Steve answered right away, heard what happened, and said he could take care of it. I let him know where I was on the highway, and he figured I'd be there by 4:30. I pulled in right on time, and he got started. The crack was about quarter-sized, but he fixed it so well it was barely noticeable. It looked good enough that I decided to try returning the car without mentioning it. They didn't spot anything, and the handoff went smoothly. I called 7 days layer to inquire it's status, and was told it had not been looked at yet and they'd call me when they did. 22 DAYS (!!) later I was contacted regarding the repair and received an apology for the length of time it took, but it STILL hadn't been looked at! 3 days later I was called and told vehicle would be done in 1 week. 8 days later ( 40 days total! ) I contacted business to pick up vehicle. After all this time I was informed by the mechanic my vehicle would not be repaired!?!? I tried to have vehicle towed from business 8 days later but they left the key on and the battery was dead; I can't tow with no brake lights! Went back with fresh battery 4 days later; the business owner had my vehicle TOWED. He gave me less time to get it back than he got to "repair" it. Furthermore, when I called to inquire where vehicle was the owner told me "Quinns" and hung up on me!! John, the owner, is very unprofessional, and expects the customer to accommodate him. Ed works the counter; I feel sorry for him. Good guy; he tried to help. I record all business calls. I saved all the conversations with Ed and John, and saved their messages left on my answering machine. I can verify every statement in this review. I had heard things about John, but I gave him a chance. Now I wish otherwise, he cost me a month of wasted time and $200. There was no reason for this. I'm not the first customer he's treated poorly, but hopefully I'll be the last.
