I called this clinic and they said they could do his vaccine. I arrived for his appointment and the staff was all very nice and friendly and everything looked very clean. We were moved next door to another waiting room and they asked to see his vaccine card which I provided. They asked me why I was getting a third dose and I said because the Pfizer vaccine for infants is 3 doses. She asked me but who told you that you needed a third dose. I was kind of stumped and responded Pfizer and tx childrens told me...... She said I'll be right back and left with my son's vaccine card. At this point I am extremely unconfutable with having my son vaccinated here as they clearly do not even know the vaccine schedule. If she had not have taken the vaccine card I would have just left. So I waited a bit then she came back and said they don't have the pfizer infant dose. I said I was told that y'all did when I called and scheduled a couple of days ago. She apologized and said that they do not have it. So the whole thing wound up being a waste of time. So while everyone was very nice, there is some communication issues with their scheduling staff as well as some education issues. If they are administering vaccines, they should at least be aware of the vaccine schedule. I did really like that this clinic is smaller and it felt like you got more individualized attention versus other pediatric clinics that always seem overcrowded.

We walked in, had a quick check in with the staff, and we were sat in our treatment room at 9:15 with no wait. A quick review of symptoms, and basic intake stats took less than 5 minutes, and as soon as our intake walked out, our doctor walked in and ran me through his lab and why. We were in and out in less than 15, medications ordered. Excellent customer service, excellent experience. We were in and out in 15 minutes. It helped that we had an appt and were the only ones in the business at this time too. Great spot for non-emergent issues near home.

Elizabeth R was great. Was seen by a NP (not a doctor). Not a big deal because I knew what the problem was going to be before heading in and sure enough, my assumptions were correct. Care quality was excellent. Clinic was clean. Always a good sign. Will definitely be back for any urgent care needs in the future.

I want to give Special thanks to Mr. Scott Freeman who showed a lot of concern and empathy with treating my problem. He explained my treatment plan and asked if I had questions or concerns. Long story short he was the best! Nurse Angelina ( forgive me if I mispronounced her name) also went overboard making sure that I was comfortable. By the way she was Awesome when she started my IV. Her professional skills were put to use because I didn't feel a thing when she inserted butter fly. What a great team the two of them were and I can't thank them enough.

The lobby area was clean, had tissues and hand sanitizer available everywhere and also had a coffee/tea machine. There was one woman already waiting in the lobby when I arrived. The medical assistant took me into a room at 2:12pm and took my vital signs and triaged me for the reason why I was there. The nurse practitioner came in at 2:24pm and discussed the problem. After she assessed me, we came up with an appropriate treatment plan and she sent my prescription electronically to the pharmacy. There was no need to draw labs for my visit. I was out of there in less than an hour and left at 2:40pm to head to the pharmacy. For the most part, check in was smooth and the staff were nice and professional. What I did not like was that when the receptionist took my copay, she signed me up for automatic future payments on my card without asking permission to do so. I signed into My Chart and removed it.

No temperature was taken, no ear examination occurred, and a COVID test was not performed. The provider only took his blood pressure and took a flu test. As a result his symptoms progressed and the next day I sent him to Texas Children's Pearland Clinic where he was quickly diagnosed with an ear infection. In addition to the poor care, the front desk clerk failed to process his PPO insurance. She instead charged him as self-pay even though he provided our my insurance card. I am now disputed the card charge. I will never trust my children at this clinic again.

Knowing that my husband was instructed to drive around back, I called and asked if they really wanted us to go INSIDE and check in at the front desk, potentially exposing others to an infectious disease. It was then we were instructed to drive around back. Good thing I called. Problem was, driving around back was sketchy AF. There wasn't any labeling on the dirty backside of the building indicating which grimy door belonged to which business... I had to Google the address to see which suite they were in. There was so much filth, garbage, abandoned shopping carts, dirty mops, etc. It made you think, THIS is where a MEDICAL FACILITY is going to SWAB my CHILD for a disease?!?! Even when the urgent care door was opened, a dirty mop bucket and a messy sink area with random cleaning products and whatnot in disarray were on display. (Gulp) The tech that assisted us came out a few minutes after we parked. He needed me to write down my child's name and birthdate.. only he didn't have anything for me to write it on so I scrounged around my vehicle's floor for a scrap of paper. After paying $200 for a rapid test (eye roll), he came out and swabbed my child's nose. We were informed it would be 15 minutes or less to get the results. My child was so uncomfortable with symptoms that I was tempted to go home and have him call us. It the '15 min OR LESS' I felt like it wouldn't be bad to wait. Unfortunately, the wait was closer to 25-30 min. Ah well. Results came back negative. Hoping it wasn't a false negative or that the test wasn't preformed correctly. Ultimately, glad we could get in quick. (All CVS and Walgreens Rapid test slots were unavailable). Staff was nice. MAJOR negative was how dirty it was on the backside of the building. I understand the garbage and shopping carts were not behind the urgent care but having to go back there for a medical procedure was gross.

The swab was done .. the specimen was not labeled with our name and DOB on it .. For accuracy.. please follow the standard protocol.

So i went to this doctor office pliantly of times. and…read moredid clinic trail research once in awhile. with one of the other doctors they have. so far it was great. but something that day i went on Monday. the main doctor is great no problems with him. just his doctor staff is really bad and wanting to rush everything. i would say go to other locations that this doctor has. i had great experiences but this location isn't one of his best ones. i personally feel the doctor i had for the clinic trial was a friend of a friend type doctor how he got his job at that place. everyone here putting 5 stars are maybe family friends.

Was hoping to get some kind of antibiotics instead all they did was MAKE me take a Covid test (I have NEVER had one before) which I didn't want, but was feeling horrible so I just did it since it seemed like I had no choice. After that, they took blood samples and didn't even tell me that it wouldn't be back till possibly NEXT WEEK! So here I am now, back to square one after spending time and money here. This was my regular dr but I can assure that was my last time stepping foot there. They just want to get paid, don't care about your health!
