Stayed at Hotel Indigo for my birthday trip to Disneyland with the family. Chose it for the proximity to Disneyland. Paid an extra $20 to park all the next day which is half the cost of D-land parking. Walked to the entrance in 15 minutes. There is a cafe to buy b'fast in the morning, but we got the to go deal of breakfast sandwiches and coffee for $8 a piece. Not a bad deal. The swimming pool is nice with some interesting colored lighting. The staff was fine although they did miss my platinum status which got me some upgrades at the last IHG hotel. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants for dinner which is also nice to park and and not have to touch your car again. Hotel is fine, I was hoping for a little more special touches from the Indigo brand, but there you have it.

5 star for convenience, location, cleanliness, and helpful/friendly staff. I'm a repeat guest and will definitely return. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed was almost too comfortable after a long day at the park. Luckily, we had a good reason to get up, because with my status with IHG, breakfast was included. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and even if it weren't included, I would eat there anytime. The food and drinks are wonderful!!! The staff was kind, friendly and working hard the entire duration of our meal. It's an easy 15 minute walk to Disney. There is parking on site and included with your stay (1 car per room).

Dirty "clean" towels. Didn't get caught in the set up

The location really can't be beat. A little less than a 20 min leisurely walk back from Disney. No parking hassle, decent food options along the way for before and after Disney. Cold, cucumber water and house packaged cookies in the lobby. And free parking! The room was ok, appreciated the Keurig, fridge and hardwood floors. Picked this over the Wyndham next store bc they had carpet. The wallpaper was peeling and the room was starting to feel like it was getting old. Decent view from our room of the fireworks. We had one bad incident with the towels that had a little ick to it. The elevator situation (1 slow one for the whole place) is so ridiculous that it's comical, figure out the stairs on your first day and it will be ok. The space could have been a little fresher but decent enough that we would probably stay here again.

For many years this hotel has stood out to me for some reason. I live semi-near by and drive by it all the time. Finally had a weekend that some "time away from home" sounded appealing. Jumped on my IHG account and made a room reservation. Arrived on Friday, John helped me at the counter. Super friendly guy - gave me all the information I needed for my stay. Provided a menu for the in house restaurant and the two meal coupons I paid for, explained the parking garage, etc. The room was awesome! Super clean, very comfortable bed, the pillows were amazing as well. I was on the third floor overlooking the rest of the building and was able to see the Disneyland fireworks with ease. Their restaurant, Chambers Bar and Bistro, has a decent selection of food. Solid breakfast choices, but I will say the food was heavy.. The room is definitely priced for the area, you are getting what you pay for near Disney. They give Disney snap bracelets to kids, very cool to collect. This hotel sits near the Anaheim Garden Walk which is full of excellent restaurants. Nearby Disneyland and other fun facilities, you cant go wrong being here.

Arrived late night and was initially glad I was put in what they consider a suite on a high floor but that was short lived. The extra square feet and sofa bed with small table was great but I wasn't aware that there were renovations taking place right above us. I will add, I received a birthday gift for my daughter which was an assortment of candy and snap bracelets. Appreciate it! Left early morning and was happy with the convenient location, which literally is a ten minute walk to Disney's Main Gate. Stayed a few hours at the park and came back to allow the kids a chance to rest and more importantly nap but that didn't happen due to the drilling and hammerering taking place! I mentioned this to the front desk and was told it would be done soon. It wasn't addressed again until I checked out and was offered drinks from Elizabeth. She also mentioned that I could have a 2pm late checkout if I wanted. It wasn't necessary as it would have been the same noise again lol. Made it home only to realize my son has forgotten his toy in the room. Called and asked for them to hold it for me it it was turned in. Received a call back the following morning letting me know it was turned in and that they will hold it for me for 30 days. Thank goodness for honest housekeeping staff. They are far and few. I would mention them if I knew their name... Kudos to John and Elizabeth at the front desk. They are great and care for guests concerns. The property is well maintained and you can tell it was another brand before. The attention to details shows. This boutique hotel is easy to get in and out of and as of January 2025 it has free parking. A small restaurant - Chambers is open limited hours which offers a bar and good food options. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay that is only a few short blocks away from Disney Resort, give this place a consideration. Just be sure to ask if they have any renovations taking place.

NOTICE: Unlike many influencers today who get paid to leave reviews for places they've never even visited, I'm not one of them. I'm just a regular guy who travels often and wants to help hardworking folks avoid wasting their time, money, or vacation on bad experiences. My reviews are honest, firsthand, and completely unpaid. I share them to help fellow travelers make better choices. If you find them helpful, all I ask is that you give a LIKE or FOLLOW ME-- it keeps me motivated to keep sharing the real deal. Customer Service - 5/5 The customer service here is some of the best I've experienced in a long time. I called ahead to confirm our reservation, and Elizabeth was incredibly kind and helpful--she even upgraded our room! During our entire stay, every staff member we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. In fact, we enjoyed our visit so much that we decided to stay an extra night, and they even gave us a discount for extending. From the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance, everyone was respectful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Location - 5/5 Whether you're looking for a safe neighborhood or planning a trip to Disney, this hotel is in a perfect spot. It's just a short 10-15 minute walk to the park, making it super convenient. Easy access on and off the interstate, and it's right on a main street, which makes getting around simple. Plus, there are plenty of shops, markets, convenience stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops all within walking distance--everything you need is close by! Cleanliness - 4/5 The room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of fresh towels and washcloths provided. CON: The only downside was a slight odor -- a stale, musty smell that lingered in the room. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was noticeable. Comfort - 4/5 The beds were fairly comfortable, and the room itself was quite spacious. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and washcloths, which was a nice touch. Amenities & Décor - 4/5 The room came equipped with a small refrigerator, flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels, a walk-in shower, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, closet space, and a personal safe for valuables. The view from the room was great as well. The hotel also offered several convenient amenities: a nice pool area with a jacuzzi and comfortable seating around both, an on-site restaurant, a guest laundry area, and an exercise room. Even though the fishing's seemed a little outdated, everything was well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 4.6! SAFETY TRAVELS!

Another great stay and Hotel Indigo for our weekend Disney trip. Arrived late afternoon and was greeted by John at the front desk. Last time I came he also checked me in. Made sure to get his name this time. Upon check in, John thanked me for be an IHG rewards member and offered me some bottled water as a thank you. Once I got to my room I realized there was a handwritten note in there which was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. I've never had that happen to me before at a hotel. Not only recognizing that I'm a frequent IHG brand hotel guest but specifically thanking me for coming back was sweet of them. Super kudos for that nice touch. My room was immaculate. I could tell it was cleaned throughly simply by the scent when I walked in. Also had a nice firework view as well. I used the small fitness room they had which was ok. Two of the four machines were out but maybe adding some free weights would be cool but the place got my heart rate going that's all that mattered. Thank you John and Karin for the exceptional service. We will be back.

Our room was incredibly spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed for families. The bunk beds were perfect for our two older girls and they even brought up a crib for our littlest. We had a booth like table which was perfect for when the kids were eating! Also having two separate bathrooms/showers was an absolute game changer! One included a shower/tub combination, which made bath time with kids so much easier. We also loved our private balcony with high, secure railings for kids, where we had an amazing view of Disneyland park, including the nighttime fireworks! The water park was another huge highlight. We appreciated that access was limited to guests with wristbands, making it feel safe and exclusive. There were lifeguards everywhere, which gave us so much peace of mind while the kids played. The older kids even went back down for round two while the littles took their afternoon nap! The lobby restaurant and bar had delicious food, and the TVs throughout the lobby playing Disney shows kept the kids entertained while we relaxed and enjoyed our food. Every single staff member we encountered--from the valet team and bell service to the front desk and water park staff--was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The location truly couldn't be better. Being able to simply walk across the street to Disneyland made our trip so convenient and stress-free. The valet/bell service even held all our luggage after we checked out and went to the park. Everything was so organized with a ticket/bell service tag number. We had such an amazing experience from start to finish and would recommend this hotel to any family visiting Disneyland. It truly made our trip even more magical!

From the moment you pull into the driveway, you know you're somewhere special. I chose valet parking, which is about $60 a night. They also offer self-parking at a lower rate if you'd rather save a little money. As soon as you walk through the doors, you're greeted with the most amazing signature scent. It honestly reminds me of walking into an upscale Las Vegas resort. The lobby is elegant, there's a beautiful bar, a well-equipped fitness center, and a gorgeous pool area. We spent some time at the heated pool and jacuzzi, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The jacuzzi even has water features flowing into it, making it feel like a true luxury resort. The rooms are just as impressive. They're modern, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The carpet was so soft, the bathroom was beautiful, and the entire room felt clean, relaxing, and upscale. Now, here's the decision I had to make. I could have booked a theme park view room where you can see Disney California Adventure and the fireworks from your balcony. But instead, I chose a resort-view room because I really wanted to experience the hotel's rooftop restaurant, Rise. And I'm so glad I did. When we checked in, they were able to get us a reservation for 8:30 p.m. The restaurant is reservation-only, so I definitely recommend planning ahead if you can. We arrived just before sunset, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop has glass panels all around, so you have an unobstructed view of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure while you're enjoying dinner. Then, at 9:30, the fireworks started. Watching the sunset fade into the Disney fireworks while enjoying dinner on the rooftop was honestly one of the most magical experiences of the trip. It was worth every penny. So if you're celebrating something special, planning a romantic getaway, or just want to treat yourself to a luxury Disneyland experience, The Westin Anaheim is an incredible choice. It's definitely a splurge--but if you're looking to feel a little bougie, relax in luxury, and create an unforgettable Disney memory, you won't regret staying here.

The gym has enough in there and is a great place to refill water. Service could be a bit better. There are lots of people so I can understand the demand. Anything close to Disneyland draws so many people from all over. Service was often laggy and mediocre. $40 overnight parking (this was similar at other Hyatt). It gets very busy in the morning--as you'd expect at a Disneyland hotel--but we've generally been able to find somewhere to sit even during the rush. The pool is OK. Nothing particularly special, but perfectly adequate for letting the kids burn off whatever energy Disneyland somehow failed to extract from them. Service has consistently been friendly and helpful. The property is also surprisingly easy to get in and out of for a hotel this busy. Two elevators keep things moving reasonably well, and multiple exits provide quick access to different parts of the parking lot. Parking is gated and does carry an additional fee, which is worth factoring into the room rate. Disneyland is walkable from the hotel, although I'd put an asterisk next to "walkable." With school-age kids it's very manageable; with toddlers or younger children, the distance becomes considerably less appealing--particularly at the end of a long park day. The location also works well for travelers who aren't visiting Disneyland, as the Anaheim Convention Center is very close. For families, especially loyal Hilton members, this is an outstanding option. There are hotels closer to the parks and certainly hotels with better pools or more upscale amenities, but very few combine the room configurations, cleanliness, breakfast setup, location, and family-friendly common areas as well as this one. While we are moving out of the stage of life where this may be the case, for our previous trips with kids ranging from 2-8, it's served our family, extremely well. -AC

Like the previous Homewood suite we stayed at, the dishwasher was very old and rusted, bathroom area could have used some cosmetic repairs. Pull out bed was very soft and thin, could feel all of the springs. The room was overall spacious and clean. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids . I had the correct date online when I purchased, but when it saved I don't know if I hit refresh or what, but it changed the date to that same night as I was making the booking-not several weeks in the future when the game was. I explained the situation to the front desk and the manager working and they wouldn't refund or change the dates since it was day of, so I had to pay for 2 nights when nobody checked in and used the rooms plus two rooms at an even higher costs the night we actually checked in and used them. It was pretty frustrating and being a single teacher from Arizona-the worst paying teacher salaries in the nation-money is kind of tight and this trip was a treat and a birthday gift for my friend and her family. It ended up costing a lot more than I had planned, which definitely put a damper on things. But I didn't argue and paid the four room bills, although only 2 were used and not even a future voucher for two rooms was offered instead of a refund on the two unused rooms. Not very good customer service, and not a hotel I will ever use again after that experience.

Most places only keep lost/forgotten items for 30 days, but Ayres kept its promise and stored our clothes for three months till we returned again. It took a while to retrieve the correct items since we didn't remember our room number in May. But Brian was brilliant and meticulous with searching through the system. He found the dates and room number from May for Blanca to retrieve our items. Big THANK YOU to Blanca, housekeeping manager for having Teresa search for our items. Teresa's diligence and speediness- She ran up and down the stairs searching for the correct location of our items.
