Initially gave this place 5 stars but it's now a 1. I booked my appointment a month ago, drove 1 hour to my appointment, was told I would have a long wait because people requested my nail tech (mind you the request was last minute from said client). The issue - I booked my nail tech a month ago. If there was a scheduling issue why didn't they call me and tell me before I drove an hour. That's extremely terrible customer service. read more

This place is super clean and service is fantastic!! They do about 80% SNS which is more expensive but it is healthier for your nails and the place doesn't reek with acrylic powder smell which is a plus if you don't like that smell. I got SNS with tips and designs on my nails with coffin shape. My nail tech was Lilly and she was AWESOME. She took her time, made easy conversation, shaped my nails perfectly, and each nail looked beautiful. I spoke with the owner, other nail techs, assistant manager and everyone was just so friendly. It's a great atmosphere and seems like they have a ton of regulars there as well. There's plenty of parking as well but book an appointment just in case. I hear it gets busy from time to time and you don't want to wait any longer then you have to. read more

Posh. Good word for this salon, as in decor and general appearance of the salon. I was killing some time Sunday, and the weather was so dreary, and my nails looked like the weather, so I figured it was time to get them done. Letting Yelp be my guide as always, I found this gem in the area, and stopped in. The service was really good from receptionist to manicurist to pedicurist. The man who I can only assume was the manager was also very nice, and kept walking around making sure everyone was happy. I asked for a manicure/pedicure, and the receptionist handed me a ticket with my name on it. I'm not sure why, because no one asked me for the ticket. I was on a 5-10 minute wait, which was not a big deal. The chairs were pretty comfortable, and they use spa liners thankfully. These days I feel all salons should follow suit on that. I got the regular mani/pedi, which was $38. I typically pay around $28-$32, so this was a little higher than usual. Even though it was a regular mani and pedi, I really felt they paid attention to detail. I had a little callous on the side of one foot from wearing a bad sock while running, and she shaved that down for me! I've had that forever, and no one has never done anything about it. My nails looked so good when they were done, and my feet felt so much better. They really took their time, and I was very happy with my finished product. Bonus? They also take American Express! Yipee! Most salons do not. Oh, and the best part? They have a small candy station that I didn't notice until I went to go under the dryer. So bummed, because I really wanted a Hershey's kiss or a Starburst, but not enough to ruin my nails. Next time... read more

A neighbor recommends this to us and we had a semi-pleasant experience. Our nail technicians took a very long time to come. They did a fantastic job but it's not worth overpaying for the original price of the pedicures and manicures. read more

This place is really nice and I was hoping it would be my new place. But I went in and asked for the same color for my nails and toes. I picked out my toe polish color and asked if they had the matching SNS color and they did! However, once done, it didn't look the same. I mentioned that it didn't match to the nail tech, and he told me, "it's ok, this chocolate color is popular for the fall" Well, yes, but I wanted a light grey matching color to my toes. Ugh! Husband hates the nail color too. Fail. Make sure you test your colors before doing! Update! Gave this place another try and it was outstanding! Nails match, they offer coffee/drinks, movies on the screens and every nail tech has been very friendly and good at their job. Salon is nice and clean and the customer service is A+. I have been going here for over 2 years. They are simply the best. Michael and Henry at the front desk are fantastic and do a great job of not only getting to know clients - but also remember which technicians you have asked for in the past and try to place you with your favorites whenever possible. The owners can be seen asking clients how they are doing and are open to suggestions. They really appreciate repeat business and make you feel welcome, even on busy days. The have tons of SNS options and they offer matching OPI colors. I have also had waxing done here several times and they offer lash extensions too. One stop shop to make you feel groomed and refreshed! Try the back massage & pedi combo! It. Is. Awesome! read more

This place is all hype! When I go to the Nail salon I like it to be a relaxing experience. It is a factory and apparently locals like to be moved along like their on an assembly line. I don't get this place. The work is not great my SNS and pedicure look like crap. I tipped them because I know the pay sucks and the hours are long for those ladies. This is a NO for me. read more

I decided to try this nail salon out because I am new to the area and the reviews seemed authentic. I got S&S dip powder and as you can see it looks like a bad acrylic job. These are my natural nails. The nail tech told me because I need a manicure that's why lol. Everyone there was very nice though . It's unfortunate that the quality of work did not match the friendly atmosphere. Do not recommend. read more

I was an out-of-towner in Georgia for business meetings and found Posh via Yelp. As a walk-in for my visit to Posh, I was warmly greeted and was seated right away for SNS nails and a pedicure. The spa is spacious and is beautifully decorated. The best part of my experience was that I had two technicians working on my hands and feet at the same time, which of course reduced my time in the chair. I was especially pleased by the service from Gina, who did my SNS dip on my nails. She was an absolute perfectionist and made sure every nail was uniform and perfect. Will definitely visit Posh again the next time I'm working in Alpharetta. read more

I have been going to Posh for years and have always been so impressed by management and staff. They really do go above and beyond for all of their clients and truly make you feel special. I'm so particular that it took me several months to find the right nail salon in Alpharetta and I'm so glad I came to Posh. I prefer SNS and all of their technicians are trained to do an amazing job. I usually go to Raymond or Kimmy (recommend calling ahead of time to get an appointment). Both are amazing!! I also love that they have a huge selection of OPI SNS/dipping powders. The colors are beautiful and I can usually go a little more than a month before I need a polish change. Also, I always get a Posh Signature Pedicure, which is totally worth it. Hot stones and a head/neck/shoulder massage.... you won't regret it! Go to Hang for it. She is FANTASTIC!!!! Lastly: if you are a bride looking for the perfect spot to get your nails done, they were so amazing to me the days before my wedding recently. I called in advance to book services for 10 people and they accommodated all of us with such professionalism and attention. All of my bridal party was blown away by how amazing their experience was. I've been to Posh nails many times and it's been my go to in the area, and have always had a great experience and great work... unfortunately this last trip was not good and I doubt I will be back. As always Leang at the front is friendly and always pleasant. The young woman who did my pedicure during this visit did a good job - except when I took a shower - I don't think the polish cured or maybe it was the wrong polish? You would think half a day later it was set? Nope, it washed right off 3 of the toes unfortunately, the most disappointing was the woman who did my manicure. The filing and cutting was very sloppy and uneven - I had to have her file them down again especially on one nail because it had a sharp point at the corner and though she filed it, she was a bit huffy I pointed it out - I ended up going home and finished filing them myself... The kicker to all this was - while doing my nails she knocked the polish off the table and it landed on the floor, and then, she puts the brush that fell on the floor, back in the bottle and continues... when I got home, I realized some polish had splashed on my purse (too bad it cured on my purse and not my toes) read more

Beautiful nail-spa atmosphere! I walked in on a Sunday morning, and was greeted with a warm welcome. They guided me to my pedicure chair, and provided me with fresh hot tea. I chose a lavender classic pedicure, and added a 10 minute hot stone massage. Highly recommend! I also got white tips on my nails and they came out perfectly! For the most part I have a good experience at this nail salon. Sometimes I do not like the service but I have found a nail tech that I love here. They are so professional. I love my nails. I always walk-in and never have any problems! If I do they make sure to fix them. I love how they play Netflix but have the subtitles on and not the volume and play relaxing music. Also love the iced raspberry sweet tea! They do the little things that bring me joy as a customer. read more

got my nails and toes done here with a friend. i got SNS on my hands and the nail tech was very detail oriented however drew blood on multiple fingers being too rough with her drill & emory board. the pedicure was relaxing aside from the fact that i payed for a deluxe (my friend got the same) and she received hot stones and a clay mask and i did not receive either yet was charged the same. i also had picked out a color for my toes and then received french tip (what i had previously, which costs extra). to be fair to the tech doing my pedicure, the manager was rushing her to get to a different client several times while she was with me. It was way too expensive for what i received and the quality of service. i can go to my regular nail salon for cheaper and get better service and even free drinks. i likely won't be returning here. read more

My first time visiting here. I moved to Roswell and was looking for a good nail salon nearby. My girl friend found this place based on yelp reviews. I'm so glad I gave this place a try! As soon as you walk in you're greeted by 1 of the 2 gentlemen at the front desk. They are friendly, helpful and professional. The salon is very clean. The technicians are sweet and detail oriented. I had Vicky doing my pedicure and I think Lin? As my manicurist. They both did a great job at making my experience relaxing and I walked out with beautiful nails. The also offer refreshing beverages! I will definitely be back here again to support the owners and the great job their doing running their salon :) Pros compared to other nail salons: - relaxing spa music - no odor in the salon from a bunch of chemicals. They even offer organic mani/pedi options. - not a lot of chatter like some salons where the employees are constantly talking to each other in their language and you can't relax because there's to much noise - the owner at the front speaks English so there's no miscommunication - you can tell they are customer service oriented and it's not about getting clients in and out like cattle. I was excited to give Posh a try because of their rave reviews and it being 3 minutes from my house. The decor and staff were amazing! I have not experienced a friendlier, committed and respectful staff in any other nail salon I've been in. Great job to management! I had a great experience and will be back only if I can see another manicurist. I had a manicure and the polish looks like it was done by an amateur. I found two bubbles and the tips were not filled in correctly because I'm already noticing fading at the tip (I got my nails done yesterday). You can see from the photo I'm uploading. Right when you walk in your are welcomed. The staff is friendly and the salon is very bright and clean. It's huge and and decor gives you something different to look at while being serviced. Much better than the usual hot stones and blades of grass pictures with a prefect French manicure. Haha! I got three signature pedi. It came with a lotion massage, hot stone massage, paraffin wax and shoulder massage. I was in heaven. Literally didn't want to leave. The color selection for regular polish, gel and SNS was really diverse. I will 100% be back. I just moved here and I believe I have found my new spot! read more

I definitely dropped a pretty penny, but it was worth it. I got the SNS nails with a few tips which were about five dollars so that all my nails appeared to be the same length even though I have super short nails. I also got the signature pedicure which included a hot rock massage and paraffin exfoliants on my feet, which were both so nice. I did get gel polish for my pedicure, which was also extra. My only complaint was that the nail polish was slightly different from what was used on my toes compared to what was on my fingers. I don't know if it was because one was a gel and one was a dip even though they were supposed to be the same color from the same company but they are slightly different in color. Luckily it's close enough so that no one else will probably notice. I really wanted that robin egg blue look. Overall, because of the amazing experience I'm still going to give 5 stars and will definitely return next time I'm visiting the area. read more

I was probably one of their first clients when they opened last year. Since I stay very close by, I make sure I come here every month. My nails were really unhealthy and there's been a tremendous improvement ever since I became their customer. Celina and Helen are your go-to's for a manicure or an acrylic. I always opt for the SNS Nails which are a healthier option. The acrylic tips really damaged my nails. But the SNS has made them healthy and strong. Their classic pedicure pretty much does the entire job. I always leave with squeaky-clean nails and feet. The salon is clean, the staff are extremely friendly and it's worth every penny. Their massage seats are super comfortable that many a times I've fallen asleep. These girls know their job. Their massage and pressure is spot on. The prices are probably a little on the higher side, but it's worth it. I'm definitely going to keep coming back here for a mani-pedi! read more

I love this nail salon! Definitely get the deluxe pedicure because it includes hot stones. They are so thorough and wonderful. My mom even got me a gift certificate here because I come so often! They offer you an array of refreshments too, and I love the iced green tea. The receptionist is great and he remembers me every time I come. The quality of the nails is also great all my manicures and pedicures come out perfectly and are also long lasting! Since I live down the street this is my go to place and I've gone to other salons in the area- no other ones compare! read more

She made sure that my lashes were clean and she began the application process. Michelle asked me what look I was wanting and she delivered. Michelle has wonderful technique, you can barely feel anything during the process and she doesn't use any tape on the eyelids like other stylists. The retention of the lashes are also long lasting. I have a lot of experience with lashes, and sometimes had a reaction. My pre-session research made me feel that it was going to be a big healing event and maybe even require me to be home for a week or so. NOPE! Tareylon is a pro, and after the numbing was put on for 20 minutes, it just felt like a little vibration. A teeny bit of a pinch as it wore off, but not bad at all. I didn't have to over communicate the look I was going for...she just talked to me, tuned in and NAILED IT. I am over the MOON! I love, love, love it and now, 5 hours later, hardly have any swelling or pain. I can't wait to go back for round 2 in 4 weeks. So glad I did this, and very glad it was with such a sweet and experienced person.

The salon is well designed and welcoming. I was offered a drink while being seated which is always a nice touch. While I prefer to use my pedicure time to respond to emails, catch up on any news I may have missed, etc. I think it's always important for you and your tech to (at minimum) make introductions, with the tech checking in on preferred nail shape, sensitivities, etc...maybe 5 minutes max of "getting acquainted" conversation. The extent of our exchange was which pedicure I wanted and that was pretty much it. Not necessarily a bad thing all the time, but on this occasion it presented more sales/transactional vs. valued customer. I started writing my review mid service, assigning a three star experience at the beginning; however, the young lady at checkout was kind, conversational, and attentive, which encouraged the bump in stars from three to four. Worth checking out if you live in the area.

When I walked in, there wasn't a single customer, just an employee on her phone. When I requested service, she immediately refused, citing their 8:00 PM closing time. The situation only got worse from there. Despite having plenty of time for a quick brow arch, she became argumentative and extremely rude. Only when I mentioned speaking to a manager did she suddenly agree to help me - but then started muttering under her breath and huffing and puffing. At that point, I declined the service because I wouldn't trust someone with such a poor attitude to work on my face. She then tried to insist I had to get the service done because I had "signed in". I informed her that I was under no obligation to accept service from someone displaying such unprofessional behavior. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've had. There was absolutely no reason for such terrible treatment, especially when they still had plenty of time before closing. I will never return to this location and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

She's got my hair bleached blonde and still grows down my back. I adore her customer service and she gets me in and out. Most salons you have to spend the day there but not here. No complaints. The salon is very clean and in a great area. Plenty of parking and the shampoo's I get there are like Jesus himself is washing my hair. My hair is very very dense and VERY difficult for me to manage but she does it with ease. I love it there, I just wish it was closer to where I live.
