Service Advisor, Scotty, was the rudest man I've ever met. He refused courtesy transportation (even tho website says they do offer it). He refused to allow waiting room accommodations for me for an upcoming appt. He was glaring at me as if I had said or done something to him.. which I had not. When I said I would not be coming back, he said, "I don't want you back!" The caliper, which they installed in February of 2022 (still under their warranty) and had to be replaced due to product failure. Seeburg replaced it with by REBUILT caliper. I'll never go back there again and I'd advise others to find another place to take their cars. He wouldn't even pull my car up to the door so I had to walk across an iced up parking lot to get my car. My brakes are mushy. I'll go somewhere else to have the work done properly. Oil change on car. Oil cap not put back on. Oil covered entire engine compartment, was running down inside and outside of bumper, headlights covered, etc., and left a huge puddle of oil. Smell of burning oil when air on. Called and spoke with Service Advisor. He asked me to let him make things right. Okay. I emphasized that I needed the car back by a specific time. Agreed to take care of things within 5 hour window. Went to pick up car. Hadn't been moved. Spoke to Service Advisor. No acceptable excuse. He asked for me to wait while he took care of what had already been promised. Twenty minutes later he brought car around. Didn't expect me to pop the hood to check. Oil still everywhere. I pointed out multiple problems. Comment from SA, "You know the inside was dirty when you first brought it to me." Really? No kidding. But it wasn't completely covered in oil when I brought it to you. Sent back in for further cleaning. You only had glass cleaner and rags, yet you said you would make things right? Left with car after returned for the second time. Very unhappy. No offer of a refund. Still dripping oil when taken home. Terrible customer service. No confidence in company anymore. Loyal customer for years with multiple vehicles. Will never recommend Seeburg's to anyone again. Moving my business elsewhere! read more

Very unorganized when it comes to setting appointments. One employee confirmed several days before I was to bring my car in, but apparently did not inform the other employees or log the appointment in the books. They do not allow you to use your own parts. I had purchased OEM Toyota parts and then decided not to install them myself. The first employee led me to believe they would be OK as long as they were the right parts and good parts. I told him they were Denso parts that are used by Toyota. However, when I called right before I took my car in, they said they I had no appointment, then said I had made it on a Sunday (the day before) and had no record of the confirmation I made on the previous Friday. They also said they would not use customer-supplied parts. (Hmm, I thought OEM Toyota parts were OK to use on a Toyota.) As a result of their lack of organization, I decided not to use this garage. They may do OK work, but they should have communicated better upfront and been more organized. I would advise that you get everything in writing from them if you plan to do business with them. read more

Dropped in first thing Monday morning to have a catalytic converter replaced- I brought the new one with me. They jumped straight on it and had me rolling in under 2 hours. That Friday I drove to Dallas and the car functioned flawlessly. Big improvement in fuel mileage and no exhaust fumes in cabin so their welding work was flawless. Great guys. Be wary of taking your vehicle here. Our 2008 Honda wouldn't start. Knew that it was the starter... Told see burg that was likely the problem after paying to have it towed to them bc they said it was a job they could handle. I was quoted $400 to do the job at $75 he labor. Called Monday was told that it was a minute behind bc of parts but it would be done "at the very latest 11 am" Showed up at 11:15 they were still trying to put the starter in. Asked mech. How much longer. No longer than an hour.....took another 3 and a half hours. When I went to pay he tried to charge me $500 for the job. When I told him he quoted me $400 he said he forgot to adjust labor costs (was going to put in rebuilt starter... Mech cost higher if not bought through them) Then he said it would be $479.00 with a discount for having to wait almost 4 hrs. Basically still charging me full price minus a $ 20 discount. Which they offer as a coupon anyways. MY WARNING TO YOU.... They will try and screw you even if it's their fault. He threw a fit when asked to discount the diagnostic cost, which many places will do for free if they do the work. I highly recommend going some where else after being treated like that. read more

This is a couple months old but remembered I told the owner I would post a review. Pulled in with boat and trailer to see if they could lube the bearings on the trailer. I had just picked the boat up and had a long drive to San Antonio ahead of me, but my brother had told me the wheels needed to be lubed. I went in to get the free diagnosis. They coded it and told me I needed new catalytic converters (I have dual) and sensors replaced for $779. A friend told me to try a guy in my town who checked the converters and found there is no blockage, They were fine. Turns out one sensor needed replaced and I paid $179.
