I decided to pull her from the school since it was her last month and I was told I would be refunded for the tuition I paid for May, nearly $1,200 since she only attended 2 days that month. When my follow up calls weren't actively being ignored I was told by office staff that the director Kris handled financing and would call me back. This went on for months before I gave up on being refunded. Months later I'm still upset with how they handled the situation. They discussed my personal information with my family who also had a child enrolled and even issued her a partial refund when she parted ways early, but not me. I feel disrespected by the situation and because of that I would never recommend this daycare to anyone I know personally.

(Shoutout to Ms Bit, potty training legend) Kiddo just had a kindergarten assessment and they told me she was so well prepared for school- something I can't take credit for. They put on the sweetest Christmas performance every year too which is so above and beyond for a preschool. Additionally they host optional enrichment classes like dance, gymnastics, basketball- super cool.
