By Saturday I started having a reaction to the eyelashes that caused my eyes to become so swollen it was hard to open them. They were red, itchy and puffy. The phone number they provided me with only went to voicemail, and after writing an email on Monday Loralee finally called me back. I explained to her the reaction I was having, and she told me I was likely allergic and there was nothing she could do. I asked for a credit and she told me that this was my problem and if I wanted to be a "bitch" about it that she would make complaints against me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She could have offered to remove the eyelashes or offered other helpful advice. Instead she called me a bitch and hung up the phone. I had to go to another company to have the eyelashes removed. Be careful of this company!!

Typical Facials include some type of treatment while a mask is setting in... typically a hand treatment, shoulder massage or something. (Which I have been nauseous all day long... from these products going into my mouth!)Then roughly used the "hydro-wand", then said. "Your done". wow. She spent a total of what 8 minutes with me and left me laying there for the rest of the time. I was out the door within 25 minutes. WORST SERVICE EVER.
