I was scared to be honest to have a tonsillectomy done, because I watched videos and read about people experiences after a tonsillectomy and I was scared of how miserable they were because of how painful it was. I did some research on The center for ENT and after meeting with Dr Hung I knew I can trust him. I have to say that the tonsillectomy was successful and painful for me. The staff at the Center for ENT were so professional, polite, kind and loving! Nan, the surgical coordinator is awesome! and Ivonne, Dr Hung Assistant is the best!!! The nurses are so sweet and the ladies at the front desk are so friendly and nice, and finally the girl at the check out Is the best, every time I visit Dr Hung I had nothing less that the best treatment from everybody. Do you know how wonderful it is to go to a doctor and to leave feeling 100% better. I'm so happy I decided to seek help with an issue I was having with my ear. There is mostly always a mix of good and bad reviews. However, I had a bad experience scheduling an ear wax removal appointment. Please READ the whole review since this will change your mind about even going. First of all, I received a call asking to confirm my appointment, which is absolutely fine, but the lady I talked with wanted my credit card information over the phone. This was the first thing she asked during the initial call, which I was really caught off-guard and did not expect. I told the lady in the scheduling department that I was uncomfortable with that, but she insisted that I provide the information so they could charge me a no-show fee or cancel my appointment. I asked if there was a way I could provide that in the office, and she said, "No, there is no other way. You will have to give it over the phone." I respectfully said that I was still uncomfortable, and she blatantly and bashfully threatened to cancel my appointment, all for not wanting to give the card information over the phone, which she kept pushing my boundaries. This is super ridiculous since I wanted closure before I gave any additional information on whether my specific insurance plan was accepted (not just the general name, but the specific plan). She was super lazy and did not want to check with the billing department to see if my insurance plan was accepted, and she asked me to call back the next day to reschedule the appointment. After speaking up for myself as a high-functioning autistic individual, she decided to put me on hold for an outrageously long time. I was on HOLD for 15 minutes to see if I was in-network with the center, but things got extremely bad. She intentionally hung up on me, and I attempted to call several times to reach the office, which I could NOT do for the first couple of attempts. After the third time and being disconnected the first couple of times, I was able to reach the same lady who called me. I said politely that it was rude that she hung up on me and continually and aggressively argued with me, saying that she did NOT have sufficient time to check my specific insurance plan, which she clearly put me on hold to check before I got disconnected. This made me uneasy and extremely uncomfortable, so I allowed her to verify the information before being purposely disconnected. She made excuses that the phone line had been disconnected and that she did not hang up. The lady also made another excuse that I need a referral from my Primary Care Doctor, which is NOT true and would have been a waste of time just trying to obtain that since a PCP referral is unnecessary for my insurance. There is definitely unprofessionalism in this scenario since the lady who asked for all my information showed NO REMORSE for her wicked actions whatsoever. I mean, seriously! How do you treat your clients and patients like that?! An apology is needed for this kind of disrespectful behavior. I had then decided after the end of the call not even to come at all since all she wanted was to collect money from me and abuse and threaten me of something that I did wrong, which in actuality I did NOT do anything wrong. This is super absurd and ridiculous. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS AND COME THERE. BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL WANT TO COLLECT YOUR CARD INFORMATION AND STEAL MONEY FROM YOU. read more

In May 2022: The clinic visit did not help my dysphagia but gave me some advice after meeting with the ENT Doctor and a nurse. I paid $350 they wanted $50.00 cash up front. They billed for $645.00 plus $50 cash during visit. ??? read more

I would just not feel right if I didn't let others know about my experience here. I was going to them because my other ent office had a wait to get in. I called numerous times while at work trying to make sure they had my records and ct scan from previous office. Multiple times it was sent and multiple times I was told they never received anything. Finally, I asked if they could contact my other ENT to get the necessary imaging that they needed, the lady told me that this is "not their job" and that they are short staffed and they will try to get around to it. Also, the dr is doing the job of about 5..... that should have been a red flag to stay away. However I went because I was in pain and needed answers. The next morning, I show up and when I ask if they have my records, the lady at the front desk says she doesn't know that she will have to ask the back. Then as I'm being called back they say that they have gotten some thing from the other office. The medical assistant takes me back to Dr Pattons room. She does my vitals and has me sign a consent form to do a scope because she is sure Dr Patton will want one. So I sign it. Dr Patton comes in and he was nice and asked questions about my symptoms. Then, he says it would be helpful if I could see your CT scan. What?!? That's what I had been trying to have sent over the previous day in between my seeing patients. He diagnosed me with 3 different things even though everything started occurring at the same time. Later on I realized all of the diagnoses were incorrect. Anyway, later on I get a bill and my insurance was charged for a scope being done at center for ent. I called them to let them know that one was never done. They said they would get back to me. Of course no one ever did l, so I called the billing dept back and she said oh yes we consulted with Dr Patton and he said that everything was coded correctly. I explained the situation once again that a scope was never performed and that I had actually had one at my original ENT office so I know exactly what the tiny camera looks like that goes up your nasal cavity. Finally, his medical assistant calls me and insists that she did the scope. I ask her for the imaging of it and told her that I actually know what's going on. I'm sure there are many patients that wouldn't know what services were actually provided. She calls me back and lets me know that they are going to take the procedure off. They waived my out of pocket, but my insurance was still charged. Thankfully my insurance still covered the actual one that I got done later at my original Ent. Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, I get a denial for a pre authorization from my insurance that center for ent sent for another CT scan when I just had one done that they "never received" and never asked if I was okay with them taking another CT when I had just had one done. read more

All my life I been suffering sleep apnea and have trouble with my breathing. I felt like I was just slowing dying inside but took a chance to see doctor richard hung. I never knew what my problem was but Richard hung Diagnosis me and he was dead on point. I never felt as great as I am today and I'm very greatful of the staff and the doctor there. The whole time that I ever come there for visit and post surgery check up everyone there is very attentive to me and took care of me. I will remember everyone there as hero that save my life and I appreciate everyone there for the service that they provided. If anyone out there has sleep apnea I would highly recommend doctor Hung. He explained everything in detail and provide me with the best option. Everything he said or recommended I went with it and Im very happy of the results. He save my life. I want to first say, I love Dr Moses. He has treated me about a month ago. He has been nothing but awesome but unfortunately not so much for his front office team. You better not try to move an appointment, you will be on hold for 5 plus minutes. I usually have to call a couple times before getting through. I would highly recommend training the front staff. Anytime you leave a customer on the phone longer than a few minutes, you should either check back in and let them know you're still on the other line or take their name and number and let them know you'll give them a call back. Found this place on a blind search, and it's been great so far! The offices are very nice and new, but no one there gives off a snooty vibe. DR. PATTON specifically must have gotten an A+ in the bedside manner class because he is so nice and makes you feel like he actually cares about helping you--and like he would treat anyone that way regardless of their background. We all know that is rarer than it should be in this world. He addressed both an acute and chronic issue and quickly assessed a path to healing. I hope he doesn't change or become jaded. Billing nightmare. Was not informed of all they were charging my insurance. Was quoted one amount and sent a bill for several hundred dollars more. Have called the office several times to work through the issue, never received a phone call back--have had to continue to follow up with them for almost 2 months now. What a blessing it was for me to follow my instinct and make an appointment here. I called around 12pm on a Friday and was able to be seen at 2:30pm (same day appointment). Due to an incompetent nurse, at a different doctors office I had waxed shoved down my ear canals and had lost hearing in both ears. This was terrifying. I was showered with sweet compliments from the front desk staff, they were so polite, and cheerful. I was then examined by Dr. Patton, who assured me after looking in my ears with his microscope that I'd be leaving with my hearing back (after 4 days of little to no hearing) and he was right! He gently used a vacuum to suck out the compacted wax that stuck in my ear-ways, and just like that my hearing was back! I thought this would hurt or feel uncomfortable, but it didn't AT ALL! I was so happy with the level of service and expertise at this office! I will be returning for my allergy needs!! Thanks a million Dr. Patton!! read more

I was struggling with extreme ear pain for a month and had visited a Walgreens clinic twice to address the pain because I thought it was an ear infection. After being on antibiotics for 20 days and seeing no progress, I decided it was time to see an ENT specialist. The staff was able to schedule to see me almost immediately. Dr. Weber was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately recognized that I did not have an ear infection, but rather TMJ! I have now begun treatment for TMJ. Very satisfied with my visit and having a resolution to my pain. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the lack of transparency. Dr. Weber stuck something in my ear to remove some ear wax. I have never had an issue with ear wax in my life, but he felt compelled to remove it. Upon receiving my EOB, I noticed that I was charged for a "surgery". Apparently putting something in my ear for a few seconds to (unnecessarily) extract ear wax, was worth $180. My health was not in any way bettered by this "surgery" and I do not appreciate having to pay for a service that 1) was not necessary and 2) was unaware that sticking a plastic stick in my ear would cost that much. Could have done that at home for free with a Q-tip... Other than the lack of transparency of what qualifies as an additional charge (or surgery...), I would recommend this place to people who need help with any ENT related health issues. read more

Had to update to five stars. I had my last follow up appointment with Dr. Marcum and can't say enough great things about her or the nurse I primarily dealt with, Audrey. They were so thorough in making sure I was healing well after having my tonsils out and were willing to answer any recovery questions / provide help with travel issues while healing. For weeks, my wife visited numerous doctors and health-care facilities, including another ENT, in dealing with what has been a truly debilitating and frustrating condition; our level of exasperation and pain was amplified by the level of care we were receiving, which left much to be desired. From our first phone call with the Center for ENT, we were afforded a level of care and concern that we did not experience anywhere else. We were given a prompt appointment with Dr. Cordes and even the scheduling staff was able to arrange for necessary testing immediately. Our visit to the office was remarkable in that all of the staff was highly competent and compassionate. Dr. Cordes himself is truly a gift to the medical community; he was so thoughtful, knowledgable, patient, and thorough in the care he delivered and in taking the time to make information about my condition accessible. Miraculous!! One year ago, I suffered from a sinus infection that would not go away. After three rounds of antibiotics and steroids, I still had severe pressure that affected my balance and even my hearing. I searched for a specialist and found Dr. Hung. His reviews on every site were excellent so I made an appointment. During my initial visit, they checked my hearing and ran other tests and were able to drain my sinuses. He also told me that I was a candidate for balloon sinuplasty so the next week I came in for the procedure. The doctor, nurses and staff are all fantastic! I had a great experience and the surgery was a huge success!! After years of suffering and at least 2 sinus infections each year, I have gone an entire year without a sinus infection, my allergies have improved immensely and I have not used Afrin nasal spray since the procedure! My only regret is that I did not do this years ago. Run to Dr. Hung! read more

Dr. Moses did a superb job taking care of my breathing and sinus issues. He is a great listener and communicator, and I felt a high level of confidence in his ability and knowledge. His practice seems to be centered on individual patients' needs rather than a one-size-fits-all assembly line kind of approach. On my second visit he did recommend the balloon sinuplasty procedure, but only after following a more conservative regimen for two weeks of preliminary evaluation. The procedure went extremely well with minimal discomfort, and after three weeks the results have been remarkable. The clinic staff and Dr. Moses' assistants were professional, competent and pleasant to deal with. The overall experience was as good as I could have expected. read more

I would recommend them to anyone. They have a great level of service. I like that they do everything in house. The same doctor that diagnosed my deviated septum, did the surgery, and is doing my allergy treatment. I like that. Dr. Cordes was very patient with all my questions. I had such bad sinusitis before. I would wake up in the middle of the night choking. I still have allergies, but my quality of life is so much better now after surgery and allergy treatment. read more
