Our project manager took care of everything, right down to having the porta potty and dumpster delivered and removed. Very professional work, cleaned up each day and did a walk thru inspection on the roof once completed as well as making sure everything was cleaned up. We recently had a complete tear off and new roof installed by Peak Performance Roofing and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. From quote to completion of the project was done in less than 2.5 weeks. . We had received multiple quotes, but after a referral from a friend, we called PPR for a final quote. Their quote landed in the middle of the other quotes that we received, but after consideration and reading other reviews of PPR's work we decided to go with them. . The scheduling and payment process was simple, the team that did the work was fast, efficient and the clean up was spectacular. Additionally, Matthew who was our project manager communicated very well throughout the project. There was a very small delay with an unexpected rain storm on one of the days and he was quick to call and outline the approach to make sure the rain did no damage to the house and a revised schedule that would keep the project on track. . I really struggled with what rating to give them. Yes, I have a new roof, but how I got here was a mess! Peak performance started on a Thursday on a house we closed on that next day, Friday. When we got the keys on Friday, they were still working. Saturday morning, we came to move y the roof had not been protected properly. We had a 4ft but 4ft 1 inch puddle on our hardwood floor. This did damage to our trim, sheet rock, etc. We brought the guys inside and also called the project manager. He stopped by, took photos of the damage, and left. He had a wedding to go to so I don't fault him, but not 30 minutes later, did the gentleman slip on our flat roof part, causing part of our ceiling to come through. His tool also punched a hole in a different spot of the ceiling. Keep in mind I just bought this house. No one came in side to check. My wife had to go out and get them. Again, I had to call the project manager, who said they would take care of it but knew nothing about when or how. After starting at 9 am, the crew went to lunch at 12 pm, which is when thunder, lightning, and rain started. I had 14 leaks and no where enough towels to stop it. My sky light was t in and the tarp was bowing significantly. I had to call the project manager again who had a different one call me. He couldn't come out until 4 pm but ensure everything would be taken care of and the crew would work all day and Sunday to finish the roof. The crew came back at 1 pm, retarded, spent two hours fixing a truck in my drive way and left. When the other project manager came at 4:30 pm he admitted they royally fucked up and had no idea where the crew went. They were sub contractors we later learned. He brought two crews in that night they worked until 8 pm and the next day to finish. That's the roof saga mainly.... however damage restoration. Yes they brought my industrial fans day of but until late Monday they couldn't give me a plan for dry wall which was the next day. They just expected me to leave the door open even though we had moved in. I had to have my dad come sit at the house. The next day the painters came who got the wrong color but thankfully painted all 4 walls. However this is when I learned they never cut the vent for the microwave like we had requested and like my general contractor spoke to them about. I had to follow up for three days and call three people to get that scheduled because I kept getting told they would put it on the schedule and never did plus the project manager stopped responding to me. Overall they fixed most of the issues. My trim and door frame never got fixed though. Yes they repaired most damage but I don't think I should have to chase them nor do I think I'd recommend them. read more

Peak Performance Roofing responded quickly to an emergency vent repair that was needed after a wind storm damaged our older roof's downstairs bathroom vent, causing a water intrusion leak in the walls. Normally, this type of repair is too small for them to address, however, due to our level of need, they came out any way and replaced the vent and damaged shingles the very next day. They are recommended and will be on our short list for this summer to replace the entire roof. read more

Got a few quotes from various companies for our 27 square single story ranch house tear off. Most of the estimators were very good and thorough. Peak performance noticed some "mold" on the inside of some of the plywood ,that everyone else had missed .Estimates were for the same job and identical material. Peak Performance came in with the best price, did the job perfectly, and actually did more than i expected without charging me for it. We live in a neighborhood where all the homes are 20+ years old. Everyone is in need of a roof replacement. Because of this we receive numerous solicitations from numerous roofing contractors. We had one outfit come out to give us a quote. Then the sales pitch started. Pressure sales pitch with the "price today", "price in 90 days" and "price at one year" due to inflation. OMG what a joke! The price quote was twice as much as Peak Performance Roofing. When I checked the reviews on line they were awful and the amount of BBB complaints were staggering. We knew we weren't going to use them. Always get multiple quotes. All we wanted was a good roofing contractor that would do a great job. We weren't looking solely at cost, but at value and quality. We found it with Peak Performance Roofing. We were solicited by a young man walking door to door for PPR. When I answered the door, I was pretty blunt asking, "Does your company suck like most roofing contractors". He said he wasn't sure. I took a marketing card and told him I would research them and if they have good reviews and a clean BBB record, I would consider them. PPR was/is squeaky clean. Within ten minutes I was asking for a roof estimate on line. Andrea called me back immediately. We set up an appointment with Andrew who provides roof quotes. As the first person face to face with a PPR employee we found him to be very professional and pleasant. We sat down for maybe 15 minutes to discuss his company, the roofing process, shingle choices and colors. So much more pleasant than a pressure sales job. After we received a fair quote we went with Peak Performance Roofing. We dealt with Kevin as our Project Manager. Communication with this company was excellent. Upon completion of the roof replacement, we had some very minor issues that we wanted addressed. One of the owners, Carson came by and took care of everything himself. Again easy going and very professional. Beware of the likes of DeBella and High Performance Roofing companies. Peak Performance Roofing is NOT at all like them. They have a legit business model, unlike many of their competitors. I would highly recommended Peak Performance Roofing as we are 100% satisfied with their work and pure professionalism. read more

Aaron and his team were great! I was able to walk around my roof with Aaron and discuss my concerns. He pointed out some patchwork that was done that I wasn't aware of. He also pointed out some corners that were cut with a previous install. Before meeting Aaron, I had a couple of other quotes and none of those pointed out things that were missing. As soon as we agreed to go with Aarons's quote (which was better than others and included more work) he got us booked. Everything arrived on time as we were told and the roofers did the whole demo and install in just over a day. I would highly recommend using peak performance roofing for your roofing job. Peak performance came out right away to provide an estimate. Were very thorough in their inspection and competitive with their bid. They stayed in great contact and started right on time. Each day my yard/home were cleaned up so we hardly noticed they were there. Right before they started putting on the new roof I realized a color error (my fault) and they quickly worked to help me fix it, without any appearance or irritation (which they would have been entitled to).
