be fine, it was just a fuse. Well, we took his word and inched along in the afternoon traffic back to the hotel. In the morning, we set off for the Gorge Amphitheater 5-6 hours away with excitement. When we got on the highway in no traffic, I went to give the RV some gas and to my surprise the RV did not go over 30 mph. After playing with the shifter and peddle, we made the decision something was seriously wrong! We stopped by another RV dealership that was on the side of Portland we were on, Cruise America, and had their mechanic look at it for us. He found leaking fuel and other issues and could not believe that someone had rented this to us! He was shocked to see the black electric tape on the dash covering up the lights! I can't tell you how much drama this created and how close our plans came to being ruined, but bottom line is there are other places in Portland to rent from. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your rental especially when you travel so far to go enjoy the North West. Our pipes broke and our house flooded. The insurance company would pay for a hotel, but there weren't any close. Not to mention our 2 dogs and 3 cats. While the dogs could get used to a hotel, at least one of our cats is very sciddish and we'd probably have lost her if we tried to take her to a hotel, and if her people weren't here, she'd probably hit the road, becoming a snack for the area coyotes. Our contractor suggested looking into renting an rv. The idea sounded like it could work! I called our neighborhood rv dealer, Curtis Trailer, and they gave me the number to RV Northwest. It turns out they have a fleet of park model sized trailers they dedicate to temporary housing! Our adjuster was thrilled because it was about half the cost of putting us in a hotel (and thus made him more flexible in other aspects of our claim). And the pets loved it! Even the sciddish kitty became very comfortable hanging out in the trailer! RV NW handled the delivery and setup as well as the eventual tear down and retrieval. When the weather hit triple digits for several days in a row, and the trailer' A/C couldn't keep up, they actually sent out a pair of guys to install a second central A/C in the unit at no extra charge! Now THAT was great customer service! We had the trailer all summer, and along the way we had questions here and there which they were happy to help us with. What a great experience! I only wish the rest of our home's renovation had gone this smoothly and uneventful. I highly recommend that you give RV Northwest the chance to impress you as they did us! read more

RV Northwest (formerly Beaverton, now Tigard, OR) are crooks and robbers! Their staff lie without hesitation and are shamelessly rude and unprofessional! NEVER do business with them!!!!! Their "new" RV broke down on us just a few miles from their facility and they said they would be there in 10 minutes. Over an hour later they show up, tinker with it and say to just ignore the alarms that kept going off. And the steps wouldn't retract so we had to drive with them extended. These guys are great! I am from the East coast and booked an RV for Burning Man through RV Northwest. Sure, Portland is a drive from NW Nevada, but RV Northwest was one of the few companies I could find that was not only glad to rent to Burners but does so at a reasonable price. So many other RV companies either altogether refuse to rent to Burners or jack up their prices so high as to be a bit ridiculous. Sure RV Northwest added an additional cleaning fee, but it was reasonable enough as to most likely be about the same as what it would have cost us to clean it ourselves before returning it. Then, there is the fact that use of the generator is included in the rental fee. This is a big deal, considering that many other rental places charge additional based on the amount of time you use the generator. Those things are certainly noteworthy, but what I liked most about dealing with these folks was dealing with these folks. In other words, they were just plain nice people to work with. From booking nearly a year in advance to responding to calls and emails throughout the year to answer my questions to making a last minute change to the reservation to picking up/dropping off the RV, Veronica and Aletha were great every step of the way. There were two other renters in line ahead of us when we arrived for pick-up. Including signing all the required paperwork, pre-rental inspection of the RV and getting a fully guided tour of the vehicle including instructions on how to operate all of its systems and tips for driving it, we weren't there for more than an hour. Thanks to them for making it very easy process from start to finish. Not only do I wholeheartedly suggest that you check them out, but I have also already booked my RV through them for next year's Burn. read more

Check out was good with a lot of information, but when I got on site and I had questions. So I called the after hours number and had a voice on the other end explaining whatever I needed. We put down a $1013.00 deposit back in Oct 6th 2020. We had reserved a certain RV that was in the pool of RV's they had. In January we called to check on the RV they said oh we don't have that RV anymore. After multiple calls and going down in person which they never returned any calls and there business was locked up, door locked and only do appointments. You could never get hold of anyone and no one ever returned your call. Well after banging on door the office gal Came out and said she didn't get any of our messages and will look into this. She called back and said wait till 4/15/21 and if we can't get the size of your RV we will refund your money. Of course our reservations were for 4 th of July week which is super busy with RV rentals. They never called back and I finally was able to call and they answered and said "we couldn't find a RV that fit our contract and needed our visa number to Refund the deposit. She said she would credit our visa that day. Well guess what ? No refund ever came thru and after 2 months called multiple times every day and emailed and no response. We rented a RV 2 years ago thru RV Northwest and had no problems but they are in deep trouble and don't rent from them now. I'm sure there going out of business. Another gentleman was there when we went by the place and said he couldn't get any one to call them back and he had like $10,000.00. Credit with them and couldn't get any one to talk to him. Warning!!! Do not use their service department. Where to begin..... I live out of the country and leave my RV in different locations, therefore have had several positive and negative experiences with RV mechanics on the west coast and this was by far the worst. I called ahead of time to make sure that they could hang onto my rig for 3 weeks and accomplish the work that I needed. I was warmly welcomed and met with Mr. Mike (no last name, and I can see why he refuses to share that info). In response to anything that seemed like it might be a challenge, there was an arrogant response about the 18 years he's been working on RVs. I gave a relatively short list of repairs; generator maintenance, door hinge, windshield sprayers, a loose drawer and a few other miscellaneous things. I can confidentially say that there wasn't one thing fixed properly. I called 8 days before returning to the US. I also left my email address, emphasizing that's the best way to get ahold of me, due to living abroad. It took 4 days to get mr. mike on the phone. They even told me they responded via email, which I checked spam and inboxes and saw nothing. Finally it mike on the phone (even the receptionist was apologizing and embarrassed). He told me that he hadn't touched the rig, because we didn't leave the door code. I specifically told him to contact me via email for anything, also explained we don't use the door code and showed him the trick to open the door. He forgot. Anyways, he was ready to work on the rig 2 days before we were arriving, assuring me it was OK and he has been doing it for 18 years. Common sense tells you that "sometimes parts take time to ship", which my few years of owning RVs i guess was more in tune than his 18yrs of mechanical work. Upon arrival he showed me the rig and said everything but the windshield sprayer was fixed. This was the most basic repair, he didn't even review his notes to see what was broken in it. Door hinge, not repaired, drawer repaired terribly, and the worst, the generator starts 50% of the time and shows the same "service" warning. I got to talk to Mark, who I'm guessing is the manager. He understood my frustration, and quickly told me that he had been in the business 21 years and that they did the work well. I demanded some degree of a refund. I was told he would talk to the owner and get back to me early next week. I gave him 10 days, no response. Finally spoke to him today, and he told me he understands why I'm not happy, but,.. they won't be issuing any refund, despite paying over $500 for repairs that clearly were only half assed at best. He did at least admit that "he has the wrong guy in the position" regarding mr. mike. So.... hopefully he takes the feedback, fires mr. mike and tries to be a little more considerate of clients, so they don't have spend their vacation repairing all the repairs they already paid to be done. read more

From the first time we responded to the CG ad for our 1998 Winnebago Brave throughout we received expert advice and friendly family service. Mark gave us an unrushed instructional tour explaining how everything works and how to troubleshoot. Answered all my wife's questions in a non-condensending tone (unlike other dealers we visited) After delivery, we took our 2nd home on the road (600 + mi.) No problems. Came back with a punch list of minor things we noticed and Mark made sure they were taken care of right away. We even decided to rent space at their highly secure lot. The RV itself was great. The check out experience is chaotic, and lasted 2 hours. They called @ 2:15 to tell me to come pick up the rv at 3:00. I live in happy valley so I didn't arrive to rv nw until 3:45. Upon arriving poor Veronica tries to navigate the sea of chaos around this extremely unorganized process. They use walkie talkies back and forth in what appears to be an effort of efficiency but unfortunately fall very very short. My mom and I waited.....and waited.....and waited as did multiple other rv rental patrons...... once the rv was "ready" Patrick introduced himself and the rv tour/orientation began. Patrick was personable and clean cut- did a thorough job covering the details- including the weight limit for bed above the cab which he stated was 500 pounds. I have a 6 ' 1" ...300 pound high school junior for a son so this was essential information. The propane tank read empty..... Patrick contacted the guys in the back - hoping someone was still around who could full it up before we left- the rv is a diesel so propane is necessary for the generator ect. This was fine with me as I really didn't want to have to navigate to a gas station to fill up on propane. So again we WAIT..... only to have Patrick tell us" your good to go" it's the sensor and gage that is not working but we are very sure it is full of propane. During the trip I never was able to get the oven pilot light to start- and I tried for 10 minutes to get the pilot light to start. We instead of calling the tech folks we took the lasagnas we had made over to my uncles who put them in his oven. The trip otherwise was great. Come Saturday morning - return day... the instructions are to have the rv back by 10 o'clock. Now mind you the business hours state the place doesn't open til 10:am on saturday....so you can imagine the absolute disaster of multiple customers showing up to return the rentals all at the same !!!!CHAOS!!!!!! So eventually my paperwork is "found" ( this place does not have an efficient system for checking in or out what so ever) the man looking over the rv noticed the ladder for the bed above the cab was " bent" I didn't really think much of it as the only time the ladder was used was for my son to get up and down..... Mark would need to assess the ladder but he wasn't in yet so Veronica said she would call me later to let me know if there would be any charges for it..... this made me uncomfortable but I 100% didn't feel I would be charged for anything as the ladder is still 100 % functional and barley barley bent at the bottom..... Well I just spoke to mark who just kept saying " I have to replace the ladder..... I have to replace the ladder...you left it all broken up...." I said this is completely false....to which he says I will take a look at my notes and call you back" He did call me back and insisted that he needs to replace the ladder- the price is 125$ and that it isn't safe to use.... I wish I had taken a picture because this statement is beyond obserd!!! After a few minutes of me saying that why is the bed limit 500 pounds but the ladder can not withstand my 300 pound son am I being held responsible for this..... I was met with unprofessional rational and ultimately being charged 125 $ for a replacement ladder which doesn't need to be replaced and ultimately will bend again for future renters...... uuuggghhhh so rude. I said alright I will pay the charges and take to yelp just to be done with it all. Very discouraged- Main complaints- 100% disorganized and lots of wasted time!!! Pretty shiesty when it came to extra charges for the ladder.... bottom line I won't be returning to rv northwest! !!!!!! I wanted to notify others about RV Northwest's cancellation policy before you decide to rent from them. I had rented an RV back in the beginning March for the end of August through labor day of 2016. The cancellation policy states that if you cancel, you cannot receive any refund AT ALL. They will only hold it for you for a future rental. Here is my issue with that - I was forced to cancel due to my kid's school district deciding to start the 2016-17 school year on August 31. Goodbye trip! I called immediately (beginning of April) upon finding this out and they would not give me my money back - I figured that outside of 90 days - (this was 5 months!) they would consider it. If you're fine with taking a chance that nothing comes up, GO FOR IT! But I don't even know any lodging (hotels, cabins, resorts, etc.) that won't let you cancel for 100% refund at least more than 90 days in advance. I just think it's extreme and needs to be adjusted. I do have to add that Olivia, the manager, has been working with me on this and trying to work something out and I appreciate that. AND they do have a great selection of new RVs to rent. We are very disappointed that we can't take this trip. But I'm hesitant to rent from them at all with the current cancellation policy. Life happens and sometimes we have to cancel and 50% down is a lot of money to lose for a 'maybe' future rental. read more

We have been renting for years with no issues from this group. The ladies renting are great. The after hours, tech guy is great. The RVs were good and we returned the rigs with no issues. This year was different our rig had a number of things that weren't working. Then we grazed a pine branch and it left a thin scratch with lots of pitch. I was honest and pointed it out expecting a rational charge of maybe $300 dollars. It mostly disappeared with some buffing. The scratch guy totally stuck it to us saying joyously, "You aren't going to like me", then proceeded to charge me $800 with a line of nonsense that he was going to paint it. Honestly, maybe he should have thought through the $30k of business he lost with that $500 over charge. Too bad, the other people there are great. read more

Had appointment for wheel bearings replacement for 8 am dropped of 5th wheel and came back at lunch to pickup the had not even started on the trailer yet I guess appointments don't mean anything and we got up early drove 150 miles for this appointment first impressions not good maintenance manger gave us a bad time also. The second part is we got home and put away for winter and in the spring jacked up to adjust brakes and found one of the wheels floppy loose, wheel bearing nut loose call dealership and they said tough shit we only have 30 day warranty. The worst RV rental company in the Portland Oregon area. I reserved a 24' RV for a week in late April 2021. I put a deposit down in March of 2021. I received an email informing me that the owner of the RV needed it and it was no longer available. They offered a 31' or 32' RV as a replacement. I informed them that I was not comfortable driving the larger RV and would like to get a refund of my deposit as they did not have the 24' RV I reserved. I was told that a manager need to approve the refund. I have never heard from a manager yet. I have called over 20 times and left messages. They never answer their phone. I have emailed over 20 times and have only heard back a couple of times to say that they would inform the manager. I stopped by the office twice and was told that the manager was not available but they would get the message to them and I would get my refund. This is the worst company and service I have ever had. Andrew McDanial (a manager) came all the way to Banks, Oregon and got us going again. They are a great place really nice to do business with. I had a pretty bad experience with RV Northwest. I dropped our trailer off in the beginning of January under the impression it would be about a month until repairs would be done (new lights and pack bearings). While waiting I'd would have to pay $160 a month to store the trailer at RV Northwest. I agreed as to that as it seemed reasonable. Two months later the repairs actually began. The main repair work was to replace damaged lights on the trailer. Under the technician's advice, I agreed to upgrade to LED lights. After two and a half months, repair finally gets done, I show up to pick it up, and the lights don't work. It took several more weeks for them to fix the problem, all the while I'm paying $160 a month to "store" it. Finally, it's fixed, I pick it up, and I think I'm done with RV Northwest. Unfortunately they charged me a storage fee for the next month even though the trailer was already picked up! I had to argue with them to get that charge refunded. It didn't help that their filing system consists of random envelopes with credit card receipts stuffed in them. Problems: chaotic, slow service overcharging and misleading pricing Don't waste your time and money! read more

We were so pleased with the wonderful customer service we received from RV Northwest. Veronica and her team were helpful in every way. We had arranged in April 2017 to rent a trailer for a July 2017 trip. The day before leaving we were to pick it up. We did and then realized that we had not purchased a brake controller for our SUV. There was no way to get one in time to leave. Veronica did everything to get us a motorhome in the last minute to be able to leave the next morning on our trip. I am so disappointed with my recent rental here. It was a nice RV with lot of nice amenities but I was dry camping near Sisters OR and long story short, I was not out in the middle of nowhere but wanted a nice quiet lake side "camping" or actually "glamping" experience. If I'd wanted to be in town plugged into an RV station I would have done that. I called the office when I couldn't get the water heater to heat the water with either the generator running (110v option) or with the propane option. I talked to the RV NW tech guy trying to get the propane option to work (he never did try to walk me through the electric 110v option which should be stupid simple-you flip the switch, run the generator, wait 1/2 hr and it should work. The office said they tried for several days to get someone to come out and fix it but no one responded to their request for a repair person. Ok, but didn't they tell me at the office when I left that they have an extensive network and they are "there for me" and won't leave me hanging if something happens? Yes they did. I was less than an hour from Bend and 15 minutes from Sisters...not exactly the boonies. I did eventually quite by accident figure out how to get hot water the day before I returned home-long story and I still don't know for sure what I was doing wrong in the beginning-maybe it wasn't working at all and then it was-I don't know! I'm a renter, not a technician. The RV was also advertised as having a DVD player and an outside TV neither of which it turns out it had. It's a long story but when I returned the RV and asked for them to refund part of the rental because I didn't have hot water capability, the owner said no because the water heater was working when they turned it on when I returned the RV. My feeling was that I rented an RV that I paid a small fortune to rent expecting that I would NOT have to run the generator to get hot water even if it did work all along (as I said, I still don't know why I couldn't get it to work until the end of the trip). I was camping at a quiet lake where I planned this trip to be able to have nice quiet propane heat in the RV and propane hot water whenever needed. I really didn't want to start up a noisy generator a 1/2 hour before every time I wanted hot water or at 7 am in this dead quiet location where other people were also dry camping. I would not have rented an RV at all if I didn't think I had this option. I could have stayed in a very nice cabin in Sisters for about 2/3 the cost of renting this RV but it wouldn't have been in that location which was hugely important to the trip and the amount of money I was willing to spend to make it happen. RV NW's reply was that since I was able to get to someone else's place to shower (drove there every day because I was intending to "glamp" more than rough it "camp" and the 110v option worked upon my return, they were not willing to refund any of my costs. This feels totally wrong to me and I also noted that when the check out list was gone through, the guy that checked me out never actually started up the propane option for water heater. He showed me how to start the generator and did actually turn that on and showed me the switches to flip to turn on the hot water but didn't actually demonstrate that they were working. Lesson learned in part is to make sure ALL of the functions of the RV are working and all of the amenities advertised are at least there and working BEFORE you drive away. read more

WARNING - Windscreen chips of ANY size on a motor home rental and Mark (Owner?) will take your $2,500 deposit. Mine was so small I had pointed it out to be an honest customer. Full deposit gone. He told me it was their "company policy". Felt pretty robbed to be honest. Be warned! I'd shop around to some other places in the Portland area (there are 2 to 3 others) and do some research on other options. We'll be taking our annual RV rental business elsewhere. read more

At Country Music Fest and was given Andrew's, sales manager, number to call for help with getting generator restarted. They are out here providing support to their renters (great idea). He took my call, walked me through it and we were fired back up in no time...and it was not even an RV from RV Northwest! Very helpful, and impressed he would provide assistance to someone who was not a customer, but good chance I will be in the future. read more

My family and I flew into Oregon last month and rented a 32 Foot RV from RV Northwest. upon being dropped at the place we were immediately greeting by the ladies in the office who were extremely nice. the sales lady, Aletha went out of her way to make us feel at home, she offered us some water and even played with our kids while we took a tour and went over the RV. The RV was extremely clean and roomie, everything ran and operated smoothly. Just wanted to say thanks Northwest RV, for treating us so nice and making our family vacation one to remember... we'll definitely tell our friends and be back next summer. read more

Our family of 5 needed a small class C for our family trip to Eastern Oregon. Aletha recommended the 24 foot Solera sprinter. We went with her suggestion and are so glad that we did! We will never rent from RV Northwest again. We were told when we rented the motor home that we could pick it up on Friday morning however when we arrived there shortly after they opened it wasn't ready. They told us that it is in all the paperwork and emails that the units wouldn't be available until after 2 pm. We received no emails and the only paper we had said nothing about it either. When we pointed this out to them they basically called us a liar. When we finally did get the motor home all the cushions were very dirty and stained. The refrigerator only had one shelf in it an the crisper drawer. We found glass on the floor and when we pointed it out the the guy who was going over it with us he said it must have come in on his shoes. But when we cleaned out the refrigerator before we returned it we found more glass under the crisper drawer. Needless to say any one we dealt with was rude and we will never go back and will tell anyone who asks us not to use them either. read more
