I've been here a few times before, so that should say a bit about how I feel. This morning my mom and I had scheduled mani pedi for us both. Can I just say that us trying to walk out was difficult. Being so relaxed that our legs didn't want to cooperate. LoL. Our feet and hands look and feel amazing. We'll definitely be back. The salon is very well lit, extremely clean. The utensils they use have been sterilized in autoclaves, I've a medical background, I've used surgically sterilized tools. I've never felt rushed. read more

My mom booked me a mani and pedi here while I was visiting from NYC and wow am I so glad she did! Kevin gave me an amazing pedicure-- he was gentle, yet exacting which I appreciate as someone with sensitive feet! Sandy's talent is unmatched. She is a true expert, shaped my nails beautifully and helped me to pick a color that met the vibes I was looking for while also looking great with my skin tone. I loved every minute so much, I already made an appt for when I come back down to visit in December! I have no clue how this salon has good ratings. With that being said, I had a horrible experience at this nail salon this week. I came in on a weekday for a regular manicure. The manicurist who I worked with was named Lee. She pushed gel heavily and had an attitude when I just wanted a regular color. She claimed that gel is faster to dry which I agree is true but that is not my preference. It was a bit too aggressive. She was not friendly and did not acknowledge me other than to tell me that I needed take better care of my nails and they don't look great. (My nails are short in length by choice for work, but I take very good care. Either way, it was inappropriate.) She painted my nails and they were very streaky and uneven. The entire manicure was 25 minutes at most. I paid but I ended up going to another salon immediately to fix it. The other salon was APPAULED at what my nails looked like. They were so uneven that they had to fix/ shorten them even more. I will not be coming back nor will any of my friends and family. I am patient, kind, tip well and respect anyone in the service industry, so there was no need for this experience. Steer clear.......... read more

unfriendly staff, she was in a rush to get me out. put my sandals on too soon and my polish got messed up and went to pay , she asked cash or credit which I said credit, she charged me $1.75 extra for credit! I don't think they are allowed to do that. my first and last time there! read more

He is the KING of nail art, although I've been told that his brother is the real artist, he works there too! I have been coming here for the last year, and was setting to make my every 3 week appointment, and shocked to learn, that as of last week, the "New Owners" kicked out the entire family that worked in there. I'm shocked. Please know that my review is for the old owners, and workers. Don't know how this happened, but that was a huge mistake. Glad I found out before just driving up there.
