He offered to look into something for me that was causing me concern and though I could've gone elsewhere to get that repair done, I chose to pay more and trust I was in good hands given the hour-long context of superb customer service I had received up to that point. Something else worth mentioning that I noticed right off the bat while in line, is that they have a very well-oiled system of getting people in and out as fast as humanly possible. They're courteous and professional. What impressed me more was their accountability efforts. All the techs yell out what they're seeing or doing so that everyone knows that those things are being done and taken care of. They have worked on three different cars in our family and they have jacked up two of them in the process. I took the Mustang in to get the heat fixed because only the air conditioning was working, and when we got it back the air-conditioning worked but the heat didn't. I took it back a month later to have the heat fixed, and what do you know, when we picked it up the heat worked, and now the air conditioning doesn't. On top of that, they were supposed to fix an oil leak on an older model Honda Accord, which still leaks oil about as fast as it did when we first took it to them. And lastly, even the oil changes that we've had completed at this location were not entered into firestones system. So subsequently when we visited other locations to have work done, they were unable to pull up any of the work from this location. From personal experience with this location, ownership is clearly running it on a shoestring budget, because staffing is always changing with very few consistent employees from visit to visit. In general, I typically try to avoid these locations specifically for that reason. But here in Northwest Arkansas, you don't have many options. However, I would STRONGLY encourage you to find another option because this location will likely end up costing you more money and more problems.

They completed the work and charged me $324.83. A couple days later I noticed my heater was blowing only cold air. Come to find out the reason was all the coolant had leaked out of my car! I had been driving it for two days with no coolant! Thankfully it was extremely cold during that time and the engine didn't blow up in my car! I bought coolant to fill it up and could see where it was pouring out from a connecting hose. I went back to Take 5 and told them about the problem. They repaired it and I was offered a full refund to make it right. After two weeks my money was never refunded to my card. I called the office number and was told they would mail me a check for the full amount. The next day the shop manager called me and told me instead of them sending me a check he would refund the amount back to my card. Now a month later nothing has been refunded and no check was mailed! They are nothing but a bunch of scammers! Again if you value your vehicle DO NOT BRING IT TO TAKE 5!

Wes was an asshole to me for asking questions about my vehicle. I get my car back 3 days later . I'm driving back home they failed to put all of my bolts back on my metal skid plate 4 bolts missing there are 6 altogether . So it's flapping and dangling . After leaving there shop I had to pull over on the highway just to turn back around and drive back to Christian Brothers. My skid plate could have caught on something and ripped the plastic off on the bottom of my vehicle or could have lodged up underneath potentially damaging expensive components like the oil pan, transmission, transmission pan. They had to go and look around to try and find MY SKID PLATE BOLTS! Incompetence...
