I bought my wedding dress from a boutique that did not do alterations. I didn't trust anyone to do…read moremy alterations. I found Wedding Dreams online and they were amazing! They were able to fit me in, even though my wedding was coming up in 4 months. They did multiple fittings and even helped me finding the perfect vail. I live 2 hours away and the staff were so kind to take me after hours and accommodated me if I was in town sooner. The team at wedding dreams treated me and my mother like family. The price was reasonable considering my gown was full of beading. They also included a bustle that was seamless to the gown. Wedding dreams did a wonderful job making my bosom secure in my sweetheart neckline. I highly recommend. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Now here's my favorite part...once you're done trying on her selections she lets you go to the wall of dresses and peek through yourself. I was also in the middle of a move and leaving town in 4 days. I reached out to Love Bird with my situation hoping I could at least find something off the rack that would work, because I didn't know what else I could hope for with 4 days notice, and Andi and her team MADE ME A DRESS in 3 DAYS! They fit me in after hours so I could complete fittings every day until I left, listened to everything I liked about the original dress and added details I hadn't even thought to incorporate but made it even better. Not only was it less expensive than my original dress, it is BEAUTIFUL and fits me perfectly. Maybe most importantly their whole team pulled me out of the emotional gutter I was in. So far, only one other review has addressed the rest of the business which includes women's clothing, jewelry, candy, soaps and other personal care products, greeting cards, knickknacks, and holiday gifts. There is a sign on the back of the building where the main entrance is located, directing bridal service customers in one direction and all others to a different entrance. We were in search of holiday gift ideas and purchases so we avoided the bridal entrance - you probably need an appointment to shop there in any event. As already noted, there are a lot of things for sale in the main store, and that may be a problem. While the clothing, almost exclusively for women ( I saw a sign saying they have men's hats and scarves) appears to be well organized by color, there is so much of it packed into racks and on shelves that it actually is a chore to browse. If you are looking for products made in the U.S.A. or Canada, there are options available. Staff were friendly and helpful in our search for personal care products. They offered to gift bag our purchase and removed all price stickers. However, when we requested who made their chocolate candy, the only response was that it came from a variety of places. As one other reviewer pointed out, an important feature that is lacking in the store is a restroom for customers. You may have to drive a mile or so to find one (Hannaford? Shop Rite?). Also note that they do not take the American Express card.

There were THREE dresses to choose from, so things didn't take long. I bought a few other things and we left. Arriving home the phone rang and an ANGRY woman wanted to know why I didn't show up for my appointment. I, of course, related that I DID. She said, "I'm UPSTAIRS!" I said "I told the saleswoman I had an appointment and she never told me to go there!" "Well you should have seen the signs!" "What signs? I went in and was helped. How is this my fault? Go talk to your saleswoman!" Then she hung up on me.
