All are fantastic and lead by individuals who are passionate about what they do. My first class was Christ centered yoga led by Hollie. Hollie is amazing and has such a strong belief and so much love. Her class is amazing and not only are you doing yoga but you are also reinforcing your beliefs. I then did a yoga basics led by Ashliee who owns the studio. She is amazing and loves what she does. She leads a great class and has such wonderful energy. So far the yoga has been amazing and best part is my husband loved it and attends with me now too. Now onto the therapies. First I had the cupping massage. Look it up and if your don't know it is. You get a nice massage follow by the cups being placed on you that drawn out the toxins in the body and get your blood circulating to those areas. I found it to be relaxing and helped with some of my sciatica pain. My husband had the same treatment and liked it as well but didn't find it as relaxing as myself. Next I did the Shirodhara. It is an oil dripping treatment and a nice soothing treatment. It was such a relaxing and blissful experience. It's bit really a massage but a soothing treatment for yourself.
