Wouldn't test a jewelry item for me without wanted to charge an exorbitant amount because it was a third party transaction. They wouldn't even look at the item and I did offer to pay a reasonable amount. Went to Hannoush instead.. they helped me with a smile and I did offer to pay them and they didn't charge me one cent. read more

Worst costumer service ever, i went there for refund and the owner was so loud, getting attention from all of the people present and around the holyoke mall, putting me down disclosing what was suppose to be between him and me, as i walked out of the place i could still hear him talking about that matter to people there, sooooo unprofessional, if i could rate less than 1 star i would have.​ read more

The customer service at Furnari beats the service at any bigger chain, and we quickly realized that this would be our final stop for ring shopping. We had an idea that was a little ambitious for our price target and they really made it work for us and did not cut any corners; we got extremely high-quality rings without totally breaking our budget. We were helped by Brittney Preston at the Holyoke mall location and, even though we live an hour and a half away, we will be coming back here for just about any other jewelry expense. I visited this place to get a new battery for my kid's $10 watch and the battery cost me $10! So I thought what the heck she likes the watch I'll pay the 10bucks. I should have dropped it off and returned .....while I was waiting for the the watch these guys tried to sell me a $500 watch . I said that I'm not in the market for a watch then they said well you can put it on a lay away plan and come in every week to pay for the watch that I don't want. I'm in sales and one of the first thing you should do is get to know your customers. I'm from out of town, not looking for a watch and do not buy things on lay away(which I told them) but they were so self centered that they could not see beyond a sale and wanted to give me a $100 discount if I made a decision on the spot. Wow how do these places stay in business!!! So if you have to get a new battery for your watch it's $10 flat , drop it off and run! Or you can pretend to be deaf but these folks will work you over. Purchased a necklace and cross pendant. After doing research on the 10k hold necklace weighing about 11 grams I realized it was a necklace sold on HGTV for about 150 bucks and the pendant was said to have diamond chips which were actually fake. I was charged 850 for about 200 dollars worth of jeweler. Beware. read more

Ok-I went to the Furnari in Enfield - expecting a 'mall' experience. Instead I got an experience of the Jeweler who is concerned with my individual needs and tastes. What a magnificent surprise. Have been using 'boutique' jewelers for years - but this experience exceeded my expectations. I have a purposely limited budget for fine jewelry and found not only experience, but specific advice and caring. It wasn't about the sale - it was about what would make my purchase make me happy. I'm from New York City, but my fiancee is from Western Mass. When I asked her father for her hand in marriage, he said yes, but under one condition: I had to go to Furnari Jewelers. I honestly thought he was kidding, especially since I live blocks away from the diamond district in NYC where you can get everything. Anyway, turns out her old man meant it. So, I made the trek up to Chicopee, Mass where I met Tony...what a guy! From the minute I walked in, I felt right at home (He's originally from NYC). The guy's amazing and such a character--lots of stories to tell. I was nervous making such an important purchase, but Tony was so helpful and calm about it all, he really knew his stuff, so I felt much better. He showed me everything, but not in like a pushy way. He asked me questions about my fiancee and what she liked, all that stuff, and he helped me pick out the most beautiful ring for a fraction of what it would've cost me in the city.
