I called first thing when the salon opened and was nicely greeted over the phone. I was able to book a pedicure at the time I asked for. When I arrived, the salon itself is quaint but the service speaks for itself! They have a large selection of opi, dnd, and I saw lots of sns dip colors. My nail tech was super sweet, I wish I got her name though! I choose the classic pedi only bc I had a time limit and was leaving back home to S.C. I like my pedicures quick and clean cuticles which is exactly what I got, not rushed and choppy. My cuticles were cut very thoroughly and she even got my ingrown out without me asking, which I typically have to tell the nail tech to do so. The paint job was also excellent. Read reviews and had to go. Reviews never lie! (Well some do but whatever) I made an appt just in case. My sister got Tommy and I got Emily. They recommended we get the SNS nails and they did not steer us wrong!! My nails go through a lot everyday and all the acrylics I have had in the past have always seem to break off eventually. I am happy to say I am two weeks in with my SNS nails and there is no sign of breaking anytime soon (I am definitely due for a new set though). These are not acrylics but healthier for your nails and AWESOME. Emily was awesome, too! Hopefully going back today to get my nails done again. Not disappointed at all. P.S. For the people who wrote they got "ignored", make an appt. They do get busy and they can only do so much that is in their control. Even if you make an appt and have to wait, be patient. I have worked in customer service and UNDERSTAND what it's like to get swamped. When you get to the chair I promise you will not be disappointed. Excellent service. I went here for the first time a few days ago for a fill. Tommy took one look at my nails and kindly explained to me that my real nails underneath the full set were highly damaged and were also at risk for growing fungus if I did not remove them. I was mortified considering I've I've been very diligent at going for my fills every 2-3 weeks like clockwork. He explained to me how the SNS system worked and offered to put tips on my nails so I could have my longer nails that I prefer while also maintaining healthier natural nails underneath. He assured me that within a few months my natural nails should be grown out to my desired length. He was so polite and attentive the entire time and even gave me a slightly lower price as a first time customer. All of the customers there were long time regulars which is always a great sign. read more

The ladies and gentlemen at Pearl always do a great job and nails last a long time! Good quality and they don't rush. They are very friendly, accommodating and inviting. Its a small salon, so I'd suggest making an appointment... but its not necessary. I usually call the day of. Fairly priced and they have a "punch card" for a discount on your 11th visit. I came to visit this salon after reading the other few on yelp reviews on it. I am so happy I took the risk and came. The staff is beyond friendly, I visited them this past Sunday morning and it was surprisingly full. Seemed to have been a group of regulars as they called the guests by their names and gossiped. I did not mind the wait after being offered more than once, drinks and cookies. They had a countless array of nail polish to choose from to keep me busy, Both gel and regular polish. Once It was my turn for a pedicure I was on cloud nine. The older woman did my pedicure and I was very pleased. If only I could of had a longer and more intense massage, but I could never fault her for that. She was very sweet and left my feet looking pretty. While I was getting a pedicure I had another employee (next time I'll be sure to get their names) work on my manicure. I was so pleased. Left super happy. I had this vision or idea of what I wanted my gel manicure to look like, and the staff did not stop in time or effort to give me what I wanted. Made me feel even guilty towards the end, I had three different people working on me to help me leave satisfied. And I am forever grateful and will continue to come here for future visits. read more

I stopped in this place for a quick mani/pedi while visiting from out of town. The most important thing that stood out to me was how friendly the staff were. They fit me in right away, despite it being an hour before closing. My manicurist helped me pick a color I absolutely love and spent time making sure my nails looked perfect. It was obvious they have a lot of regulars. It's a no frills type of place, but clean and comfortable. I would highly recommended it. read more

Rude! I walked into this salon with my friend and we were just looking to have some simple pedicures done. Walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes and was not taken care of let alone told that we would be helped in a minute. This place is a joke. I got a gel manicure and my mom got a pedicure and an overlay with a manicure. The description for a manicure on their menu includes "cuticle care" and "hot towel." My cuticle care lasted approximately 30 seconds and I got no hot towel. I ended up cleaning my own cuticles after he finished with me. The same technician did my mom's pedicure and she had the same experience. She was happy with her overlay but not the manicure portion. In addition, the salon only uses liners in their pedicure chairs if you request it, and their tools did not come out of sanitary bags. My mom had to request for the technician to use a new buffer after he attempted to use one he had used previously with another customer, blech. While we were there, our appointments were rather rushed and one of the female technicians was working on two customers at the same time. Walkins were taken minutes after our services were started, it was so unorganized and unprofessional. We paid $75 for our services, I would not go back. read more

Great nail salon! I have been looking for a place at the beach that uses good quality products that don't chip right away. Found it!

I would not EVER go back! Nail polish started to chip off the next day. Polish seems to be old. Not a good experience at all.
