I had an appointment but still had to wait over 20 minute. However, they made up for starting late by doing the shortest pedi ever, less then 20 minutes and a manicure with gel in 15 minutes... total time for pedi and manicure less then 45 minute. Do not recommend this place unless you want your toes to look like you did them yourself and your nails to be totally different in lengths and shapes. I really hate doing this but I'm a loyal customer here and my concern has fallen on deaf ears. I brought my husband here for his birthday today. Special occasion! As soon as the water level rises I see toenails!! I immediately pull out my feet!! I tell " Peter" that it's dirty and his response was " not my job ". What? So, I tell one of the ladies working here and she ignores me and starts speaking to him to move my chair. In my new chair I see the same thing and take a picture- (notice that my feet are still dry and the liner is not placed yet) First of all, the dead skin and toenails were in both faucets, thus in the water!!!! His response "Sorry ". This is a health code issue! Fungus is real people!!! I'm just so sad to say that I am now looking for another nail salon until this issue is resolved. read more

I will start by saying that I love my nail technician Amy. She's really awesome and takes her time. If it Was just for her, I'd give this salon a 5 star review. On the other hand, I was greeted from the rudest man, the owner of the salon. I know he's the owner because I've been going there other times and him and his wife are plainly rude. They do not respect their customers. I asked him a question about the points when I signed in and I did not understand what he said. So I simply said I'm sorry and asked him again, then he was really rude. He seemed annoyed that I asked again and with his finger just showed me to go get the color I wanted. It was a bad gesture. I had a pedi mani on Saturday before leaving for a cruise. On Sunday 2 nails started peeling off and my Monday one whole hand was ruined... I had to peel off the whole thing. The water for my pedicure was cold.. there were a few extremely drunk patrons acting like they were in a bar... So many reasons I am not scoring this place well. Let's start with the temperature of the salon. It was just too hot in there. I was wiping my brow without the assistance of heat from the pedicure chair or even hot water in the bowl. Next - let's think about how disappointing it is to have someone else paid to paint your nails and assume they are QAing the materials they use, only to find that the polish was old and thicker that it should be so never dried. Meaning - a repaint is already needed. Move on to a manicure where when you tell the tech that you don't want your nails cut just filed. She then swipes the file across your nails just twice and you ask her to file them a little shorter, she says, "you need to cut not file." Not exactly. I just want a modestly shorter nail with a nicer shape Finally you are charged MORE for no polish just a buff and shine which I have had at other salons with no up charge. I CAN NOT FATHOM how they think this is more costly to them - no three steps of base and polish but perhaps because they haven't invested in a new bottle of regular nail polish in years! Came in a month ago for a nail set for my sister's wedding. Gina did a phenomenal job. Was so sad to learn a month later when I wanted a new set that she didn't work there anymore. I have been a loyal customer at this location since they opened and have never had a bad experience until my last visit on Saturday 6/6/25. I have never gotten gel on my toes and typically request nail art on my big toes, never a problem, have always been very happy with the results. On Saturday My tech was Kevin Van Huynh who refused to do any nail art if I was not paying for gel. What?! I did tell him I have always gotten nail art with regular polish and have been for years but nope. Ok, I just went with it, I was with my daughter and did not want to ruin our day. This man blew through my pedicure so fast he completely missed exfoliating my right foot and was done in less than 25 minutes. The manager apologized and didn't charge me for the manicure but still charged me full price for pedicure which was also a poorly done job. He advised I return tomorrow (today) and he will assign me someone new free of charge. First of all, the only reason I came to this salon is because I recieved a gift certificate as a Christmas gift. They recommended it and spoke highly of this place. I am feeling incredibly EMBARRASSED leaving this salon. My nails look alright, average, nothing to go crazy over (but cost me $95). The problem is that I had 5 people standing around me LAUGHING half the time I was there. So incredibly rude and made me feel awkward and embarrassed of my nail choice.
