Literally such an amazing experience! I had two gals help me today one did my pedi and was an absolute DOLL! The other did my manicure and she was very patient with me and explained the process for dip gel because I had never done it before. Both were fantastic! It's a bit pricy but everything seems to be these days and it's been almost two years since I've had my nails done so that may also have something to do with it. UPDATE 11 DAYS LATER: my dip gel manicure has cracked on all but two fingers and I have an ingrown nail. I don't recommend Vee (she's the one that did the mani) even though the staff is super sweet and friendly I am so upset that I spent money like this expecting a dip gel mani to last AT LEAFT 3 weeks to not even make it 10 days. read more

Helen was amazing with dip! Totally recommend her. However, I also go my gel pedicure from Tiffany and it was awful. After not having the matching color in regular polish and explaining my hesitancy with getting gel on my toes (it doesn't last long for me because my nails are on the smaller side), Tiffany assured me that she would do the gel well so that it lasts and I get my moneys worth. It seemed fine until the end when I saw gel was on my skin so I could tell it was going to peel off immediately and one of my nails was completely slanted. She told me someone else could remove it and redo it. I was then helped by David. At this point, my already small nails had been filed thoroughly so they were much shorter than when I arrived. David continued filing them (to the point of leaving me with a cut and half the nail gone) as he tried to fix them and then exclaimed to me to not cut my nails short! He tried fixing them, but the paint was distributed so unevenly, the nails weren't painted completely, and both feet just looked awful. One of the nails was even already chipped and when I tried showing him, he said it was just skin (although clearly it was the nail) and started picking at the corner of the nail and the skin around with his tool. Had to go to another salon to get the gel removed. Also to note, I was continuously interrupted when trying to explain my concerns and they just kept saying in my face "oh we'll fix it we'll fix it" and just couldn't. This is my favorite nail salon! It's so clean, so fresh looking, and my nails are always perfectly done. I tell my friends in DC that the nail salons in North Carolina are the best there are, and it's so true. There are other great nail salons nearby, but I love this one! When you walk in, you check in and choose which service you'd like. Then you get a piece of paper to choose which color you want, so the technician can grab it at the correct time, which is great in case another person wants the same color. They have a full service menu you can choose from, and a complimentary drink menu, including alcohol. I have had the jelly and the pearl pedicures which are so nice and include skin treatment with fresh citrus and hot stones. They have the strongest leg massages ever too. The polish doesn't look fresh already (it's been less than a day) and I had to add glitter on top myself because my nails were dented and scuffed. This rushing for services and trying to push you into more expensive services even when you've told them you have a health condition that you can't do that service with. If I could give them no stars, I most definitely would. They tried to take advantage of my teenage daughter and her friend, who were getting nails done for their 8th grade prom. They are rude as hell for one, and just yank your hands. My daughter wanted French tips, but in a different color other than white. They told her it would be $75. Her friend wanted the same and they gave her the same price. The lady told her AFTER she glued the tips on how much it would be, so she asked her to take them off. She told her it would be $50 because she already added the tips. No acrylic yet just the tips. Service was overall horrible from them trying to overcharge to the unfriendly people. The put my hands in hot acetone causing my fingers to dry out majorly and it didn't even work to get the gel off. The lady, Helen, had to file off the rest with the electric file. Well she also scored the crap out of my nails leaving ridges, I'm not sure if it's leftover gel or if she just messed up my nails that bad. The actual manicure was okay. She cleaned up my cuticle beds nicely but the shape was very wonky until I asked her to fix it and it still looks odd. Then when she was painting she got nail polish on my hand on accident which isn't a big deal but she didn't remove it. I have to dig out my acetone and fix it myself. On top of all that the actual painting looks like a 5 year old child did it. I will not be back. At least the place was clean. read more

This is was an awful experience! They're extremely overpriced and don't care about what the customer wants it's about what they want to do so they can charge u more. I came in with natural dip with gel color on top. This is done so u can easily change color with less stress on your nails. All i got done was nail cut down and gel color change, they charged me $25, for a job that should have been $10-$15. The "receptionist" is rude and manages the staff poorly. I was the maid of honor in my best friend's wedding and we both came to Fayetteville from out of town for her wedding. I chose this place solely based on reviews for her to get her lashes and nails done the evening before the wedding. I figured I'd get a manicure while I was there as well. I called ahead of time to see if they had walk in appointments because I wasn't sure what time I could be there as I had a five to six hour drive and they didn't speak enough English to actually answer that question. I have no idea if they even knew what I was saying. Making an appointment was difficult because of the language barrier, but I didn't mind, I made one and we got there in time. I've had a few manicures in the past from a few different establishments in Virginia Beach, it's always been a relaxing experience, this was a nightmare. After they pressured me into getting gel for a one day event when I just wanted regular polish for myself, they started my manicure and took her back for lashes. That man ripped my cuticles off. I don't know if his clippers were just too dull to actually cut but my fingers have never looked so rough. I've never seen someone not even aim for a smooth edge. He got the polish on me and pulled out the UV light and I about lost it. It was the filthiest thing I've ever seen. It had polish sludged all over it and when I put my hand in I could feel the dead skin cells and debri from what must have been a year's worth of clients. I've never been to a nail place that didn't clean out their lights in between clients. I couldn't even look at this guy I was so disgusted with how it was going. He was on his cell phone for half of both mine and my friend's appointments. The "massage" at the end of this manicure was him slapping some lotion on my hands and roughly rubbing it in for less than ten seconds. When my friend came out from her lashes I could see her apprehension and I could also see the hooker lashes from a mile away. She'd asked for something that looked natural and what she got was crooked and fake looking. I've never seen cluster lashes be put on in straight lines with actual angles. I didn't know if we'd be able to get them off before the next day so I just tried to keep her calm and tell her we just needed to use eyeliner. The same issues with my manicure were issues with hers and he didn't even ask her what shape she wanted her nails, he just did them square. I want to be clear that we didn't complain at all while in this appointment, as we're both pretty reserved and socially awkward but I told them several times that this was for a wedding. We ended up going to Ulta afterward and asking for help in a panic. The two associates (I don't think they actually worked for Ulta but for the brands there) who helped us were a godsend. They sat with my friend for god only knows how long with a q-tip and lash glue remover then a mascara wand and tweezers until they got all the cemented on lashes off. They agreed with us that Pearl did a sloppy job on the lashes and nails, my friend's nails were crooked (her real nails, cut and filed crooked). I watched Robbie, one of the people helping us, put on several lashes for women in the time that we were getting my friend's lashes off, and all of them came out looking beautiful. Half the price, looked twice as good, and he wasn't on the phone while helping people. They took my friend's lashes off for free despite that it took around an hour and a half. I have been loyal to this salon for almost a year now. I would always bring my friends along with me and I would make sure to tip them very good. Brenda and Michelle were the only workers I felt I could trust with my requests, both very professional on how they work and would do a great job, being the reason I would always return. I recently returned there and an older gentleman did my pedicure. I asked for a French tip and the lines on there were very sloppy and uneven, I asked for a heart as well and it looked nothing like the picture I asked for. I was disappointed, but me being a loyal customer, I didn't think much of it. I returned again for another pedicure and a lady did it this time (I didn't catch their names') and I asked her to remove the previous acrylic on my toe and she acknowledged my request and didn't remove it. She needed help doing the acrylic nail for my other toe so she asked who I believe is the manager of the salon to do it. He rushed to put the acrylic on and made it look very slanted and unnatural. She didn't even file it to look like the other nail after he finished it. I tried telling her if she could file it down some more or fix it, and she seemed to not know what she was doing. I thanked her after she was done and talked to the manager and respectfully asked him to redo my nail. I also mentioned to him how this was the second time my pedicure has been messed up and he simply said okay he will fix it. Another gentleman then proceeded to file my acrylic toenail down, but I thought he was going to redo the entire acrylic nail, which he didn't. He fixed it a little more, but I still wasn't satisfied. At checkout, the manager then grabbed the ticket and wrote an extra $5 on the ticket. I was really confused as to why that was charged since I already was charged for a $5 acrylic and a regular pedicure. He didn't bother to give me a discount or anything and the energy after that was just very awkward, like if I was wrong that I spoke my mind for not being satisfied with my pedicure. I was very kind and respectful the entire time, and have always been very nice to the entire shop when I have gone there previously, always complimenting them, so it wasn't just like I was a random client having a bad day and wanting to take some steam off at the workers.
