Sweet and sour spareribs with tossed salad

Excellent customer service! Our waitress was really nice and patient with us. We decided to get the keiki short stack, scrambled eggs and corned beef, and the scrambler with veggies and brown rice. Everything was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The keiki pancakes had a slightly sweet taste to it, which is good because we don't use any syrup on the pancakes.

This restaurant is definitely worth visiting but like The Alley, who would've thought that Pearl City Golf Course would have such a great place? I love their complimentary fresh chips with just a hint of salt and their dishes are excellent. I had their mixed plate and the beef, fish and chicken were excellent! The service is always good and I suggest getting there early before the crowds show up. I don't think it's a good idea to visit during a tournament because this place will fill up fast. Great place for a quiet weeknight dinner. Come by and check it out!

Beautiful spot overlooking Pearl Harbor with the golf course. Service was great. Had the rib eye salad which was really good.

Great place for a casual lunch. Most of the patrons are golfers waiting for their tee times or have finished playing. There are others who probably work in the area and are on a lunch break. Their menu is diverse with local favorites, sandwiches, salads, and local comfort foods. You can always find something to eat for lunch which suits your taste. I have been there twice now and the food is pretty good. I had the salmon ochazuke, my property manager had the fish sandwich, and our two clients had salads. They also provide complimentary potato chips to the table, which they make fresh at the restaurant. Most of the fare is less than $20.00. Service is great and friendly. If you are in the area, you should check it out. Not a typical lunch spot but great place to try.

I've heard good things about this updated clubhouse restaurant at the Pearl Country Club so I made a date to meet some friends for lunch. I called for a Tuesday lunch and asked if I needed a reservation for lunch. I was told that they only take reservations for parties of eight or larger and Tuesday is slow so there shouldn't be a problem getting a table. Wrong. When I showed up every table was full, very disappointing to get the wrong information. I chose one of a few tables outside and it was a little warm but bearable. We had a party of three, but when two of us were seated we were given three menus and two waters. When our third arrived we ordered another water and other beverages. The complimentary potato chips were very good and were still warm indicating that they made their own chips here. Then the service got really slow. After a while we had to remind them that our beverages never came. When we asked about our drinks it seemed like they just forgot about them and when we did receive them we were still short a glass of water. My BLT was ordered with white bread but I got brown bread instead, no biggie. My friend really enjoyed his chili chicken meal served with a delicious yellow sauce for the chicken. The Cobb salad was delicious as well, so the food is not the problem here. The service kind of ruined our get together, even though most of the servers were friendly. Maybe I'll return for breakfast and hope it's not busy as it was during our lunch.

Wow, this is the first time dining here. Such a nice scenery facing the Golf course. There are indoor and outdoor seating. We sat on the outside to view the course but there was heavy vog in the skies. Food server was very nice and accommodating. Our order came out in a timely matter. They served us some chips for an appetizer. I thought it was a little over seasoned tho. I had the Pearl Mix Plate which came with Pulehu Ribeye, Fried Chicken, and Breaded Fish with French Fries. The steak was cooked more on the well-done side due for the thin cut, but flavorful. It was different for me, because I usually have it m/r. The fried chicken and breaded fish was just ok. The Salmon Ochazuke was excellent, it came with a pot of tea. A great tasting dish, very flavorful. We came back the next day to try different items. This time we sat indoors. We started with the Arabiki and Cabbage appetizer, a great way to start lunch. We had the Chef's Shrimp Scampi with garlic bread. It was really good, but I wish the shrimp was a little bigger. Also we had the I'A Fish Salad. The fish was Salmon, a very nice portion. It was cooked perfectly. I can't wait to come back to try other items.

They do not take reservations but there were open tables when our group went for lunch on a weekday at 10:45. Complimentary potato chips are very good. Service is very good. Friendly, courteous and they do not rush you. They check on you often. I believe our server was Maya. Food was very good. Two of us got pastrami sandwiches which were delicious. I got fries and they were delicious. Other person got potato salad and that was very good, too. Steak salads were good. Overall a great meal and experience. Will be back!

I celebrated Christmas here with a couple of friends and who knew this place was so crowded! We waited for a table and I learned why this place is so popular, the food here is really good! This was my first time trying Pearl at Kalauao which is under new ownership of the old pearl Country club We had complimentary potato chips as soon as we sat down. My friend enjoyed her kalbi steak but let me tell you, their ox tail soup is bomb! I want to say the best on island and at a reasonable price of $25. Generous portions of ox tail and vegetables and an amazingly good soup. I can't wait to take family here to try the ox tail soup! I have to compliment their cook on an outstanding meal. This is a great casual place to hang out with friends or family with lots of parking and reasonable prices and friendly staff. ai highly recommend this place!

    Great outside seating with views.

Fantastic little place at the golf course. Great lunch menu and the sandwiches are amazing. We had the Club and the Pastrami and both were top notch. Exceptional server, easy parking and clean. We will make this a regular lunch spot.

After a quick bucket of balls, my friend and I stopped in for a quick brekky. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating with a beautiful view. It can get a little sunny depending upon the time of year so it is nice and cool with the AC option indoors. Breakfast is served with complimentary sweet, honey corn bread toast which is amazing, and doesn't need butter or jelly, although is accompanied with a side. A variety to choose from, traditional breakfast, big breakfast, pancakes, chicken and waffles, breakfast burrito, grits, scramble, and more. I decided on the bagel and lox. It was so fresh, and the little slices tomatoes were marinated and savory like the capers, amazing. I saved 1/2 for later and it kept perfectly. My friend had the avocado toast with two eggs served on top and said the same about everything being very fresh and so ono. Service was attentive and friendly, offering coffee and beverage refills. They have a full bar available at breakfast as well. (Maybe another day for a boozy brunch!) Casual- ok to wear golf apparel, and ok to dress up for a nice occasion. Ample parking

Went on a weekend and was busy but we got seated right away and honestly the service was good. We waited for a while for our food to come out but as expected with the brunch hour rush and it was worth the wait. My family decided to sit outside because the view was so pretty + food was good. I highly recommend.

If you're looking for a place with great food, a beautiful view, and friendly service, look no further than Pearl at Kalauao. We were greeted right as we walked in and told to sit wherever we liked. It was around 9 a.m., so there were still plenty of open tables -- we chose a big one outside to enjoy the morning breeze and view. After browsing the menu, we decided to share the Lox & Bagel and the Avocado Toast so we could try both. The lox had just the right balance of salmon to cream cheese -- rich but not overpowering -- while the avocado toast was perfectly creamy and flavorful. Of course, my sweet tooth couldn't resist adding the Sweet Bread French Toast, which turned out to be a generous portion (definitely enough for two!). I only made it through one slice and asked to have the rest packed up, but I think our server didn't quite catch that since the place had really filled up by the time we left around 11. Even so, everything was delicious, and the setting made it such a relaxing breakfast. Pearl at Kalauao is one of those spots where good food meets great views -- a perfect way to start the morning.

Our waitress seemed far more focused on celebrating her birthday than actually doing her job. It showed. Orders were inconsistent and poorly handled. I ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken wings, and someone else in my party who ordered wings after me received their food first. It got worse. When the mozzarella sticks finally came out, the waitress took them to a completely different table--people who arrived after us. At that point, I had to track down another waitress just to figure out what was going on. To her credit, she stepped up, apologized, and comped both the mozzarella sticks and the chicken wings. She was the only bright spot in the whole experience. Then came the bill. It was loaded with items I never ordered. I pointed it out, and the same helpful waitress said she would fix it. She brought back a corrected bill for around $7, then later returned again with another version around $8 or $9. It seemed resolved at the time. But the next morning, I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged the full amount anyway. Between the inattentive service, incorrect food delivery, billing errors, and now being overcharged, this was a complete miss. The only reason this isn't a one-line review is because one staff member actually tried to make things right--but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to fix everything else that went wrong. I'd recommend double-checking your bill here... and honestly, considering going somewhere else.
