When working in a resteraunt industry you MUST replace gloves after touching even ONE thing. Knowing kids and families dine there it is not safe for people to consume food that's not only been touched by dirty gloves but those same gloves also touching RAW food. This needs to be addressed ASAP as the longer this issue waits the more likely someone will get seriously sick. Being in the resteraunt industry for 7 years and having a food handlers certificate I cannot let this go unoticed as this can lead to serious issues in the future.
