I luckily found Pearl while on a hunt for my wedding dress after the date got pushed up almost an entire year. The team was extremely professional and so helpful. I worked with Carrie and she took what I said to heart and pulled some beautiful gowns. 10 dresses later and liking some and hating others I was getting worried. After not having any luck with three other bridal salons, I found Pearl Bridal. I am so thankful that I did! The staff was so helpful and professional and really made sure that I had plenty of dresses to choose from. I went in looking for a low back unique dress with plenty of sparkle. I was amazed at how many options there were and very different styles. After trying on what seemed like a million dresses, I thought I found "the one". I was a bit concerned when I ordered it because I wanted a low back dress and wasn't sure it was low enough, but the material and hand beading was so gorgeous I had to get it. I called the salon to see if the designer would adjust the back but was told "no" because of the structure? They assured me it would be low enough once I tried it on. Unfortunately, when it came in it was not what I pictured at all. It was much higher up than I wanted (about 6in). Exactly what I was afraid of. I tried it on anyway and wasn't sure if I would be happy in the end. I wanted to just move forward so I ordered a matching veil which was so gorgeous and knew I could figure something out on my own. About a month had past and it was time for my first fitting, I had already paid for the dress so I called said I was coming to pick it up. When I got there I explained I was going to have the back reconstructed and was told "good luck with that". Not very nice but that's ok. In the end they provided me with a great choice to start with and absolutely beautiful veil, but if it wasn't for my resourcefulness and the work of an amazing seamstress I wouldn't have gotten my now one of a kind gorgeous low back wedding gown. I will be sending in a picture for them to see and send the designer, seems I had very good luck indeed. I looked like a movie star:) read more

I came to pearl first on my search for a wedding dress. I was a little apprehensive about the appointment, not only because I was worried I wouldn't find anything I liked or that would fit into my budget, but I'm not always happy with how clothes look on my body. I brought only my mom and my maid of honor with me to minimize opinions and pearl had worked out the booking so that we would have the place to ourselves. I can totally see how having 4 or 5 brides at a time would change the experience, so I'm glad they did that. Ryan was helping me, who was so great, listened to what I liked and let me know up front that the gowns cost just a few hundred over what my original budget was, and that there were gowns in my budget, just a lot fewer. But we told her we had a little wiggle room and she picked a bunch of dresses that were in the style I told her I liked and a few that were totally different, just to compare what I liked and what I didn't. She also showed us different ways we can accessorize the dress too. After all, I found that the first dress I put on was the one I liked the best! It was such a great feeling and I felt really beautiful. Every girl deserves that experience when they pick out their wedding gown, and thanks to Ryan, my mom and my maid of honor, I have the most beautiful dress that was in my budget and had a great time picking it out. read more

Pearl is AMAZING! I felt very welcomed from the beginning. My consultant listened to my ideas and picked dresses she thought I would like. The one on one attention is outstanding. The boutique has a great atmosphere and you can tell everyone working there loves their job. They are not pushy at all and really go out of their way to make you comfortable. The prices are also excellent. I had been to other bridal boutiques and felt like just a number and actually had to search for dresses myself, and the prices were double that of Pearl. I just want to say thank you to Pearl for making my experience in finding my wedding a gown a great one. A friend recommended Pearl Bridal because she had bought her gown there. I came into the store in January to start my search for my wedding gown, though I paid more than I wanted too, I'm very happy with my gown!! After I said "Yes to the Dress"!!! Although I don't agree with Ryan from Pearl commenting as he did on Danielle's review, I still don't have any complaints with working with Pearl Boutique for my upcoming wedding. My experience has been great. The only disappointment I had was the lack of inventory for flower girl dresses and bridesmaid's dresses, but after taking all six of my girls there and having no problem picking dresses for them, I was able to change my thoughts on that. Also, they can order any dress through the line we picked which made me even more comfortable. One my girls is getting a total re-vamp on the neckline to her dress and the consultant I am working with made us very confident with that decision (which can be scary with an expensive dress). I do, however, think that they should have some bridesmaids' dresses that are bigger than a size 12. It's hard to get a feel for what the material looks like on someone when there's not even one dress to try on in their size. All in all I would be giving them a score of 3.5. I understand they are a small boutique, but I'm hoping one day they will broaden their selection for the sake of the average size woman. read more

During my appointment with Ryan I was treated like a complete individual and was made to feel so special! I left there having purchased the wedding dress of my dreams and have gone back multiple times to purchase other accessories. The first time I walked into Pearl Bridal Boutique I thought I was going to have an amazing experience. The women working there were very helpful and I felt great after purchasing my bridesmaid dress. When the dress came in, I was told I needed to come in just to try it on, nothing was pinned and no one looked at how the dress fit me, I thought that was extremely strange. They then told me they would contact me for alterations. They never reached out, thankfully I did. The seamstress didn't really know how to pin my dress so she could alter it. Instead of having me take it off a few times to get the pins right, she let me leave. When I came to pick up my dress, it was completely wrong. The price of the alterations were ridiculous, the straps on my dress were in the wrong place, the hem was no longer even. I had to bring the dress to another place to get more alterations done for the dress to fit again. I couldn't believe I payed so much for a dress that was now all wrong. I would advise anyone to find someone else to do their alterations or they will end up paying more for something that will turn out to be wrong. read more

The staff is friendly ( for the most part) but I would not shop here ever again. I was sized wrong and then when I called Pearl up and told them that they said just minor adjustments are needed so I went in for alterations. When I left the appointment I was told everything was "all set" which I figured meant they were taking care of it because they sized me wrong only to come to find out I was paying $110 in alterations... and when I went to complain all I was told was that is the price. Surprising someone with an atrocious bill like that two weeks before a wedding is not what I call professional. Every time I was asked how I felt in the dress I told them it was too tight and all I got in return was that the dress looked fine. read more

Yes! This place was recommended to me by a friend. I scheduled an appointment and went alone, as I didn't intend to find anything.. it was my first time trying on dresses afterall. I went in and immediately fell in love with a dress on a mannequin but I assumed it was completely out of my price range and it wan't really the style I wanted. I showed my salesperson a few pictures and we started pulling dresses. The first dress was EXACTLY like the dress I showed her. I liked it, but not in love. She was eager to help me so she encouraged me to try the dress I had seen walking in, as I kept looking at it. I tried it on and it was MY DRESSS!! I was surprised to find out it was well within my budget and after trying it on with accessories, I had found my dress.
