Immediately following the full face thread I was on top of the world!!!! I felt so beautifully feminine and soft with glowing skin. I made sure to cleanse and apply my usual 2% salicylic acid when I got home and later that night before bed. Then I woke up. "OH MY GOD MY FACE IS FUCKED!!!" I naturally have very clear skin, NEVER had a major blemish problem in my life. The most I get is a single pimple on my cheek during my period. So to see my face that way made me so depressed I was embarrassed to go to work. I should've taken and posted these pictures the day after but I truly didn't even consider looking at myself let alone taking pictures. The pictures are of my face 5 days later, after visiting a certified esthetician and applying products for 4 days- to better sooth and dry out the infection. I am so sad, my face is riddled with spots and I am certain it will scar. I am so disappointed and truly ashamed of how I look and how it makes me feel to be ashamed of my face. I would never want anyone to have to deal with the a) pain, serious inflammation and redness b) insecurity no matter how momentary c) cost of products to try and combat the infection and scarring. read more

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was the only customer at the time so I was able to get seated right away. Iffi threaded my eyebrows in just a few minutes and did an okay job. It's not as sharp arches as other people do and she left some straggler hairs. She charges $12 for threading. The place is located in between two shops in Belmar. The salon itself is pretty big for a threading salon and is very modern, classy, and clean. read more

I've been coming to Iffy's since I moved to Denver in April 2017. I have been growing out my eyebrows for a year to get them thicker and fuller. Each time I made sure I mentioned this to her and she would clean them up, shape them, and do a fantastic job. I went yesterday and did not mention "not too thin" and well lo and behold my eyebrows were half of what they were before. You would think that they would ask before making such a drastic change but not. Back to growing them out another year now. DO NOT COME HERE! When I first walked in the lady was on the phone which is okay but when she had to get off the phone to help me acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there. I've been growing my eyebrows out since quarantine started, I came today to get them cleaned up and they look HORRIBLE!! They are so uneven and they don't even look cleaned up. They looked better before I got them threaded here. I had to go to another threading shop to have them fixed and now they're super thin because they had to even them out. I walked in and she was on the phone, then she hung up and started doing my eyebrows and the whole time she was rushing because her phone was ringing. When she's done I see that she didn't even touch up the top so I told her to fix it. After her card machine froze and she was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to fix it so 0/10 recommend read more

I got so exited when I came across Iffi's while walking around in Belmar. I've been on the hunt for a good, close by and affordable eyebrow threading place for a long time. I just walked in in didn't need to wait but I do believe you can make an appointment as well. They opened shop in May 2016 and specialize in threading. Very spacious and nice interior. VERY skilled eyebrow designer, not sure that's the correct term, but really good at cleaning up my messy eyebrows while not making them too thin. Something I always worry about when waxing. I have so many thin hairs that are impossible to pluck or wax and threading is the only way I can get rid of them. I can go on and on about other reason I prefer eyebrow threading over waxing or plucking but this may not be the forum for that. Very friendly, fast and affordable. I've been to many different threading places around the world and US and Iffi's is high up on the list. Highly recommended. read more

Came here on a Monday afternoon at 4 PM. It was not busy which was nice because I didn't have to wait at all. I showed Iffi a picture of the eyebrows I was hoping she could do and she did them very well and was gentle. The location is convenient, facilities are clean and the service is attentive, timely, and skilled. The price is very reasonable too. The only thing I wish is that the parking would be free although it is not that expensive. read more

Wow, the woman who works here is super sweet and actually took the time to even out my eyebrows and made sure they were how I wanted. I've been to Waxing the City, European Wax Center, Studio Urban Wax and other waxing locations but I always left those places unsatisfied with my uneven eyebrows or irritated skin. One of the best eyebrow threading shops I've ever visited. I've been here a few times and every time I go I have a fantastic experience. The owner is very kind and always makes me feel welcome. She takes the time to make sure I am please with her work and I always leave happy! The shop is always kept neat and the decor looks amazing. I gave this place a chance a few times, but the owners threading skills are terrible. I was surprised with how insecure she was at threading- almost like she was just learning and had self doubt.
