The parking for essentially a motel is bizarre and a clear money grab. $25 a night and you tip each time so if you are going to be in/out of the parking lot, it adds up. Ok. So the good things, the valet attendants are the best in the business and really work hard. The not so good. One we had to pay to do laundry. For vacation clubs this is blasphemy. One elevator is simply not enough. There was nothing exciting about the room. Everything feels too close together. This was our first time staying at this Wyndham resort. It is conveniently located near Disneyland. The unit was not very big due to its location and it didn't have a kitchen with a cooktop. There's a mini fridge and a microwave; and it also came with plates and silverware. Although the unit was somewhat small, it was still quite comfortable and nicely decorated. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby staff is very friendly and they do try to make your stay more pleasant by doing extra little things like providing drinks and snacks and fruits. There's also a small pool and a couple of jacuzzi's. Valet parking is very well run and efficient. Overall it's a nice little resort. read more

We stayed here due to a presentation we were less then excited. However, the room we stayed in was nice. Nothing spectacular, but it had ok amenities. The room had a small living area with a couch, small dining table, tv and kitchenette. The bedroom was nice and a fairly good size bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the small refrigerator worked well. The staff was super friendly and helpful ( there are cookies in the reception area) . They have a pool and game area too. It was very close to Disney and convenient to the highway. Plenty of restaurants and stores too. The only thing I would say they need to work on is Cleaning nothing major but there was a layer of dust on the tops of the boards that were above the windows lamps were dusty little things like that they could use a good swiffer. All in all we had a very nice time there and would go back. read more

Checked in last week and was surprised to encounter one of the front desk staff being super rude toward me. I came in after a couple-hour drive, completely exhausted, and Ayonectilly's tone and overall vibe were horrible. She barely spoke, had a straight face the whole time, and acted like she didn't even want to be there. After check-in, Josh was great. He helped with the parking pass and gave us amazing recommendations for food. Lastly, valet was super friendly and funny. Joseph stood out to me--he was always greeting me whenever he saw me and making sure all my questions were answered. Overall, I'd come again, I just didn't like the experience with that one front desk staff member being super rude. read more

If you're in the Anaheim area and need a place to stay, there are a lot of choices. We picked the Peacock Suites because we have a timeshare. The property is nice, the rooms aren't huge but spacious enough to be comfortable. The parking is an issue - the valets park in odd places to fit everyone staying there. But they do successfully do so! Staff is nice enough, but expect to be asked to listen to one of their timeshare presentations. The place is clean. They don't service your room during your stay, but they will bring extra towels etc when you ask. They will also take the trash if you ask. Overall an okay place to stay. read more

These location is near the Disney World which usually people go to. They have a shuttle nearby which is very convenient to most people. It has a rooftop that you can relax and watch the night sky or the sunrise in the morning. What i like on these location, it has a mini pool, jacuzzi (indoor) they have also a recreation (pingpong table, billiard and a hockey table in the first floor. I also like the extra security, in using the elevator you have to use your card room. The valet parking is cool too, extra plus. If ever you are near in these location, check it out. At check in room wasn't ready so we went to Disney it was 95* today. When arrived back at the hostess desk . Not very friendly. Gave us our keys. I had to go back and ask how to get to our room . No information / instructions were given how to get to room or where it was . Room was clean . Heater was on remember it was 95* today . Room was so hot . Mini refrigerator smells like spoiled milk . Bedroom blind doesn't go all the way down. Room is not dark because of this . Pillows and bed for comfort C- . Lots of other places in this area . I would suggest to try a different one. We have stayed at the Peacock Suites a few times and it is unfortunate that this last time was so terrible. Me and my girlfriends are Wyndham owners and have been for many years. We have never had any issues checking in and the staff at every resort has been helpful and genuinely nice. My girlfriend is an owner and changed her name over a year ago to her maiden name. She has been able to check in without incident up until yesterday. On 5/11/2026, she tried to check in as usual and the woman at the front desk, Acacia, would not let her because her last name was different. When she provided other forms of ID, with her old last name, even a picture of her old California drivers license, she would not accept it. Mind you, it is past 9:30 pm and she is exhausted. Acacia was rude and very condescending, to the point that she was in tears when she called me. I spoke to Acacia and she was very curt and short with me. Once I verified our account, she sarcastically said "that's all I needed". At this point my girlfriend did not want to stay and made the 1 hour drive home after a very long day. I don't know why she would not accept her and let her check in when all the previous front desk people had no issue before. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and we want to file a formal complaint. This whole experience has been really demeaning. We've never had an issue with customer service before and this is a shock. read more

Imagine coming to the 'community pool' and someone has tethered their ankle to exercise, monopolizing a large section of the pool, the deepest end, the entire deep end for an extended period. Aside from our two children another family with a child came and yet nope, no motivation to curtail the aggressive tethered faux laps, then the under water wall flips the guest continued to monopolize the entire deep end for over an hour, pool opens as 8, we came down around 10:30. Kinda grimy if you asked me. More rules are kinda annoying, but when guests/owners do stuff like this, and personal flotation devices in a pool that isn't large kinda sets the stage for the introduction for prohibited acts *aside from this the staff and accommodations are just fine. read more

Rooms are clean with working fridge (yes I've stayed at places with a fridge that doesn't work), and staff are kind and friendly! Oh and beds are comfy! I stayed at Peacock Suites in Anaheim from September 26-27, 2025, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I was there for a Worldmark/Wyndham timeshare presentation, and our flight was delayed. We didn't arrive until after 11 PM -- only to find out the day before that the front desk closes at 11 PM. No one had notified me in advance, which caused a lot of stress. Thankfully, the manager arranged for the security guard to let us into our room, but things only got worse from there. The room was disgusting and outdated. The carpet had black stains, the couch was green and filthy, and the back of the door had some kind of greasy yellow residue. It felt more like a rundown motel than a resort. I was supposed to be celebrating my birthday on September 27, and this was not the environment I wanted to be in. I tried to find another hotel that night, but it was too late. I ended up booking a different place the next day and checked out immediately after the timeshare presentation. The only positive was the staff -- the manager, front desk, and concierge were all very kind and helpful. But the property itself? A complete dump. Even with renovations, I wouldn't stay here again. However disclaimer, there seems to be only one employee working valet who can park a stick shift. They have a pool and 2 hot tubs and a sun roof and area on the 4th floor with TVs and grills. It's 7 minutes driving distance from Disneyland and downtown Disney and 1 hour away from LEGOLAND (without traffic) it took us an hour 45 to get there because the last 15 miles took 50 minutes There's a recreation center behind the lobby with a pool table and foosball table. Going to Disneyland? We used our Hilton/RCI timeshare points to stay here May 17-21. Used Uber to get here from John Wayne Airport. Checked in at 10am, unloaded our luggage in the room, and walked 30 minutes to Disneyland. Pre-paid $6 per adult ticket for Anaheim Resort Transportation bus stops by the main hotels but is often not on time. Cheaper for 2 adults to take Uber to the park if you can find a driver for the 1-2 mile distance. 40-minute walk to Star Wars Rise of the Resistance, which opens at 830am. Two full size beds in a bedroom, bedroom TV, double width doors to a dining area with a pull-out sofa bed, kitchen table for 4, and mini kitchen. The mini kitchen has toaster, microwave, dorm style refrigerator, complete set of utensils for 4, bowls, plates, glasses, cups. No dishwasher so you'll have to wash everything by hand. We got a central building unit on the top floor, and didn't have to deal with traffic noise from the streets, nor the freeway 150 yards east. Got a room facing away from the sun. The pull-down sunscreen on the window often got off the track and tilted at an angle. Other rooms had the same problem, getting roasted by the afternoon sun. The double width door separating the bedroom from the living room area let in the light, bothering my wife's sleep when I woke up at 5am to do Yelp reviews. Communal laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Poor folks in the room across the hall -worst room in the hotel. Don't bother bringing swimsuits, as the pool was overwhelmed with boisterous kids, despite highs in the lows 70s and high 60s May 17-21,2022, with light rain on May 20. Got cereal, milk, oatmeal and fruits from Walgreens on Harbor and Katella. Ate at CA fish grill, Ono Hawaiian BBQ in the shopping center on Katella and Anaheim Blvd, 200 yards away. Ate at Cheescake factory in Anaheim Garden Walk shopping center. Ate at Sabrosada, Anytime Hawaii BBQ, Panda Kitchen, and Tony Romas on Harbor Blvd, across from Disneyland. Last day we had to wait until 8am to check out at the front desk, missing critical half hour to get in line when Star War Rise of the Resistance opened at 830am. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the lobby with a woman arguing with the staff over a complaint. Take it from a timeshare owner: you won't regret staying here as long as you decline all invitations to attend "VIP Experience" presentations. read more

I have never been in a hotel that has absolutely ZERO counter space in the bathroom! We have 4 people and not even one person can put their toothbrush down . I tried to move the huge containers of hand soap and body lotion to make more room and they are cemented down!! Very poorly planned. The 'kitchenette' area is nice. However, there is no sink! Have to go to the very poorly planned bathroom that has no counter space to fill the coffee pot and then, after using the dishes, there is no place to rinse so they can be used again!! We have 4 of every utensil, no extras, so we have to carry our dishes to the tiny bathroom sink to try and clean them. Our view out of our window is nasty. The pull out bed has the thinnest of mattresses. Every supporting cross bar can be felt through it. All that being said, the staff in the reception area is very kind and efficient. My gripe is with whomever designed these spaces. My suggestion to Wyndham and Shell is: Don't put any guests in this room and then expect them to come for an hour appointment for you to try to sell this timeshare. Room was clean enough but I did notice stains on the sheets. Carpet was grimy. No breakfast and very small pool. Uber had extreme difficulty finding it more than once. Upon arrival we were informed there would be constructions starting. There was no heads up or any emails sent before hand about this. They charge you $20 a day for parking and force you to use their valley services instead of parking your own car. Not only was my car filthy from all the dust, our water was shut off to the building for one of the days. I asked out of the good graces for their hearts to refund our $120 for parking due to the inconveniences of this stay and they would not. Outrageous! Wyndam sold me a resort package and it was supposed to be a 2 night, 2 bedroom accessible room with full kitchen, laundry in room! We get here and it's worse than a motel6! Every employee here was super nice and tried to help us but it was at capacity and could not change our room! This is no way a resort! Not even motel! The pool is like the size of a resort jacuzzi, not handicapped Accessible and elevator shits right away and does not stay open the amount of time to get a wheelchair out of elevator. ! This is not what I purchased and Whyndam by worldmark should definitely be ashamed of lying to people to sell tours and stays! Peacock Suites was in close proximity to Disneyland and is a Club Wyndham Resort. It is adjacent to the 5 freeway off of S Anaheim blvd. It is approximately a mile and a half from Disney. Check in was great the valet greets you right away and helps you unload. After checking in with the front desk you are referred to the concierge and if you are a VIP member they will offer you a glass of wine or beer. They will also schedule you for an owner update or presentation. It requires a swipe of your cc to hold the reservation but you get the money back after the meeting. You are also compensated with a gift of some sort which in my case was a $50 Disney GC and a free valet parking voucher for the duration of our stay. It is $15 a day. We stayed for 7 nights in a 1 bedroom suite. It does come with a kitchenette so we were able to get some groceries and drinks to store. Room had a very clean scent and everything was clean. The King bed was very comfy and our daughter enjoyed her sleeper sofa. Other amenities included a heated pool and a sundeck where you can see Disney fireworks every night at 9:30. We really enjoyed our stay here with the only con being that there was no range or stove to cook here. Other than that I recommend you consider staying here when in Anaheim. read more

Our accomodations were nice and spacious for our trip! We had a two-bed queen suite and the living area has a pull-out couch, dining table, small kitchenette (good sized fridge, microwave, sink, and dishes, but no stove/oven). Bathroom is also a good size, with the sink area in the entry foyer. The walk to Disneyland is about 20 mins walking at an average pace, about 1 mile. They have a bus for an additional charge, but we walked each time. The front lobby is very small and has one gender neutral restroom. Parking is valet and an additional charge. I'm not sure what the price is to stay here, since my mother was invited to view a timeshare presentation with Wyndham. I think accommodations are just fine, nothing special, but it's a nice spot. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but I think I'd prefer something closer. read more

I will start off by stating that EVERY employee at Peacock Suites that we interacted with had great customer service, and they deserve 5 stars (great). We stayed here for two nights, mid week, with my son and DIL (and 1 toddler and 1 baby), who have been Wyndham members for years, in a "one bedroom" suite with two queen beds. The receptionist, after learning we had a baby, offered a pack 'n play to be delivered to the room (as an amenity for being a member). Props to her, as it would have been chaos without it. The room itself, on the third floor, was clean and there were no major malfunctions with anything we used during our stay. Where they fell short were the following: the room was fairly small for all of us, but we managed (albeit with the children it was still too small for x4 adults); the toilet/shower room was separate from the vanity area, at the front doorway, which contributed to congested traffic; (while on a toilet topic) they provided the cheapest, narrowest, toilet paper imaginable; someone (previous guests) must have absconded with much of the silverware, as there was not enough present for x5 of us to use at the same time; the bed was too soft for my liking (the wife liked it though). I was glad we were on the 3rd floor, albeit we were offered a 1st floor room if desired, as the view out the window overlooked an industrial park / body shop area. Being on the 3rd floor kept it quiet and we did not have to actually look at that old run down area unless you made an effort. $20 per night for parking (valet only) was ridiculous, as you should have been given a discount for each additional night after that first night as far as I am concerned. Also, take an extra set of car keys / fob in case you need to go back out to your vehicle for anything; otherwise you need to hit up the valet manning the post to get them and then return them. Would I return here for another Disneyland adventure (we walked there from the hotel)? Sure, if the son's Wyndham credits made for an inexpensive (or free) stay. Like I noted - the employees were all top notch (reception, valet, room service and maintenance folk [just in passing, not for any room needs] we interacted with). read more

I booked this hotel through my timeshare with Wyndham and to be honest, it can be a hit or a miss with these places and this one was a MISS. First off, this hotel has the smallest and inconspicuous signage. We actually circled the block 3 times and went into the Worldmark next door to it on accident because we couldn't initially find it! We checked in around 8PM to a dimly lit lobby and afterwards had to meet with the concierge who was basically there to sell us more timeshare points; although I think it helped when I mentioned I was already an owner and didn't need any more points. He offered us a goody bag that had pins, stickers, and some snacks but honestly they could have just waived the $15 daily parking fee and that would have been a more welcome gift. The staff were a little off; at the check in the man was quite cold and handled the process of checking us in quickly and didn't really welcome us in. Honestly, he looked a little irritated that we were there in the first place. The concierge meanwhile was a little more hospitable, but once he realized we would not be attending his presentation, closed off and (thankfully) let us head on up to our rooms. The parking is valet ONLY which is irritating in itself because we want to be able to come and go as we please and not have to wait around for our car to be brought around. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had to go take the ramp up through the garage to bring our luggage upstairs. Mind you this is all self-serve so no one was helping out with this at all. The room itself is decent; clean room and bedding and well stocked with clean towels and amenities of coffee were available. However the walls were paper thin and we could hear alot of the other guests and our room was facing the laundry facility that others had mentioned so we heard the workers come and go in the early mornings. Thankfully I am a morning person and I'm up anyways, but my husband was not very happy about that! Overall, would not stay here again if we needed to come down to Anaheim. I did not feel like the points I used were worth it plus I still had to pay the daily parking fee. Great location!! Very close to Disneyland, restaurants and freeway. We booked 2 nights/3 days. Upon arrival we parked in the lot and was greeted by the parking attendant which was very helpful. Check in was very smooth and quick. Yes there's a parking fee & valet only I love it. Felt safe and secure. You need a room key to use the elevators, enter the buildings and pool area. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was spacious, clean and newly remodeled. First room had a king bed, 2 Queen beds in the second room and a pull out couch in the living room. Beds were so comfortable. It has a microwave and mini fridge. Utensils and plates are provided. We were able to use the pool and jacuzzi. We appreciate the covered pool area since it was 85 degrees and sunny. The pool/jacuzzi had a very strong smell (chlorine) and mildew but didn't notice it so much until we got out. The pool was heated and there's 2 jacuzzis. They provide towels and there's also a TV. They do have shuttle service for a fee $6 per adult and $2.50 for kids(3-9). We decided to use Uber ($7) to take us to Disneyland. Yes you can walk but it'll take you 20 minutes. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place for all families. read more

We stayed at the Peacock Suites for a recent week-long trip to Anaheim. There were a few pros, but the cons were so numerous and severe that we'll never stay there again. Pros: -The third party valet service was exceptional. The valets were incredibly friendly and helpful, above and beyond what they needed to be. -Location was fantastic. Fifteen minute walk from Disneyland. Same block as a 7-11 for quick supplies, and across the street from some decent food (Habit Burger, Yogurtland, Starbucks, etc.). There's also a CVS and Walgreens one block away. Very close to the Anaheim Gardenwalk, and freeway accessible for getting around Anaheim in general. -The roof-top lounge was beautiful. They have BBQ grills, lounge chairs, and a nice view of Anaheim. -The room was small, but that's understandable considering the real estate area. It was clean, and there was a nice divider door between the bedroom and living room area. The beds were comfortable enough, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Cons: -The sign for the hotel is an unlit, fabric banner. We drove past it initially. Some friends who visited us also drove past it. -The biggest problem we had: Our room (and most of the others) was next to a laundry facility and a loading dock. We kept waking up to the high-pitched beeping sound of semi-trucks backing up or workers yelling to each other. The alleyways are so narrow that the noise echoes loudly. Every sound amplified up to our fourth-story room. I can't even imagine what it must have been like to be on the first floor. The clanking and commotion was so loud that it would sometimes wake me up through my earplugs. This alone ensures I will never stay at this hotel again. I've attached photos of the view outside our window to show you what I mean. -The vending machines weren't stocked our entire stay. It would also repeatedly eat my money, and the front desk was not helpful at all when we reported the problem. -We stayed on the fourth floor. The only way to get your luggage to the elevator that access the fourth floor is up a steep ramp into the parking garage. Gotta tell ya, pushing a heavy luggage cart up a ramp is not what I wanted to do after the long drive to the hotel. -When we checked in, the front desk told us that the check-out time of 10 am was flexible by an hour or two. She told us not to worry because they were light on guests anyway. When we did check-out, the front desk informed us that they could not accommodate a late check-out (she was helpful and negotiated with house cleaning to give an extra half-hour). If we knew the 10 am was a strict check-out time, we wouldn't have slept in. I'm okay with an earlier check-out, but be consistent and don't go back on what you said before. -Outside appearance was "bleh." It's rough when the nearby Motel 6 looks much nicer (almost too nice... it was the nicest Motel 6 I've ever seen). -The gift shop hours didn't make any sense. They were open for a few hours in the morning, then closed until the afternoon when they were open again for a few hours. If you need any sort of amenity, you're gonna need to walk to that 7-11 I mentioned. Overall: The staff was friendly, the valet service was exceptional, and the location is fantastic. But you won't get a restful night's sleep, which is a big reason for staying in a hotel in the first place. If you're a heavy sleeper and don't mind a smaller hotel room, this is a great place to stay. But if you're a light-to-average sleeper, want a room a bit fancier than the average motel experience, or expect customer service beyond "average," then it might be worth checking out the other hotels in the area. read more

I really enjoyed staying here. Our room had 2 queens and a Murphy bed. The accommodation fit 5 adults comfortably. It could have slept 6. There was also a sofa sleeper that we didn't use. Not all units have the Murphy bed so ask for it. Kitchenette had small fridge, micro, sink and dishes with tableware. The shower pressure is light as usual with notes but the water was steamy hot. Staff was very accommodating. Shuttle is $6 a day and will take you to Disney or anywhere including John Wayne airport. Well worth it. Parking is $15/day. Has great lounge area with ping pong, pool, couches and TV. There is a roof top area to watch Disney fireworks and also a swimming pool. Very clean and very friendly. The rooms and the staff have been great. Very clean, rooms and nice kitchenette with dishes and the rooms are a good size. Huge downside for me was that they do not offer their guests secure WiFil! I was shocked. In this day and age this feels like it should be common sense. They advertise WiFi and that is correct they do have it and it is free, but it is not secure. Very disappointing. I will not be back simply because I need this kind of security when I travel and need to access WiFi. read more
