Well, I was referred to Prestige by a friend to go look at some trucks- So my husband and I set off…read moreto this place and I am dreading the whole salesman dance that I always hate in dealerships because they are always so full of it- Upon arriving to this unusual location slightly off the beaten path, I had no idea what to expect. A few things aggravated me immediately : 1) the parking- Its a small street lined with other parked cars and it was a miracle we found a spot. 2) when we walked into the lobby/office area we stood there for a few minutes -like 17 minutes until another human appeared. 3) there was half eaten, open Chinese food on one of the desks and lots of dust. Id never allow that in my office. But I have to say this; the level of personal attention from these guys (kevin and then the manager Tom) felt like dealing with friends. We joked around, talked frankly with each other and they didn't seem at all interested in the sale but rather the finding out what out needs are in this situation. They were accommodating, not pushy at all and very sweet. I have not had a car experience like this before. I didn't have to BS them at all I was able to be upfront. Tom had me leave him a wish list so he could personally find what we needed in the next few weeks despite the fact that our request will not exactly bring them big profit. To be honest it would be hard for me to ever shop elsewhere with the way things are here. Not to mention they had a nice rounded stock as it was. Any other place would have been trying to shove an alternative down our throat, not in this place. I suspect it has to do with the fact they are also an auto repair and customization shop. I think thats fabulous. Their focus is not all selling I guess. I am going to direct many others to them with instruction to ignore the little initial blips in the name of this homey atmosphere that is so worth annoying parking and a little dust. We were able to walk out of there after our wish list was taken by their very nice receptionist, and simply leave without an inkling of pressure and phoniness--- Good job guys, I will recommend you any day.
