Lovely ambience, very kind service, a good and relaxing massage. However, my 30-minute massage was only 20 mins. I was told by the masseuse in the room that while I signed up for a 30-minute treatment, it's "20 minutes from the time my hands first touch your body." And that is what it was. 60 minute full body massage with Tenia is exactly what I needed. So much tightness and tension in my right shoulder and and upper back. The massage room and tranquil music had me so relaxed I fell asleep and could feel the tension leaving my body with each manipulation. There are add ons for hot stone which I did on my last visit and deep tissue and essential oils to choose depending on if you need relief from headaches, relaxation- lavender or anxiety and / or sinus relief. I scheduled a 50-minute massage at this location because I've been here twice before and the sessions were with the same female massage therapist. I thought to try something new for this appointment, so I scheduled for any male massage therapist. I got Tim. He greeted me with questions about my visit and asked if I was still dealing with sciatica. (I was impressed.) Tim's limbs were guided by The Most High!! He massaged with intent and the best pressure!! (I asked for firm.) Never have I ever had a therapist massage my heels to my toes, all while focusing on my sciatic pain!! He also incorporated some stretching. REALLY GOOD stretching!! From my head to my toes (and heels ), I was thoroughly satisfied!! He was so professional and his tuck game is FIRE!! I can't say enough about how amazing this place was. Heather was super friendly and easy to book an appointment with over the phone. She created me when I arrived and went over everything. Everyone was wearing a mask, my temperature was checked and the place was spotless. The lunge area had tea, water, etc. and was very relaxing. I had Minh as my therapist and she was excellent. She made sure that the pressure was good and was magical at finding & working out the knots in my shoulders. The heated blankets were nice. I enjoyed this visit so much I signed up for the membership! I loved no one was pushy or trying to up sale anything like every salon I've ever been to. Can't wait to come back!! read more

I had a great experience the first time I came here. The second time however is a different story. I was 7 minutes late to my 60 minute massage. I understand if that amount of time is taken off my massage time (although they block 1 hour and 15 minutes for you). I was told by the massage person (ZAMBRA) that I would only be able to get a 45 minute massage or an 80 minute. Which made no sense to me and she didn't have an explanation. I went with the 45 and she used hard pressure and told me it was my fault because I was late and that's why she needed to use pressure that firm which made my massage painful and no relaxing at all. She also kept saying the 80 minute would have been so much better and I should have gone with that. I'm trying to relax and it was not at all with the unnecessary commentary. By the end she only massaged me for 35 minutes which is half the allotted time and I left 20 minutes early. I spent 100 dollars on this session. If it's gonna be like this Everytime it's not worth it at all. read more

Got a treatment with M.C. Been suffering from TMJ and constant jaw pain. Pleasantly surprised that it has pretty much disappeared and I got my life back. The owner owner is committed to health and spent a lot of time advising me on what I needed to do. These people specialize in pain. Ask for a therapist who works in the area you need help with. I had a great experience at LaVida Massage. My therapist Steven worked out my full back, arms, and legs with trigger point therapy. He was diligent about the amount of pressure I wanted, and increased it when I needed. I didn't realize how much my body needed that! My body was much more relaxed after the session and the CBD balm left me feeling relaxed and calm the rest of the day. The facilities are modern, clean and tranquil, perfect for a restorative visit.
