I am…read moregetting a gel pedi and the man doing my nails kept cutting off my skin and then when panting he kept having to wipe off the polish and using his nail to fix the mistakes while I have white polish over all over my feet. I am not one to speak up but I was with my mom and it was comical how bad they looked. I kindly asked him to please redo them because of how messy they were. It Was a thick messy gel outside the lines and truly looked like utter bs. When I asked him to remove the polish and redo because it was unacceptable to pay for such horrible nails I'm met with attitude from him talking poorly about me so I asked if someone else could paint my nails and I would still pay him. But I did not have time for him to keep wiping it off and redoing it for it to look even worse then my nails did when I came in. He knew they looked horrible otherwise he wouldn't have kept WIPING OFF AND REPAINING AND WIPING OFF AND REPAINING My mother and I are then met with a man yelling at both of us because he "dosent know what he's supposed to do" and that I'm ungrateful and the problem when I was being so kind and genuinely was just unhappy with the way my nails looked so as a 25 year old adult I thought I would be able to express that this paint job was unacceptable and anyone who would have had this pedi wouldn't have accepted it either. I then being verbally accosted by this man and now I'm having a panic attack and being humiliated in public with my mother when we were just trying to get out nails done for a wedding tomorrow. After kingly asking him to remove he starts punishing me by overly drilling my nails and my skin as if I am the problem for his lack of skill. I left the salon with my nails looking like this and a panic attack! I wish I could make ts up.

The facials I received elsewhere made me feel relaxed and my skin feel softer, but I never saw any major improvement. Olga is my facial guardian angel. She goes the extra mile to help you relax, educate you, and focuses on not just the superficial layer of your skin, but targets what may be causing the issue--for me this was a problem within the deeper layers of my skin and older hyperpigmented scars. She discovered it for me, and with just one visit, the quality and tone of my skin improved dramatically. Even through mediocre FaceTime quality, my mother told me that she could noticeably see a major change to my skin. In between peels and layers, she will do my eyebrows, do some dermaplaning, give me an upper arm, shoulder, and neck massage, and we will just talk about everything. Each visit here has been well worth every penny. What I appreciate about her the most is that nothing is ever rushed, she loves to teach, and she truly has a passion and gift for skincare.
