Not…read moreknowing a lot about the health insurance world I chose a plan that had a decent yearly individual deductible. My plan is almost $400 a month. Having just moved to Ohio I needed a new Doctor for mental health purposes. The young lady that answered the phone could not have made me feel more like I had the plague once I mentioned I had Molina Health insurance, she indicated this was Medicaid and they don't take Medicaid. I said, I don't have Medicaid, I pay out of pocket every month for my insurance. Very degradingly she said "Molina is considered Medicaid" we do not take it". Oooof the anxiety the response gave me. So I asked if I could be a self pay patient, as I just need to see a doctor to get my mental health under control. She said we can't do self pay if you have Medicaid. I said I don't have Medicaid I have Molina. LordT if I could have only known that I would be treated like a leper I would have never mentioned my insurance plan. I really wish people were nicer in the office and realize that there are REAL people suffering from mental health problems. Being kind really goes a long way, you never know how your tone or inflection can trigger someone's mental health.

For two to even bring up anything about my personal life. I was born and raised in Garfield heights. Born at Marymount hospital. Lived there for 21 years. I'm sure I've had sexual relations with a lot of women that work at a lot of places..... It was just completely degrading. Completely embarrassing. I didn't mention this woman one time. Still don't know who she's talking about. She then proceeds to put the lady on the phone. I'm going to make sure something's done about this. Completely uncalled for. Disrespectful. Then claimed I'm harassing and how many times did I call up there when that was my one and only phone call and then I called back to file a complaint on the place. And she disrespected me again and brought it up all over again

This agency CANNOT be recommended for any child, and any parent even considering this agency should…read moreread this. I assure you it is worth the read. The Friday before Memorial Day weekend our technician, Terren Tate, did a virtual zoom session and when we were hanging up and saying goodbye she said "oh by the way, I won't be doing a session on Monday since its Memorial Day". That was totally fine with us and we understood, but I did ask her how the billing would go. She got snooty with me and said under her breath "well, I suppose you can deduct an hour from the billing then". What happens next was the most outrageous and unforgivable thing anyone has ever done to our family. We had scheduled a phone call for the Wednesday after Memorial Day with Rachel to discuss transitioning our son to our school district. The phone call was scheduled for 9-10 am. For the majority of the conversation we talk about supports in place we would like to see in our son's IEP. At 9:56 am, Rachel says "oh and there's something else I would like to talk to you about". She says "Terren mentioned that she thought she saw something last week in your zoom session virtually with ______'s jaw." We were totally confused. Rachel proceeds to say "he's a little guy and Terren thought she saw something suspicious." We were completely taken back--Terren had never mentioned anything to me, or even brought it to my attention the day of the zoom session. I asked Rachel what did Terren think she saw, and Rachel said well you turned his head and held his jaw. I said "Rachel, yeah I can see myself turning my child's head to get the attention away from something else and onto the computer screen. What's wrong with redirecting your kid to turn their head to the computer screen to pay attention to the class? Plus, I also mentioned that Terren didn't even pause the zoom class to ask or even discuss it with me even after the session was over if she was genuinely concerned about it. Rachel abruptly says "oh, I have a 10 o'clock I gotta run" and just leaves us stunned. Why didn't she bring this up at the beginning of our conversation? Why wait until 9:56 am and then mention this? My husband and I couldn't believe what just happened. A couple hours later the doorbell rings and there's a Child Protective Service (CPS) worker at our door! We couldn't believe it. What the heck was Rachel thinking? CPS comes in and looks inside our fridge to see if we have enough food, and says things like "we don't have a warrant but can we check your home?" Of course, we let them because we had nothing to hide! We couldn't believe that someone could misrepresent information to this extent and put us through this. I was talking through tears and I was shaking. This was unreal. After the CPS lady leaves, my husband and I were just stunned and he said "I think I should talk to Rachel...this is a huge misunderstanding". So my husband talks to Rachel and she's like "Oh yeah don't worry nothing will come of it, they'll probably close the case soon." What the heck? Is this woman on Mars? How can she say "Don't worry nothing will come of it" when CPS was at our freakin home for 3 hours?! And if "nothing will come of it" what the heck was the reason you reported us in the first place? What was the end goal here, Rachel? She never even apologized. Since my husband and I are both doctors, we felt it was our professional duty to inform other medical professionals (particularly other Pediatricians) to be aware of what happened. We had nothing to hide! We told Dr. Wexberg (our child's Pediatrician) and he was completely appalled about the way we were treated. He knows Rachel since they both serve on a committee for the Milestones Autism organization together and he even said it might be a good idea to report Rachel to the State Board. He also said he was not going to refer to Accessing Abilities anymore and would let his colleagues at Cleveland Clinic know as well. Know that there are plenty of other BCBA's and agencies in our area--do not use this one.

She brought her out to the waiting room where I was sitting and stopped at the receptionist desk and never came to say a word! I brought her in because I believe, from previous experience with her mother, that she may be schizophrenic, and I wanted to express my concerns and experiences with her so the doctor would have a full understanding of why I brought her in! I know my daughter wouldn't explain anything to her, or really even talk about anything about her mother or anything like that, so I wanted to give knowledge but , nothing! no conversation, nothing! My daughter was only in with the doctor for maybe 15 minutes! this place is a scam for people with government insurance!

My 5 year old nephew starting going to Wolff & Phan for autism therapy for about a year and I…read morenoticed a tremendous improvment in his cognitive, verbal, and behavioral abilities. The staff is compassionate, patient, and take the necessary time for each child to help them grow and improve. I was ecstatic to find out they surprised my nephew with a birthday celebration and decorated his therapy room with special balloons and banners of the theme he loves. It is wonderful to trust that my nephew is recieving the top of the line care while he is at Wolff, and I know he feels loved, accepted, and safe when he is receiving treatment at Wolff & Phan. I am so grateful to all the staff for loving, teaching, and helping my nephew grow.
