The entire process only took about 20 minutes, and I noticed a difference, my teeth were about 2 shades whiter, improving from an 18 to a 14. The results were noticeable for a 20 minute session and I'm happy with my overall experience. I would recommend this place if you live nearby.

I found this place when I was looking to purchase a groupon for a Brazilian. I was a little nervous since I couldn't find any reviews online. I was able to book my appointment that night on the website and went in the next day for my appointment! The location was pretty easy to find. I went to see Diana cracraft for my wax. She was in the lower level. The ambiance of the location was very warm and welcoming. My husband was able to sit in the lobby and get some coffee while he waited for me. He really liked that. The waxing room was in the next area which also had another seating area. The room was clean and quiet. The table was more like a bed and was very comfy. Definitely more luxurious than other places I had been. Diana was very thorough and made me comfortable. The wax itself took about 45 minutes, but that was probably because we got to talking lol. She truly takes pride in her work and wants to be happy with your results. She told me if I got home and noticed that she had missed something to just give her a call. But she didn't! Most of the time after I get waxed I have to "clean up" some stragglers the next day. It's been 2 days no strays! Probably the best wax anyone has done for me. Taken from her website, the scalp and hair treatment includes a facial with a neck and shoulder massage. This treatment promotes blood stimulation and hair growth, preventing hair, loss, and maintaining optimal scalp health. I thoroughly enjoyed all of it. The scalp, neck, and arm massages, the shampoo and conditioning, and the facial. What I probably should've done was stop yapping so that I couldn't happen asleep but that's hard to do when you have such a personable masseuse. I plan on returning but will walk with my own comb because my very thick and curly hair refuses to tame for any other kind. Unfortunately, I couldn't get my hair blow dried because we didn't have the dryer attachment but I had walked with my mousse which Karen was happy to use (along with adding a special treatment). As of today, this massage/scalp therapy is $80 but Karen regularly has specials the next one being during Black Friday weekend - same package for $60. I'm very excited to return and will look into making this a more regular visit.
