First visit was great got my sns nails done by Tim and he did a wonderful job! Clean environment in the nail salon and comfortable chairs!
Initially gave this place 5 stars but it's now a 1. I booked my appointment a month ago, drove 1 hour to my appointment, was told I would have a long wait because people requested my nail tech (mind you the request was last minute from said client). The issue - I booked my nail tech a month ago. If there was a scheduling issue why didn't they call me and tell me before I drove an hour. That's extremely terrible customer service.
This place is super clean and service is fantastic!! They do about 80% SNS which is more expensive but it is healthier for your nails and the place doesn't reek with acrylic powder smell which is a plus if you don't like that smell. I got SNS with tips and designs on my nails with coffin shape. My nail tech was Lilly and she was AWESOME. She took her time, made easy conversation, shaped my nails perfectly, and each nail looked beautiful. I spoke with the owner, other nail techs, assistant manager and everyone was just so friendly. It's a great atmosphere and seems like they have a ton of regulars there as well. There's plenty of parking as well but book an appointment just in case. I hear it gets busy from time to time and you don't want to wait any longer then you have to.
Posh. Good word for this salon, as in decor and general appearance of the salon. I was killing some time Sunday, and the weather was so dreary, and my nails looked like the weather, so I figured it was time to get them done. Letting Yelp be my guide as always, I found this gem in the area, and stopped in. The service was really good from receptionist to manicurist to pedicurist. The man who I can only assume was the manager was also very nice, and kept walking around making sure everyone was happy. I asked for a manicure/pedicure, and the receptionist handed me a ticket with my name on it. I'm not sure why, because no one asked me for the ticket. I was on a 5-10 minute wait, which was not a big deal. The chairs were pretty comfortable, and they use spa liners thankfully. These days I feel all salons should follow suit on that. I got the regular mani/pedi, which was $38. I typically pay around $28-$32, so this was a little higher than usual. Even though it was a regular mani and pedi, I really felt they paid attention to detail. I had a little callous on the side of one foot from wearing a bad sock while running, and she shaved that down for me! I've had that forever, and no one has never done anything about it. My nails looked so good when they were done, and my feet felt so much better. They really took their time, and I was very happy with my finished product. Bonus? They also take American Express! Yipee! Most salons do not. Oh, and the best part? They have a small candy station that I didn't notice until I went to go under the dryer. So bummed, because I really wanted a Hershey's kiss or a Starburst, but not enough to ruin my nails. Next time...

These are my natural nails. The nail tech told me because I need a manicure that's why lol. Everyone there was very nice though . It's unfortunate that the quality of work did not match the friendly atmosphere. Do not recommend.

I was an out-of-towner in Georgia for business meetings and found Posh via Yelp. As a walk-in for my visit to Posh, I was warmly greeted and was seated right away for SNS nails and a pedicure. The spa is spacious and is beautifully decorated. The best part of my experience was that I had two technicians working on my hands and feet at the same time, which of course reduced my time in the chair. I was especially pleased by the service from Gina, who did my SNS dip on my nails. She was an absolute perfectionist and made sure every nail was uniform and perfect. Will definitely visit Posh again the next time I'm working in Alpharetta.
I have been going to Posh for years and have always been so impressed by management and staff. They really do go above and beyond for all of their clients and truly make you feel special. I'm so particular that it took me several months to find the right nail salon in Alpharetta and I'm so glad I came to Posh. I prefer SNS and all of their technicians are trained to do an amazing job. I usually go to Raymond or Kimmy (recommend calling ahead of time to get an appointment). Both are amazing!! I also love that they have a huge selection of OPI SNS/dipping powders. The colors are beautiful and I can usually go a little more than a month before I need a polish change. Also, I always get a Posh Signature Pedicure, which is totally worth it. Hot stones and a head/neck/shoulder massage.... you won't regret it! Go to Hang for it. She is FANTASTIC!!!! Lastly: if you are a bride looking for the perfect spot to get your nails done, they were so amazing to me the days before my wedding recently. I called in advance to book services for 10 people and they accommodated all of us with such professionalism and attention. All of my bridal party was blown away by how amazing their experience was. If you are looking for a new or better salon in Alpharetta/Milton, this is the place to go!!
I've been to Posh nails many times and it's been my go to in the area, and have always had a great experience and great work... unfortunately this last trip was not good and I doubt I will be back. As always Leang at the front is friendly and always pleasant. The young woman who did my pedicure during this visit did a good job - except when I took a shower - I don't think the polish cured or maybe it was the wrong polish? You would think half a day later it was set? Nope, it washed right off 3 of the toes unfortunately, the most disappointing was the woman who did my manicure. The filing and cutting was very sloppy and uneven - I had to have her file them down again especially on one nail because it had a sharp point at the corner and though she filed it, she was a bit huffy I pointed it out - I ended up going home and finished filing them myself... The kicker to all this was - while doing my nails she knocked the polish off the table and it landed on the floor, and then, she puts the brush that fell on the floor, back in the bottle and continues... when I got home, I realized some polish had splashed on my purse (too bad it cured on my purse and not my toes)
When I lived in Alpharetta growing up, this was always my go-to spot for a mani and pedi, and I've truly missed it so much! I have a new spot I go to in Cumming that's right down the road from my house, but recently I was in Alpharetta running some errands and decided to go back to Posh for a pedicure before my baby shower which was the next day. I've never had a bad experience, and the staff is just so welcoming and warm. They do take walk-ins which is nice when it's a spontaneous decision like I made, but you can also make an appointment ahead of time for a specific time slot and day. The massage chairs are so comfortable, and everything feels very organized and clean. They usually have the TV on with a family friendly show or movie, and offer different service options depending on your needs and price point. I love that you get to choose your scent for the scrub (even with the lowest tiered option for a pedicure), and usually go with lemon or lavender. I never feel rushed which is super important to me, and all the estheticians are incredible and meticulous. read more

Not worth the price. Also, very bad at matching the "requested" look. I was told to get this look I needed SNS and they picked this color saying that would be what was needed. My nails look like chicklets. 3 sets of nails and 3 gel pedicures = $450 including tip. Overall, very disappointed. read more

I came in for a pedi and I needed callous remover also, so I did the deluxe pedi. The tech whipped out her cheese grater, gross. This "tool" cannot be properly sanitized. I thought they were ILLEGAL in Georgia. So she opted to used a one time use pedi bar. She lightly took two swipes on each section of my heel. which did absolutely nothing. My pedi went down hill even more with her poor paint job that did not cover the whole nail bed. read more

Beautiful nail-spa atmosphere! I walked in on a Sunday morning, and was greeted with a warm welcome. They guided me to my pedicure chair, and provided me with fresh hot tea. I chose a lavender classic pedicure, and added a 10 minute hot stone massage. Highly recommend! I also got white tips on my nails and they came out perfectly! This is the perfect nail salon if you want to relax and enjoy being pampered. Please do your self a favor, and visit! read more

Awesome spot! They are very meticulous when it comes to shaping nails for your actual cuticle type and that extra care goes a long way towards a great manicure. Ask for Dean! He was wonderful! read more

My first time visiting here. I moved to Roswell and was looking for a good nail salon nearby. My girl friend found this place based on yelp reviews. I'm so glad I gave this place a try! As soon as you walk in you're greeted by 1 of the 2 gentlemen at the front desk. They are friendly, helpful and professional. The salon is very clean. The technicians are sweet and detail oriented. I had Vicky doing my pedicure and I think Lin? As my manicurist. They both did a great job at making my experience relaxing and I walked out with beautiful nails. The also offer refreshing beverages! I will definitely be back here again to support the owners and the great job their doing running their salon :) Pros compared to other nail salons: - relaxing spa music - no odor in the salon from a bunch of chemicals. They even offer organic mani/pedi options. - not a lot of chatter like some salons where the employees are constantly talking to each other in their language and you can't relax because there's to much noise - the owner at the front speaks English so there's no miscommunication - you can tell they are customer service oriented and it's not about getting clients in and out like cattle. The experience felt very spa like which is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Posh salon for opening and setting a new standard in the nail salon game. read more

I was excited to give Posh a try because of their rave reviews and it being 3 minutes from my house. The decor and staff were amazing! I have not experienced a friendlier, committed and respectful staff in any other nail salon I've been in. Great job to management! I had a great experience and will be back only if I can see another manicurist. I had a manicure and the polish looks like it was done by an amateur. I found two bubbles and the tips were not filled in correctly because I'm already noticing fading at the tip (I got my nails done yesterday). You can see from the photo I'm uploading. On the other hand the women who did my pedicure and eyebrows was were amazing! They took their time and I could tell that wanted to make it perfect. read more

I was probably one of their first clients when they opened last year. Since I stay very close by, I make sure I come here every month. My nails were really unhealthy and there's been a tremendous improvement ever since I became their customer. Celina and Helen are your go-to's for a manicure or an acrylic. I always opt for the SNS Nails which are a healthier option. The acrylic tips really damaged my nails. But the SNS has made them healthy and strong. Their classic pedicure pretty much does the entire job. I always leave with squeaky-clean nails and feet. The salon is clean, the staff are extremely friendly and it's worth every penny. Their massage seats are super comfortable that many a times I've fallen asleep. These girls know their job. Their massage and pressure is spot on. The prices are probably a little on the higher side, but it's worth it. I'm definitely going to keep coming back here for a mani-pedi! read more

I definitely dropped a pretty penny, but it was worth it. I got the SNS nails with a few tips which were about five dollars so that all my nails appeared to be the same length even though I have super short nails. I also got the signature pedicure which included a hot rock massage and paraffin exfoliants on my feet, which were both so nice. I did get gel polish for my pedicure, which was also extra. My only complaint was that the nail polish was slightly different from what was used on my toes compared to what was on my fingers. I don't know if it was because one was a gel and one was a dip even though they were supposed to be the same color from the same company but they are slightly different in color. Luckily it's close enough so that no one else will probably notice. I really wanted that robin egg blue look. Overall, because of the amazing experience I'm still going to give 5 stars and will definitely return next time I'm visiting the area. read more

Decided to try a new nail shop because I haven't found a good one since I've been living here. I am highly satisfied with the customer service, the staffs work & everything they have to offer. I explained to Kim what I felt was wrong with my previous nails & she decided to just do a whole new set. They are beautiful and EXACTLY what I asked for as far as shape and neatness Im so glad I've found a new nail tech! read more
