Everyone is so kind and welcoming the second you arrive, even the people who attend classes. My go to class is the hot yoga (heated at 95 degrees!)and the vibe of the room is so relaxing (especially with the meditative music they play during it) and the lights add that perfect touch for you to just focus on your movements. I have only attended twice so far and both instructors, Alicjia and Tina, are wonderful. You can just tell they have the knowledge with how things flow. I live in Carrollwood and I travel to south Tampa just because I enjoy it so much. If you are hesitating to try this place, don't :)

I ended up joining and staying for their pilates and sculpt classes and it was great this past year (hence the additional star) I had met so many fun and great people, until the rebrand. they took away all the fun camp frills and thrills and cute decor which made the place stand out. they hired several new instructors to their programs which I enjoy new talent coming into the community, however, the campground has focused to appeal to clientele that are either influencers, or rich south Tampa people, rather than the general community. they have waiting lists for classes that sometimes become nearly impossible to get off of, you will have to book a week in advance which sucks if you decide to want to drop into a specific class right then and there, there is NO PARKING whatsoever, and the instructors don't take criticism well. plus they do not offer enough class times for those who may be a shift worker and want to come after work later in the night, which made it very hard for me to come. even through the hard time camp is going through right now, it allowed me to meet some really great people and network to become an instructor of my own at another studio in the area. its just there's some better studios in the Tampa area right now that people are going to.

The entire retreat area radiates an energy of peace and "Zen" from the moment you arrive. I attended the Gentle Yoga class led by Cristina, and she was incredible. She is soft-spoken, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable in the yoga arts. Her guidance helped me achieve a genuine sense of alignment and body harmony; it was the perfect environment to relax and deep-stretch. I also brought my mother along, who is a beginner. Cristina's teaching style was perfect for her, helping her find a great balance of movement without feeling overwhelmed. This is hands down the place I would choose to visit during times of turmoil or distress. I know that stepping onto this property and into one of these classes would immediately help me reclaim my peace. Highly recommended!
