The person that interacts with the patient is not the most pleasant to deal with. Once I got there though and started working with Lainey, everything changed. She is so understanding and genuinely interested in your journey to recovery. She challenges me in a way that makes it fun to go to physical therapy. The facility itself is very clean and they seem to have every piece of equipment that is possible. I had a failed total knee replacement which required nine total operations. The bone in my leg died and left me with one leg 4" shorter. I have had to use a walker and my goal is to get rid of the walker. It's great to have a goal so they can work towards it with you. If you are looking for physical therapy, I can't recommend this more.

Kelsey was so so so knowledgeable, patient, flexible with my daily twinges and aches, adapted my PT according to my needs, after 3 months I felt terrific, scar tissue was minor, my balance improved and started to walk confidently without cane. Location is fantastic, on ground level and can park right out front. Never kept waiting, always on time. Great equipment. Compared to hearing friends say they were just put on a bike, my experience was so sophisticated and comforting. Highly, highly recommend.
