    Dirty "clean" towels. Didn't get caught in the set up

    The location really can't be beat. A little less than a 20 min leisurely walk back from Disney. No parking hassle, decent food options along the way for before and after Disney. Cold, cucumber water and house packaged cookies in the lobby. And free parking! The room was ok, appreciated the Keurig, fridge and hardwood floors. Picked this over the Wyndham next store bc they had carpet. The wallpaper was peeling and the room was starting to feel like it was getting old. Decent view from our room of the fireworks. We had one bad incident with the towels that had a little ick to it. The elevator situation (1 slow one for the whole place) is so ridiculous that it's comical, figure out the stairs on your first day and it will be ok. The space could have been a little fresher but decent enough that we would probably stay here again.

    For many years this hotel has stood out to me for some reason. I live semi-near by and drive by it all the time. Finally had a weekend that some "time away from home" sounded appealing. Jumped on my IHG account and made a room reservation. Arrived on Friday, John helped me at the counter. Super friendly guy - gave me all the information I needed for my stay. Provided a menu for the in house restaurant and the two meal coupons I paid for, explained the parking garage, etc. The room was awesome! Super clean, very comfortable bed, the pillows were amazing as well. I was on the third floor overlooking the rest of the building and was able to see the Disneyland fireworks with ease. Their restaurant, Chambers Bar and Bistro, has a decent selection of food. Solid breakfast choices, but I will say the food was heavy.. The room is definitely priced for the area, you are getting what you pay for near Disney. They give Disney snap bracelets to kids, very cool to collect. This hotel sits near the Anaheim Garden Walk which is full of excellent restaurants. Nearby Disneyland and other fun facilities, you cant go wrong being here.

    Arrived late night and was initially glad I was put in what they consider a suite on a high floor but that was short lived. The extra square feet and sofa bed with small table was great but I wasn't aware that there were renovations taking place right above us. I will add, I received a birthday gift for my daughter which was an assortment of candy and snap bracelets. Appreciate it! Left early morning and was happy with the convenient location, which literally is a ten minute walk to Disney's Main Gate. Stayed a few hours at the park and came back to allow the kids a chance to rest and more importantly nap but that didn't happen due to the drilling and hammerering taking place! I mentioned this to the front desk and was told it would be done soon. It wasn't addressed again until I checked out and was offered drinks from Elizabeth. She also mentioned that I could have a 2pm late checkout if I wanted. It wasn't necessary as it would have been the same noise again lol. Made it home only to realize my son has forgotten his toy in the room. Called and asked for them to hold it for me it it was turned in. Received a call back the following morning letting me know it was turned in and that they will hold it for me for 30 days. Thank goodness for honest housekeeping staff. They are far and few. I would mention them if I knew their name... Kudos to John and Elizabeth at the front desk. They are great and care for guests concerns. The property is well maintained and you can tell it was another brand before. The attention to details shows. This boutique hotel is easy to get in and out of and as of January 2025 it has free parking. A small restaurant - Chambers is open limited hours which offers a bar and good food options. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay that is only a few short blocks away from Disney Resort, give this place a consideration. Just be sure to ask if they have any renovations taking place.

Customer Service - 5/5 The customer service here is some of the best I've experienced in a long time. I called ahead to confirm our reservation, and Elizabeth was incredibly kind and helpful--she even upgraded our room! During our entire stay, every staff member we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. In fact, we enjoyed our visit so much that we decided to stay an extra night, and they even gave us a discount for extending. From the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance, everyone was respectful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Location - 5/5 Whether you're looking for a safe neighborhood or planning a trip to Disney, this hotel is in a perfect spot. It's just a short 10-15 minute walk to the park, making it super convenient. Easy access on and off the interstate, and it's right on a main street, which makes getting around simple. Plus, there are plenty of shops, markets, convenience stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops all within walking distance--everything you need is close by! Cleanliness - 4/5 The room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of fresh towels and washcloths provided. CON: The only downside was a slight odor -- a stale, musty smell that lingered in the room. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was noticeable. Comfort - 4/5 The beds were fairly comfortable, and the room itself was quite spacious. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and washcloths, which was a nice touch. Amenities & Décor - 4/5 The room came equipped with a small refrigerator, flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels, a walk-in shower, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, closet space, and a personal safe for valuables. The view from the room was great as well. The hotel also offered several convenient amenities: a nice pool area with a jacuzzi and comfortable seating around both, an on-site restaurant, a guest laundry area, and an exercise room. Even though the fishing's seemed a little outdated, everything was well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 4.6! SAFETY TRAVELS!

    Another great stay and Hotel Indigo for our weekend Disney trip. Arrived late afternoon and was greeted by John at the front desk. Last time I came he also checked me in. Made sure to get his name this time. Upon check in, John thanked me for be an IHG rewards member and offered me some bottled water as a thank you. Once I got to my room I realized there was a handwritten note in there which was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. I've never had that happen to me before at a hotel. Not only recognizing that I'm a frequent IHG brand hotel guest but specifically thanking me for coming back was sweet of them. Super kudos for that nice touch. My room was immaculate. I could tell it was cleaned throughly simply by the scent when I walked in. Also had a nice firework view as well. I used the small fitness room they had which was ok. Two of the four machines were out but maybe adding some free weights would be cool but the place got my heart rate going that's all that mattered. Thank you John and Karin for the exceptional service. We will be back.

    First time staying here always looking for a good hotel within close vicinity to Disneyland! Good customer service, clean and freah smelling rooms, underground parking, mini market, restaurant & bar on site and room service (dinner on certain days) Beds were comfy, keurig & fridge in room! the only thing is we were by ice maker so we heard that all night and we faced the street so it was noisy! windows are not sound proof.

    Great service and Cozy rooms. Hotel Indigo Definitely upholds a high standard when it comes to customer care. They went above and beyond by leaving a nice care package for my son while we checked in. My only complaint is the walls are thin. Lots of noise can be heard from within the room.

    There is no microwave in the room. I did not see one in any common area for guests' use. That's a question to call the hotel directly...maybe they can rent one to you?

    10 or 11pm - depends on housekeeping going in to clean it.

    Is there a bus or shuttle from the airport to the hotel? If not what are my options?

    No there is not although there are quite a few options that are not affiliated with the hotel.

    Yes. It is the ART shuttle (Anaheim Resort Shuttle) It does cost money to ride it per day, but you can purchase a ticket and ride it all day

    Do all hotel rooms provide a mini hair dryer?

    The rooms I have stayed in have hair dryers :)

We switched venues just two weeks before the event and still managed to pull it off. The venue itself is 5 out of 5 stars. It was clean, polished, and beautiful. Our theme was "Gala" and it fit just perfect. Very little decor you need because the lights, tables and covers and venue itself was perfect! The staff, however, was more of a 2 out of 5. Security was great, but the event manager Karla was not prepared or available. As soon as she arrived, she said she was leaving to get something to eat, and I couldn't even find her when I needed assistance. She wasn't familiar with the plan discussed with Sebastian and didn't know about several things that had already been arranged, including the fact that there was an area for us to get ready in. Also the bartender which I believe was another owner was not pleasant to some of my guest, very short to some of them (all I serving was wine and beer). Also, there crew was hanging out in front of the venue chatting away, it wasn't professional. For all the extra service fees I would have expected more. I will say Sebastian was 5/5, great customer service and very friendly and helpful! We had submitted a floor plan and setup details ahead of time, but on the day of the event some things were off. Lounge chairs were missing and brought in during the event, and we had to set them up ourselves. A table was missing, she brought it in but didn't have a cover, I couldn't use it. Had to improvise but I made it work. Also, we were able to bring unload things earlier and we were told to place it in a certain area, when we arrived back, it was moved without us being informed. We were scrambling to look for things! When a family member lost his wallet, I texted the event manager Karla and never got a response. I ended up contacting Sebastian directly, and he handled it promptly. I would book this venue again, but I would definitely request different staff. Despite the behind-the-scenes issues, my daughter had a successful and memorable event.

We used the second floor of the venue since we had a small 50-person wedding and everyone agreed that they had the time of their lives. Parking was incredible, the DJ and catering were amazing as well. Ignacio was out DJ/MC and Martin ran the gourmet buffet. We will always remember that day and highly suggest anyone who wants to have a party use this location for their event. Great value and quick response times made things much smoother and less stressful and time consuming.     I would not recommend this venue based on how my security deposit is being handled 3 weeks after…read moremy event. Immediately after my event, no damages were mentioned at all. The only communication I received was asking where an item I rented (the projector/VIBE) was placed. I told them, they found it, and that was the end of it. Shortly after, Alex (the COO) emailed me stating that my security deposit would be returned by this weekend. It still hasn't been returned. About 4 days after receiving the email from Alex , Chloe texted me asking if I had received my deposit. I told her no and sent her Alex's email confirming the refund. 2.5 weeks after my event, she suddenly claimed that damages were found after my event. This raised immediate red flags. - The venue had cleaners come in right after my event, so they would've notified her of damages just like they did after her other events. So I don't see what's so difficult about showing me the cleaners claimed that the kitchen door was locked. Obviously, it wasn't if she can't provide proof. - Chloe herself said she would come in the following day to confirm the rented equipment was where I stated. So again, why weren't these issues brought up immediately if there was truly damages done to her venue during my event. - I had already contacted her the next day asking about camera footage, and she told me the cameras do not retain footage past a short period Despite all of this, 2.5 weeks after my event, I received this message: "After your event, our cleaning team reported a few issues... 1. The kitchen door was locked and a locksmith was called 2. A crack found on the wall 3. A broken door stopper" When I asked for video footage or proof, none was provided. Instead, I was sent a screen recording of text messages between Chloe and her cleaning staff. Her cleaning staff said these issues occurred at another event the following weekend after my event. Immediately, when I said thats not the date of my event she unsends the screen recorded message between her and her cleaners.... They are now claiming that I locked the kitchen door, requiring a locksmith, yet when I asked for proof, I received no response from Chloe and Alex. As of now, I am still waiting for my deposit. This entire experience feels like an attempt to retroactively justify withholding a deposit. The lack of transparency, delayed claims, and refusal to provide evidence is extremely concerning and unprofessional. If you value clear communication, integrity, and lawful business practices, I would strongly suggest booking elsewhere

Apparently, it used to be a club, but has now changed into a very high-end and cool venue for weddings or whatever type of event you want to have. One of the first thing you notice when you turn in is the amount of ample parking. There are two secured Gates that open up to a huge parking lot, definitely not cramped for sure. And it has plenty of handicap spaces which is very nice. Walking into the open air pavilion, is a real treat. What a great space! This would be a great place for outside dining, or having a band play out there and dancing, if you didn't want to be cooped up inside. Definitely tons of possibilities at this venue! Inside, there is a bar on one end and a stage on the other with a huge open area. This would be perfect for a wedding or something that's held inside, if you did not want to brave the elements outside. Company on site, and can pretty much do anything you need. And that's not all, there is an upstairs area that is perfect for an overflow room, or a VIP lounge, or just a place for say a wedding party to take a break, or anything you really want to do with it. It even has a nice little outside courtyard that you can sit and get some fresh air. I could almost write a book about how awesome this place is but suffice to say if you live in Orange county and are looking for a premier venue to have your event at, I don't think you could do any better than the colony House. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about what she does. You can tell she loves her job, and it shows in how she supports her couples. She went above and beyond for us every step of the way, making sure everything came together perfectly and that we felt confident and taken care of throughout the entire process. I love that you can provide your own catering, we had our family business cater the food for our event and that was nice because no other venues we looked at allowed that. My best tip for someone looking to book is to be very organized and clear with every item you want if you are planning to bring your own decor, they are great and will get it done! But being organized will make things easier. The venue closes at 10pm, but we were able to book an area 12 minutes away at one of the bars in Downtown Fullerton. We had a good turnout of guests there for the After Party! We got so much compliments on our beautiful wedding and ceremony, and many compliments on the venue. We started planning our July wedding in January 2022, and we wanted to have everything outside so that guests wouldn't worry about masking indoors during the time of Covid. The Griffith House has huge space for everything. The other great thing that others have already mentioned is that, other than table, chair, and bar rentals, you get to choose your own vendors and bring your own alcohol - provided you pay for their bartender and security, of course. You do have to work with (and pay) one of their in-house day-of coordinators from Hutchinson Weddings, but Amy, who we we worked with, was very helpful working through the rentals that we used from the venue, as well as coordinating our outside vendors on the day of the wedding. We really wanted to choose our own caterer and bakeries, to choose wines and beers that we liked, and to bring my own pro audio equipment for the ceremony and music. The Griffith House let us do all that.

Scramble time for us, fortunately the first call we made was to Casa Bella. The lady who helped us book a tour with Junior Rodriguez, was super helpful and nice. We then met Junior and from the instant we met him, his customer service was BAR NONE! Not only his customer service, but him going above and beyond for us. Made it absolutely easy for us to choose Casa Bella. Junior felt like he was part of our family, that's how detailed he was with us making sure we were going to be 100% satisfied with everything. Mari, his assistant is an amazing person, very helpful and made sure my wife didn't have to worry about anything during our event. She was on it!!! The entire staff, bar service, clean up crew were all amazing. Luis our bartender was on it with our guest, very classy and polite. Came to us with any questions about the serving amount and at the end he made sure to pack up any left over alcohol and offered to loaded for us.
