It's by far the best place in our area for occupational, speech, and behavior therapy, catering to a wide range of needs. The owner, Ms Holly, is directly involved in treating the children and is genuinely dedicated to both the success of the business and the well-being of her young clients. They have exceptional OT and speech therapists who assist children with various eating challenges, including issues with textures, moving food within the mouth, swallowing, gagging, and food aversions. We've been coming here for an integrated ABA program for our daughter since moving to Cleveland two years ago. Every staff member here genuinely loves working with children and is committed to tailoring their services to help each child reach their full potential and address developmental delays swiftly. Can't say enough great things about this place! The therapists and staff at Peak Potential Therapy have been very helpful throughout our journey. Our son is so blessed to have the chance to be there. This is an excellent place if you're a WHITE BOY, if you're looking for services that support multi cultural experiences that embody the diverse & inclusive needs of girls on the spectrum, black, brown & Asians on the spectrum this is not the place, when you provide feedback regarding the lack of diversity, inclusion & awareness your client relationship will be terminated. To avoid legal retaliative action, they will pretend the relationship is being terminated for another reason. A dogs feelings are more important than those of a black child, a young girl who developed a phobia after being attacked by the exact same type of dog. Just another good ole boy system lead by a husband & wife who prefers white clients but will tolerate other races so long as the "accept" mediocrity, biases, & second hand treatment with no complaints. I should have made the switch when I gave them my credit card information & unauthorized charges appeared on my statement. Feel free to message me if you'd like a referral for a more diverse, inclusive, innovative & forward thinking center! I found a new center, they gave me a tour & did a welcome meeting to educate me on robust offerings. Peak potential did none of this. read more

My children have been blessed to work with Holly and her staff for 11 years now. They started as very young children and are now teenagers with special needs. Holly and her team have administered and successfully accomplished working on their IEP goals. One child with severe disfluency and Autism is barely noticeable anymore and now focuses on Social Skills and Articulation, the other child, a 24/7 total care child has grown his language, his receptive understanding and his recognizable words immensely. He loves to work with Holly and Elizabeth. Holly has amazing camps that have been a joy to participate in. She has done assessments for us, participated in school reports. She goes above and beyond with photographs over the years and amazing Social Skills Programs and outings. While my youngest son participates in therapy at her center what I appreciate the most is that for my 24/7 total care child Holly and her therapists work with him at home where he can be the most comfortable.
