This company is not reputable. I have been waiting for months to have them fulfill their contract of providing me with a warranty that I paid $3,000 on the time I purchased the vehicle. Obviously they supplied me with a fake warranty and took my money. I have called once a week with either no response or empty promises. There are many bad reviews regarding this company and how they try or actually steal from innocent hard working people. These people are pulling scams and getting you on the hook with your finance company for the money I got my loan from capital one and had the paperwork signed and deposit given for a 2021 E450 Mercedes well they took payment from capital one on 9-16-24 they took my down payment and stopped responding they were supposed to deliver the car the same day and then didn't deliver. Finally answered my call on 9-24-24 said they would deliver it on that Friday 9-27-24 never showed up!! I been trying to call them ever since with out any information or anything. Then come 10-4-24 I drove to the dealer from MI i finally seen the car that they ended up jacking the sticker price for 7k and the final down price I was given on line for 30k up to 40k which they had already taken payment for from Capital One. Well I was approached by someone inside and asked if they could help I said yes I'd like to pick up the car that was mine he was like what car? I told him the 21 E450 and well he said no no you can't that car has been sold?? I was like yeah to me I Have the paper work !!! He was like what? I said yeah! Then gave him a moment and then another employee walked out and talked to me!! He said I needed to come in and sign more paperwork which once inside I was told that the owner canceled the deal and capital one would give me a call to let me know loan was paid off it cancelled!! Lol I asked for something in writing and he gave me a generic printout "fraud" saying that the money had to be sent by 10-17-24!! I went outside and called capital one and asked what was going on and well. I think they are in on it!! Well if they don't pay back the 40k i have to still pay per capital one!!! Wow just wow called the police said it's a civil matter and they can't do anything!!! I would give negative star's the new dealership name is gonna be the auto connection!! This company probably won't be here next week I seen they moved all their cars over to the auto connection which is the next car lot down the road!! I see this after I said that I was calling the cops!! Then they frantically started moving cars down to auto connection!! I previously gave a good review to Peak bc they helped me get another car. It took hours but I was able to trade in my old car and drive home in a new ( used) one. I wasn't expecting to do this or I would have emptied out my car at home before going there. I missed emptying one small glove compartment that was above the large one. When I realized a day or two later I called to see if I could get what I left. I was told that the car had been sent to the car wash and everything was emptied out. I asked if they kept it and was told they throw everything out. They assume if you left it you don't want it instead of assuming you forgot it and might want it back. They threw out a pair of $750 sunglasses that were a gift and a Sunglass attachment for my prescription driving glasses worth $100. I wonder what they would do if they found money or jewelry. Is it so hard to put the stuff in a bag and return it to the dealer so they could return items to the customer? read more

Dishonest dealership. They posted an automobile for sale online and claimed it was ready to be viewed over the phone. My girlfriend and I showed up to see it and it was no where to be found. They said it was at the mechanic and to come by the next day. The next day my girlfriend went there by herself because I was at work and she was able to take a test drive and enjoyed the product. When it came down to discussing terms of the deal, they decided to jump the price up from their listed $19,995 to over $25,000 including fees. Avoid them if possible. They post a much lower price than they will actually sell it to you for to get you in the door. read more

bought a car from them which i regret so much.. interior was a wreck, they didn't even clean it before giving it to me, had a taillight out, needed an alignment badly. had to take it to back to them after not even having the car for a week and had to wait days for it to be fixed. now it's a month or so down the line and there a horrible noise coming from the belt. come to find out it needs a new belt and some other piece which they are now charging me for. do not buy a car with them and if you do dont make the same mistakes i did ! make sure everything is good before you make a decision ! by the way the sales woman didnt even tel me my monthly payment or interest until i asked !!! completely unprofessional!!! read more

drove 4 hours to look at a vehicle that should've been serviced and ready to pick up they had the car for sale at 19995 it was listed for that price And I even have the purchase and sales showing the $19995.00 with the signature from the dealer and insurance all ready for the car and all of a sudden I check today it was 21,900.. I came with a cashier check with taxes and all when I got there they wanted me to practically pay 25k for a car thats all scratched up dinged up the driver door didn't open and the front bumper has a hole in it the blinker on the mirror was broken which is not shown in the pictures and they did not want to budge on the price or work with us,when we asked the lady whats the 2 grand for she told us it was to prep and service the vehicle to pay for new tires and oil changes etc !!! all vehicles should b serviced by the dealer and ready for any customer to take the car home!! no customer should pay for car to b serviced, a car they do not own or have never had in theyre possession!! they are crooks and are very bad business ppl!! they will b reported to the better business bureau!! I recommend this place to nobody!! we were willing to just buy the vehicle for the asking price off the 21,900 which is more than what it was listed for ..and the owner still wanted more than what he was asking for the vehicle which makes no sense to me!!
