All are fantastic and lead by individuals who are passionate about what they do. My first class was Christ centered yoga led by Hollie. Hollie is amazing and has such a strong belief and so much love. Her class is amazing and not only are you doing yoga but you are also reinforcing your beliefs. I then did a yoga basics led by Ashliee who owns the studio. She is amazing and loves what she does. She leads a great class and has such wonderful energy. So far the yoga has been amazing and best part is my husband loved it and attends with me now too. Now onto the therapies. First I had the cupping massage. Look it up and if your don't know it is. You get a nice massage follow by the cups being placed on you that drawn out the toxins in the body and get your blood circulating to those areas. I found it to be relaxing and helped with some of my sciatica pain. My husband had the same treatment and liked it as well but didn't find it as relaxing as myself. Next I did the Shirodhara. It is an oil dripping treatment and a nice soothing treatment. It was such a relaxing and blissful experience. It's bit really a massage but a soothing treatment for yourself. They've been open 7 months so pretty much brand new. I understand Vietnamese so it was fun just hearing what they had to say about us. To clarify.. my friend wasn't being "difficult" she just wanted time to think if she wanted to get her eyelashes done for the first time. She's never done it before and just didn't want to pay.. if I recall $90 for it? But she felt like it was being pushed on her. I did too. And me.. I don't have a lot of money just because I chose a Royal Spa pedicure or for you to up charge me.. I was spending time away from being a mom and just wanted to be pampered! Any-who, based on the work.. it was okay. The pedicure was decent. The manicure I came in with a pic and well it wasn't executed correctly. One lady knew the idea and the other didn't. The one that knew didn't paint the base first, it was the other one. And then when the main lady came to do it, she put foil on (very quickly and just not trying to replicate the essence of the pic) and I showed her the pic again for the marbling that was supposed to be a part of it. She tried doing it with another paint and it looked horrible so she took it off. I think overall there needs to be more communication. The lady that painted the gel on my nails.. I was so close to showing her the pic but she didn't want to see. The main person had pushed us that they'll do exactly like this, encouraging us to get more things done, etc from the beginning, but overall it just wasn't a relaxing experience. I give it the stars because the nails turned out alright and for the time we shared at the end when I responded in Vietnamese to them as they were talking some crap. After that, we were able to have a genuine convo. But just a heads up that even if people don't come in nog speaking Viet doesn't mean they don't know it! Any person of different race/ethnicity can still understand.
