First I'll start by stating Chris from Atlanta Irrigation Services is very respectful of our time…read more I made an appointment and although the company is located on the opposite side of the city he showed up with flags in hand on time. We walked the property together and he was able to explain the entire process. I was skeptical as I've had several estimates from Facebook Marketplace and such sites that require upfront payment before any work is to begin. This was not the case with Atlanta Irrigation Services. We agreed that the property needed 7 zones which is about the same as some of the other quotes that I'd gotten. The biggest difference was the attention to my lack of knowledge of a sprinkler system. From different sprinkler heads to winterizing, the knowledge from Chris was extremely thorough and professional. Fast forward to the day of installation. The crew showed up at the crack of dawn ready for action. Again extremely impressive as I've had contractors tell you one thing and do something totally different. The install was estimated to take 2 days but the job was complete in 1 full day. I did not get pictures of the yard throughout the install and was a little nervous as the yard was trenched and dug up in so many different areas. To my surprise when the crew was complete the yard was in great shape. after a couple weeks you shouldn't be able to tell any work was done. Chris came out a few days later to ensure I knew how to operate the Bluetooth sprinkler control box, showed us where the emergency shutoff valve is located and ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied with the entire process. as you can tell I am extremely impressed with the entire process. From sales rep, crew, and follow up. We plan on reaching back out to Atlanta Irrigation Services after we build a garage in the back yard and actually our neighbor was impressed with the install and got a quote from Chris for their backyard. I do not apologize for the lengthy message because some things can't be said in 3 words…read more   I got a knock on my door from someone driving by that I had water running down my yard. I go outside to check to see what's going on & I see 1 of my sprinklers running at full force. I go to turn the sprinkler system off & it's unplugged. I call the number on the system & they no longer service my area & cannot recommend anyone for me. I Google emergency sprinkler service Praying that this wasn't going to be an all day thing. I called the second company listed in my search. Enrique explained to me the costs of coming out to me as well as breaking down the cost of the pros & cons of anything that he could & will do based on what he finds once he arrives. The catch was that he was about 3-4 driveways to his first customer of the day and it would be about 4 hours before he could get to me. He said text me your address, let me call the customer and I'll call you back. It took him less than 1 minute to return my call stating that he would be at my house in about 30 minutes. Before I could raise the garage door his helper (Wifey) was already at the under ground water system doing what she does. I explained there steroids I did to shut the valve off while Enrique walked around the house with me. I'm glad he did because what I thought was water values was actually the gas valves to my fire places (which Enrique turned back on). From beginning to end of service it took him about 30 to stop the water. He went above & beyond to make sure the water was turned off to the sprinkler system & the water to the house was still running. Excellent customer service from the moment he answered the phone until he pulled out my driveway. He even sent me a follow up text to make sure everything was still good. The best part of this whole encounter was that Enrique stated that he usually don't answer his phone when he's driving but something told him to pull over and answer the call. (Others were much longer.) He was worth the wait! Quickly diagnosed the issue with our 17+ year old system. Explained everything. Fixed it easily. Reasonable price for his time and expertise. Never tried to push or even suggest the need for a new system despite its age. Highly impressed. Would definitely use his service again!
