Order was scheduled for Valentine's Day delivery but was not received until the following afternoon. Cheesecakes were melting and chocolate from dipped berries had loss their integrity. When reaching out all calls and emails went unanswered until a complaint with corporate was filed. This was a poor experience and I'm appalled at the lack of ownership being taken for such major mishaps of everyone's order.
