A Farm and a Leg Roadside farm stand located on the Hana Hwy approximately ±3.5-miles west of the official mile marker zero on the Road to Hana. We were looking for a small nosh after an early start to catch the sunrise at Haleakalā, and this place fit the bill The stand is about an hour drive from there and features a bevy of caffeineted beverages, smoothies, and fruit forward dishes. The Good: *More than just food, as there's also a lady who sells handmade Hawaiian jewelery. Follow her @nawahinemaui to check out her wares. She was also very friendly and good for a chat. *Coconut guy selling fresh coconut juice straight from the source was really friendly and priced right @$5 per The Meh: *Only one port-o-potty available for use (see the jewelery lady for the key), but it's better than nothing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ *Service at the food counter was not the friendliest and awfully slow. The Ugly: *Pricing on the Açaí bowls are borderline obscene @$16/lg ($14/small). That's not to say they were bad but for that price, it better be the best açaí bowl I've ever had. So glad we discovered this place. We had the Poke which was super fresh and melted in your mouth! we also had the acai bowl and I will say it's one of the best bowls I've ever had. Tasted so delicious and fresh. The fruit was ripe and it had enough toppings to go with every bite. We are so excited to come back! Super cute spot with super friendly service. We stopped in on our way to the Road to Hana. It was pouring rain, but they were very accommodating and had an area of picnic tables covered with umbrellas that worked just fine. We had a variety of light breakfast options- yogurt parfait, smoothie, and a croissant breakfast sandwich. They all tasted very good and fresh. They also have fresh coconut available, and he will cut them for you. When you are finished with your drink, he will crack it in half and you can eat the meat. So good! Best view ever of the west Maui mountains, from a really great vantage point on the north shore. Gorgeous little seating courtyard with bamboo fencing, next to a farmstead on the one side and Haiku Memorial Park across the road. All the usual selection of espresso drinks but also trees and plants for sale for locals and some Pe'ahi swag for tourists. T-shirts, mac nuts and coffee beans for sale alongside dragonfruit cuttings, and many others. Relaxed island vibe, overlooked by most tourists racing by to get to Twin Falls. This is probably the best stand you want to run across when taking a rest stop. They have delicious fruit to choose from as well as some pretty delicious snacks/meals. Their honey also looked really good but unfortunately I didn't buy any that day. Their coconuts were pretty good and they also cut the meat out for you as well once you've drank all the coconut water. This place is great! read more

I'll start with the positive. Their açaí bowl is really good. That's it. The service was terrible. We ordered an avocado turkey croissant with egg. However, the girl at the register didn't take our name. Because of this an entitled woman, let's call her Karen shall we? took our order! The girl at the register just handed it over no questions asked. When we saw this my boyfriend walked to the register to let the girl know. But before he could do that Karen got in front of him and nonchalantly said she had taken our food. She also gave him a $10 "for his troubles". When my boyfriend didn't respond right away because what do you even say? Karen proceeded to ask "how's your English" LOL... ahhh the racists yes, they never fail to show up. Anyway, we re ordered our croissant and they messed up our order two more times. We would've been fine with it if they had acknowledge it or apologized, but they didn't. We waited 45 minutes for a "fun sized" turkey croissant and it was missing the egg. I guess if you want mediocre service swing by. Otherwise save your money and time. Vacay time is valuable. We were in Maui last month and found this gem. Great location on the Hana hwy. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere and fast. The avocado toast was great and so was the coffee. The best part was the homegrown dragon fruit smoothies. They also had fresh produce and fresh coconuts for the kids. Couldn't recommend this place enough. read more

This review is long overdue. Recently, I visited the island of Maui and stopped at the Pe'ahi Farm Stand for something cool to drink, after visiting the King's Garden. The employees were friendly and the drink was worth the stop! Also, I purchased a jar of their homemade honey. After my return home, I tried the honey. I loved it and asked the owner if he could ship me a few jars. It was their first "ship to" experience, and the jars arrived in one piece! Great little rest stop on our way back cycling from to Mile 0 on Hana Highway. The ladies were friendly and made the best smoothies we've had on Maui so far. I had the Green Wave and partner had the PCB (peanut butter, chocolate, banana). Great little seating area with tables and umbrellas and a view of the countryside from the counter stools.
