The cashier was pleasant & friendly... however maybe too much (?) as customers piled up to pay while she focused on one customer (a teacher). I almost put my potential purchases back & left as what I ended buying was nice, but not must-have. I really appreciated the reasonably-priced postcards though, as they've gotten quite expensive in addition to postage. If I may make a suggestion? Section focused on St Augustine & other local history could be more clearly-identified/prominent as that's what I and others look for first when traveling. Also, the books were a little pricy for used. I might have bought more if there was some kind of special, etc. Overall, a pleasant experience though... even w/ my grouchy spouse pacing outside, Lol.

The three that were working there were friendly, professional, kind, and very welcoming and embracing. I have shopped here many times but today specifically I came to design a piece for a friend who is traveling out of the country for her first time. In this piece I was looking to evoke protection, adventure, and positivity. I was assisted and found the perfect stone: Mookaite. A staff member helped me choose the stone and create ideas of how to wrap it so it could complimented by the coin I brought in.
