Yellow Sub with delicious habanero relish and banana peppers
    April H.

Had a beautiful ride on the bike trail. Peach's was the perfect place to stop and refuel. They have parking in the back for cars and parking on their patio for bikes. We got seated right away under their gorgeous covered patio. They have a really nice menu selection and our party of 5 all loved their food. I got the yellow sub with a side salad. Hubby and friends got different burgers of their choice and one got a wrap. Their onion rings looked so good, my friends said they were delicious. Full rack of condiments on the table and they brought me out olive oil and red wine vinegar for my salad and it was so good. We all raved about the veggies tasting like they were just picked from a garden. Felt like a treat to have a real tasty tomato! Lol We are already planning our return trip as we saw they have corn hole and live music! Lol

Chicken wrap and Mac and Cheese. Wings on the other side of the table.

This is one of many stops at Peach's Grill. My husband had the wings but was disappointed that they weren't crispy as he asked for them to be. He liked the sauce. I had the chicken wrap and it was tasty as usual. Since it was Saturday, the place was packed. We were told it was a 20 to 30 minute wait. We could see an open table. After 20 minutes, we were seated there. I assume this was done deliberately for staff not to be overwhelmed. Our server was great. Not too many options in Yellow Springs especially on a busy Saturday. This is my favorite choice.

My sister's burger (awesome tomato included) and beer fries.

Stopped in after apple picking. We were seated immediately. The ambience inside is typical bar, nothing special. The patio looked nice but it was too cold to sit outside. Anyway, we waited a while for someone to show up and take our drink order. Our server was very apologetic, it was apparent the place was understaffed. Yellow Springs seemed to be bustling with the orchard crowd. I ordered a burger and onion rings, my sister also got a burger with fries. The onion rings were exactly what I wanted. Real onion, crispy and hot. My sister's fries were battered and extra crispy. Our burgers were hot and fresh but oddly enough, the star of our lunch was the super fresh tomato on the burger! It tasted like the ones I get from a farmer's market and it made the burger. While our server stuggled with keeping up, again, not her fault, it was nice to see the bar staff stepping in to help out-the bartender brought our food when it came up ready. All of that aside, our server was really sweet and we had her attention when she popped by. I'd definitely come back. It's a no frills spot but the food is solid and the prices were good.

Their batter is unbelievable!…read more We took two out-of-town couples there for lunch as it's my favorite place in Yellow Springs and one of my favorite in the entire Dayton area. We sat at the bar and Victoria's service was over the top! She was very friendly, funny, and chatty even though she was very busy and the place was hopping. One of our friends mentioned wanting to buy buckeye candies and she told us about a place across the street that sometimes carried them. A few minutes later, she came back and told us she'd called them and confirmed they were in stock! Over and above customer service. But the food...amazing as usual. I love the pub food with a German theme. Several of us had the Bratwurst Reuben and it was delicious. I told everyone they had to order something fried because Trails' batter is some of the best I've ever tasted. The onion rings didn't disappoint. Our friends were very impressed with the place, as were we!

Wow--I wish I could give zero stars. This was our first and…read morelast visit to Ye Olde Trail Tavern. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. on Labor Day weekend with a party of three. We were told the wait would be about 35 minutes, which seemed completely reasonable. The hostess took our phone number, told us she would call when our table was ready, and directed us to wait on the patio. We ordered drinks from the bar and stayed there the entire time. At 8:00 p.m., we checked on our table only to be told they had called us twice "30 minutes ago." That made no sense. My phone ringer was on, I had no missed calls or voicemails, and I even verified that the hostess had the correct phone number. Instead of trying to resolve what was clearly a communication issue, the hostess was dismissive, rude, and completely unapologetic. We were simply told the kitchen was closed and there was nothing they could do. This was especially frustrating because the sign on the door stated the restaurant was open until 9:00 p.m. Mistakes happen. What made this experience unacceptable was the complete lack of customer service or any effort to make things right. After waiting, buying drinks, and following the staff's instructions, we were effectively blamed for a problem that appears to have been on their end and then turned away without dinner. Ye Olde Trail Tavern failed to deliver even the most basic level of hospitality. It certainly did not reflect the welcoming spirit that Yellow Springs is known for. We won't be back, and based on this experience, I can't recommend it to anyone.
